I am not a picky person when it comes to nails, so I looked up this place, came here when they first opened on a weekday, and thought I'd give it a try. I took my younger sisters who are 9 and 4 here to do pedicures for all of us, manicures for them, and acrylic nails for me. They put designs on every single one of the girls  nails including their toes without even asking me! I wanted marble nails and I know it's a newer trend, so I wasn't mad when the nail tech said she hadn't done it before. I let her try and she put 3 black lines across my nails which obviously isn't what I asked for, so she took that off and we went with something else. By the end of it, my nails looked just okay and it took her more than an hour to do them. The nail tech who did my pedicure, cut a huge chunk of my skin off when she tried to cut my cuticles! My toe was bleeding nonstop, and she never verbally acknowledged it, didn't say sorry or anything, just put a piece of cotton on it, that it ended up bleeding through btw. Several other staff members walked by and saw it, no one said anything. I understand accidents happen, but I'm also in the beauty industry, and I can't believe you would not make any effort to make sure your client still feels comfortable. Just one sorry would have made me feel better about this place considering everyone there seemed pretty nice. We got there as soon as they opened and there were regulars waiting, which tells me you do a good job retaining clients, so I expected better service. By the time I went to leave, my toe was still bleeding so I asked the front desk for something to put on it and she did, still no sorry. I was going on vacation the next day so I was annoyed the way my feet were going to look because of that cut. Somehow, all of this amounted to almost $300 and were there for hours even though there was no wait when we came in. From the time I walked in I felt comfortable in this place. The tranquil music and being greeted by a smile upon entering was welcoming. I put my name on a lengthy waiting list, sat for about 5 minutes and was called to get my gel full in done. Sandy did my nails and they came out great!!! I picked a color but she felt like with my skin tone something else would look best and she was right!!! The perfect nude with a hint of pink . Sandy does a quick but amazing job. I also enjoyed conversing with her. I didn't get the names of the women who did my gel pedicure but they were great as well. From the treatment I received from them I thought I was at a Spa. The bonus was a small glass of white wine to top off. This was my first time. I recently moved in the neighborhood from NY so I've been afraid to start some where new. I went to Eva nails because I couldn't go to my regular nail salon. I did a fill and gel polish, but she didn't keep my nails under the light between coats for very long. Later that day, my thumb nail started to peel. I went back the next day and they redid it, but once again, the nail was only under the light for ~30 seconds each layer. The polish has completely peeled off and another nail has started too as well. I've never had that happen. Very disappointed. Pedicure was great. Read Less

Excellent service, no upsells, plenty of booths, & nail stylists . Feels like a family affair. Like the waiting area, tends to always be busy even with a full staff so call ahead if you have a favorite stylist. Reasonable prices for quality care Read Less

Reasonable price paid $70 for both gel full set short nail and spa gel pedicure. Got charged $5 for callus removal but wasn't really 100% removed so a little annoyed about that but besides that..... great employees here . They engage in conversation and are nice. Read Less

I've been here 3 times because it's close to my house and has good reviews.  I kept hoping my bad experience was an anomaly, but after 3 attempts, I am giving up.  The technicians (3 different ones) have all been very rough.  I was nicked 2 of the 3 times. This most recent time, my gel manicure started to peel and chip on two fingers after only 4 days!  I considered going in to have those fingers re-done, but my schedule was busy and it wasn't worth it.  The price is in line with most other salons so take your money and go somewhere with better technicians and longer results.  Oh, and a quick note, you can pay on a credit card, but no tip. Make sure you have cash to tip otherwise you'll be paying an additional $2.50 to use the ATM. Read Less

Came here bc we forgot to make an appointment at our usual spot. My mom called to ask how much fills were & we were told $28. Came there & Sandy started on my nails. She then said it'd be $35. I did have one broken nail, but here's how the conversation went:Sandy: It'll be $35 for your nails.Me: We called ahead & were quoted $28?Sandy: Yeah, but you have broken nail. Me: Okay, so it's $7 to fix it?Sandy: It's $5.Me: So, wouldn't it be $33?Sandy: Your nails are long, so you pay more for long nail.Me: Okay.. *looking at my mom for confirmation.Sandy: It'd be $7 more anywhere you go.Me: No it's not. Mom: We're already here, so it's ok. You don't pay more for choosing more than one color? (aka glitter nail[s])Sandy: No. It's not extra, we'll do for you $30 today, but so next time you know. Maybe 20 minutes later--Me: I'm going to use this color & this color, but on these nails.Sandy: You see? You want everything but you don't want to pay extra. I'm going to remember you & charge you next time. She said it as a joke, but I already wasn't enjoying my stay there nor her attitude. My nails were cute, the color options were great, atmosphere was good, parking was fine & my nails were done fast.. but if I wanted to hit the person doing my nails the whole time, it's not worth it. I hate giving one star reviews, so I didn't. The only thing wrong with the place was Sandy's attitude & just that could've easily made this a 5 star review. This review is for Tim. I came in for a full set gel with cuticle cut. It's been a while since I've had a full set, he did a GREAT job. So pleased with the shape and the amount of coats he did. Very thorough and gentle. Made sure I was happy with the nail. Did exactly what I asked for. I also got a pedicure today, but I was not happy at all with the woman who attended me. She cut me 3 times and would get upset when I asked her to fix something. Not gentle! I could tell she was saying things under her breath to her coworkers and they would come up over her shoulder to check.
