Worst nail salon I've ever been too. They charged me $15 to get my nails painted (a manicure was NOT included) I needed a polish change that was $7 with a tip it was $10 they charged me $15.... glad I don't live here and if I did ever come back to OH I definitely wouldn't go there! First and last time I will ever go to this place. Today is exactly one week from when I got my fill and pedicure. Really unsatisfied with my gel acrylic fill after I stressed to Minh that they were way too thin here I am today missing a nail. I'm happy with my $19 pedicure but to charge me $36 for a fill that didn't even last over a week I'm really upset. Have been coming here for years and love their work! Nina is very welcoming and tries her best to accommodate my sometimes spontaneous appointment needs for myself, my Mom, Dad, hub, Mother-in-law, G-daughters, daughters-in-law and so on... My fave tech is Minh. She is attentive, careful, skilled and consistent w/ my gel manis or spa pedis! And her gel manis last more than a month for me! So good. Especially since I play guitar and piano and need strong nails.... The ambience is always pretty chill w/ a relaxing track playing. They recently got new chairs and equipment. Very comfy and cool.... Small but very nice place. Got right in for a pedicure. Many different options for pedicures with reasonable pricing. I got the spa pedicure with sea salt scrub and callus removal for $29. Massage chairs are really nice and seems to be an upgraded style then other places I've been to. Parking lot is under construction but had no problem finding a spot and getting to the door. I don't write these much but as all of us ladies know, we have many different options when it comes to beauty services, especially for manicures and pedicures and I was referred here by a friend and today I saw Pam. The two times I have gone here, I have been happy with my nails.  The place is clean and well decorated.  The employees are friendly.  The prices are decent, I have gone other places where they charge more for gel.  Today I got gel nails and am happy with the experience.  The lady who did my nails was thorough and didn't rush the process. It was an okay experience. My lady seemed nice. She didnt talk too much, which is fine by me. I think she did a good job cleaning my toes and was not rough. I love the color of my polish. I wish the clear coat went on smooth. I think the clear coat was too sticky. I don't feel that this pedicure is worth $19. Read Less

I love this place. It's hands down the best nail spot in the area. I had a shellac manicure with Minh and asked her to do this funky design I had a pic of. She did it perfect and gave me the best manicure of my life. Most places don't do your cuticles with a gel Mani but she did it so thoroughly and gently filing every nail to perfection. Going back for a pedicure today and I'm so relieved to have found a regular place. Not to mention it's clean. I'm new to the area, but I've tried a few nail salons now and I think I've found The One. I'll list below the pros that this salon has over the others:- Great location right off Fletcher with plenty of parking.- Affordable for the quality of work.- Takes walk-ins. I don't know if it was a fluke, but I didn't have to wait at all!- Clean, nicely decorated, relaxing environment. It's quiet and they play soothing 'spa' music.- Friendly and competent staff that really aim to make this a positive experience. They don't rush and get sloppy just because someone else walked in. Came here today (a Friday) at 10 am. At first I was nervous walking in its pretty bare and needs a little decor and furniture update. And I saw these white nails on their pictures that I thought were hideous lol. But they had a high rating so I said let's just do it. It was empty but got full as I was leaving. SO GLAD I DID. This is the perfect place for a woman like myself who absolutely has to have their nails done but hates sitting in there forever when I could be conducting business ect. I got a gel rebase and gel pedicure with callus removal. I am a runner so I know my feet were horrible and somehow she was able to get the blisters, rock hard skin, and ingrown toenail out without hurting me in any way at all!!! The woman who did my rebase did such a fast fast job. Not just fast but excellent and gentle as well. It took about 50 minutes for everything which is amazing. They have their system down and it flows like water!! I highly recommend this place. And very very very affordable. Super worth it. Read Less

Amazing massage by Pam. I went with the most deluxe supreme pedicure, as it had been a couple of years since I'd last gotten a pedicure. She was amazing and gentle. Very friendly staff, they don't try to rush you like a lot of places do. You can also tell they take pride in the work that they do. I've been going to Delux for about 8 years now... I love this nail shop! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Nina is the best and I've told all my friends and family about this shop and now everyone is coming here. They have about 5 pedicure chairs and they get quite busy but that's because they are so popular. Nina has been doing my eyebrow waxing and nails for years. I won't  go anywhere else.I've been getting my mani/pedis on since high school and have been to many shops around town so I know how hard it is to find a good place to go to.
