I do not recommend their services. I regret choosing this place. The tips to the French tip were so thick, uneven and smeared. It was taking the person a long time to keep correcting them I just wanted to leave the place I was there for 2 hours they weren't even gel. Plus they still made me pay extra for the horrible job. Place is clean and friendly but the guy who did my mani pedi was not good at all. He was nice and had a personality, but I’m not paying you for your personality, I’m paying your for your “skills” . I even asked if he was new. Someone else had to take over the mani. Pedi was mediocre at best, I’m pretty sure he forgot the base coat and he had to repolish a few times, and it’s still not good. I didn’t get the standard mani pedi. I upgraded to get the massage, and callous remover for pedi, and massage and hot towel for mani. Even the callous removal was mediocre. He barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. When I first sat down the guy he’s like we have combos so I looked at the combo he was suggesting and I said I didn’t want gel just the nail paint but with the Massage and everything. He said they’ll just take out the cost of the gel. So, I said ok. When I had to pay he gave me the full price of the combo which is more expensive than the a la Carte service I wanted. I told the main guy and he was cool about it. Even paying for it. The first guy started to paint my nails without taking payment first. But because he botched the mani he had to remove all the paint and call his boss to re do my mani. I told him let me pay before your boss starts the mani again. I had to remind him.. really? I gave it 2 stars because the main guy had to re do my mani, because the previous guy botched it. He tried to save face by redoing the mani, which I give the main guy props for. However what should have been an hour and a half appointment at the most, was 3 hours!!! I didn’t even have to wait, they took me in right away. But from the re doing nail paint to redoing a whole manicure it took time! The first guy barely touched my cuticles, shape of nail was not great (he couldn’t do any better) and I had to remind him of base coat only for him to take of all the polish because he couldn’t paint properly. He blamed it on the polish which was OPI. With my mani, the guy is like instead of the scrub do You want the paraffin treatment, I said sure, I was not in the mood to tell him what to do. I can’t believe he’s allowed to change things like that without speaking to his boss, because that’s an added unpaid for expense. I own my own business and if an employee changed things like that without telling me, I would be upset. The main guy re did my mani and another woman painted it. I still tipped, bc he did do some part of the service. The main guy was good. The first guy didn’t seem to have his head in the game and focus. He was all over the place. I think I’ll drive to my original nail salon in Diamond Bar. It’s not worth the $65 I paid for mediocre work. I rarely ever write reviews that are negative. That’s what I get for trying out a new nail salon, and getting upgraded services. If I just did regular mani and pedi it would Have been better, and I wouldn’t be so disappointed. Omg the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Not only was their service horrendous (implying I couldn’t afford to pay for extra designs on my nails) but also the person that did my full set was an imbecile! I had to tell him how to do his job! He not only cut me multiple times, but I had to tell him where missed spots applying the acrylic! I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never in my life have I went to an establishment that was so unprofessional and ridiculous. I was even there for 3 HOURS!!! I left without even having him finish my nails because I had enough! I had to go to another nail salon to finish/apply my gel color for my full set of nails. It took some persuasion to get me in a spa, but once I was in it was a great experience thanks to Mia.I wear sandals year round so my feet take a lot of abuse, you wouldn't know it by the time Mia is done. Hands down the best nail place in Eastvale!! I am super picky with my nails and i have been coming here for almost two years now. Love the friendliness of the staff and the fact that you can relax and have a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail while getting your nails done!They use disposable liners for the basins (that get thrown away and replaced after each customer) and also open a SEALED and CLEAN set of tools for each customer. Cleanliness is very important to me and I have not seen this in any other nail place in Eastvale. This place is overpriced. They have variety options to choose for gel pedicure. On that option simple classic pedicure $20 and if you want gel color additional $18. That being said simple classy gel pedicure $38 and price goes on depending additional small service. I usually pay for better service $30 including the tips in a different salon. Read Less

Update* I came in today because I didn't feel like driving down to the other place I've been going to, and the last time they lied to me when I made an appointment with 2 specific people and they said they would be there and neither was there. Anyway I decided to give this place another try. And Ann was quite amazing! She remembered me and our conversation from about 5 months ago. She also found out I had a terrible in grown toe nail and was determined to get it out so I'd be... free of pain. Well it wasn't pleasant, but she got it out and she didn't make me bleed! I feel much better now thanks to her. She also did a good job overall with the pedi. Why only 4 stars you ask? Because it's still a bit too pricey for a pedi...$17.00 more than the other place I usually go to. If they dropped the price a little I'd probably just keep coming to Ann. Nice atmosphere, but the quality of work they do is mediocre. I always have nail polish on my cuticles, and the gel mani which I had done twice only lasted me 1.5 wks. I only go there because I know it's clean and it's near my home. I do feel it's over priced. They may serve alcohol, but I don't care about drinks when I'm going in for nail service. The manager and staff are always nice. It's too bad the staff does not care about the quality they put out. I have been there several times, again for convenience. I got a gift card from my son about 6 months ago, it had no expiration date on it. I finally had a chance to try this new salon for the first time, the girl who did my pedicure was very good. When I went to go pay with my gift card they said there was no money on it. Clearly they had an issue with their computer or programming, they would not even meet me halfway which I think is terrible business. If they had ever thought I would return here they are clearly wrong. It's not even that I had to pay, for the most part it just bothers me that my son spent his hard earned money here and they would not honor the gift card. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!! Their gel manicures are on point!! They mix their polishes so the colors are unique. The range is huge. My manicure is beautiful and looks amazing even after two weeks. The chair massage is also really strong and feels sooooo good. I recommend ;) Read Less
