So I feel kinda bad leaving this review because tiffany was REALLY nice... she is very sweet but this is hands down the WORST gel manicure I have ever gotten. I'm so happy I came back to Synergy! I'm so pleased with my hands and feet; I didn't get the gents (Tony) name that did my acrylics, but he seemed like a perfectionist and I LOVE THAT. I noticed when men do my acrylic nails they take their time and they're meticulous. That's greatly appreciated. I came in for a acrylic fill and pedicure. The pedicure was pretty dang good, the hot stone massage was amazing and the massage alone was super relaxing. I need my pedicures to be at this level for me to come back. ($27)When I first came in to get my fill I was going to get regular polish, but after noticing they had chrome, mood changing and glow in the dark - I had to do gel. It was a little more than I usually pay, but with the effects of my nails I'm very happy. There's no bumps on my nails, they're completely smooth and even. I decided with the mood changing glow in the dark gel #1 ($40)I'm more than happy with the outcome and WILL continue to come back. I'll be referring my girlfriends as well! Read Less

Tony's always amazing, tried out a new gel polish-color changing/glow in the dark. Super cute and super fun! Perfect for the upcoming holiday! I came here because of the Yelp reviews and I was limited on time. I don't know if I came on a wrong day or not, but I was waiting outside 10 am and no one was there so I called Tony and he said they were running late. Anyways, after 15 minutes, I was able to be assisted. The place is super clean and I love how the music is actually spa music and not pop. Super relaxing. There's a good color selection. After a week, my nails started peeling off. I did not have time to come back and get them fixed. It appears that they don't have the newer technology when it comes to your nails. My acrylic was a little thicker than what I'm used to. I loved my pedicure though, they gave me a really good massage with the hot stone! They also do waxing here. Honestly, this place gets the job done but it isn't my favorite, but I've gone here a couple of times. A good place for convenience and price. Read Less

Tony was complete perfection. I'll admit I was a little hesitant on having a guy do my nails, but I'm more than pleased to have taken that chance. He is SO nice and friendly. He makes a lot of jokes and just makes you feel welcomed.There were so many color choices, from Chrome-Mood change colors. He found mold on my nails from my other nail salon (which I will never go back to) and knew just what to do and took great care of all of my nails. He took so much time to file down my nails and made sure each nail was perfect. I have coffin shaped nails, and I like the tip to be very narrow, Tony did that without me telling him. great ambience & nice people. my only problem is they have little knowledge in nail shapes. i did not want my nails to be coffin shaped. i wanted them narrow all around not towards the end like the "coffin" i told the lady from the beginning. she insisted that what i wanted is called the coffin nail and that i should have told her from the beginning. i didn't want to piss her off so just let her do whatever shape she thought i wanted. it's okay though the environment is great but parking is bad. I was very please with the service I received.  I got acrylic nails with gel and a pedicure.  My nails have never looked so good and have already lasts three weeks without lifting.  My only complaint would be that I said I wanted matching polish for my fingers and toes.  I got a candy apple red on my fingers, which is what i asked for.  My toes ended up a dark blood red, not what i asked for.  However, I will still go back.  I just will not allow them to pick out the matching toenail polish for me. So this place does cost $4 more for a gel manicure than my normal place that I go to in Dublin. It's very cute and they are polite. Biggest perk is that you get a 5 minute shoulder massage.. so that could make it worth the money :) I went later in the day (6pm) and I did see a coffee maker. My guess is that they have coffee for you if you come in the morning. They also had bags of chips (unfortunately I'm trying to eat healthy). Unfortunately I'm giving two stars because my gel manicure began to peel off on many nails within two days! A week after I got my nails done I had five different nails with nail polish that is lifting up at the top. This has never happened to me before... usually my gel nails last a minimum of two weeks but usually three weeks. My wife didn't have that good of an experience either. She got acrylics and the lady was in a hurry to leave during closing. We asked another person if they were dry or not and he said they were fine. It was 7:15pm at this time so I understand we were there after they closed. Turns out they were not dry when we left so 3-4 of her nails got ruined :/ Overall we aren't thrilled. Read Less

Best place to get rid of the nasty heel callus! They will literally make your heel nice and smooth! Can't find any place that can do it like they do! I've driven from Concord/ Benicia to get more callus removed by them! Read Less

I have been coming here for about a year and it's a fantastic location and great nail spa.   Tony and his wife run a clean and organized service.  They are friendly and accommodating of my every need. Got in quick to get a fill and out quick! And the lady who did my nails really pays attention to detail. When I came in my nails were pretty messed up from the previous nail lady that did them from a different salon but she totally did her thing. Would recommend. But for my fill it cost $38.. to me that's a little pricy but for all the work the lady did to my nails. Definently worth it! Read Less

They switched management recently and the quality is not what it was just a few months ago. The wax service is significantly higher than advertised now, and they don't tell you until afterwards. They have also stopped doing some of the components that they used to have such as the massage and clay mask for manicures. Pedicure was now just Ok and it used to be amazing. Now it is your run of the mill $20 pedicure but still at the $45 price point. I will try again soon to see if my last visit was just a fluke. Read Less

Synergy Nail Spa is under new management and has definitely made a positive improvement for all the services they have. The place is immaculate ... they use liners for pedis...great hot stone massage with hot towel treatment !! They also have a massive amount of gel color to choose. Read Less

This is a really great nail salon that is tucked away in the little plaza next to Royal novelties. So far all of my experiences have been good. I usually come in to get a mani and pedi, it costs $35. They do incredible massages here and use hot rocks as well as scrub and warm lotion. Last time I came in they told me that they were going to have reopening with new owners on 02/15/16. I'll be back to check it out and see if the consistently good service persists.The only thing is that they should really consider having their gel samples in a more organized fashion so that it is easier to find your color. You have to go through a whole box of fingernails on a chain in order to find your color and they aren't separated by color scheme so it's hard when your looking for a specific color. Read Less

The daughter has been coming to this nail salon with a fried of hers for a few months now, and I have been impressed by her nails enough to venture out to try it myself.I called and they were able to take me on a windy Thursday and the service was very friendly and the amount of options they offer for enhancements were great. I had an excellent pedicure and manicure and was given hot tea an opted for an extended massage. My daughter was correct that this place is definitely worth coming to. My gel manicure has lasted 3 weeks- which is amazing and I look forward to coming back this week. Read Less
