Customer service and technique is SO important to me when it comes to my nails. As a former nail tech, instructor and even Director of a Nail Technology School in NY in the early 90's...I am very particular. I'm in this area on business and someone suggested this salon and recommended I only let Jeni do my nails, since clearly, as the owner, she would do the best work & provide the best customer service. NOT. Her acrylic lay was great around my cuticles, so I had high hopes! But after hurting me with her drill and rudely being unable to get the shape of my requested "square without rounded edges" nails right (even giving me a completely crooked middle nail), I finally just offered to purchase a file from her so I could fix it myself at home. So tonight, I'll be in my hotel room trying to get acrylic from under my nail and reshaping the slightly rounded tops of them. I'll be here a few more weeks but I won't be returning to this shop for service. My service before this one was at Hollywood Nails in Pleasant Hill and she was fabulous. So I guess I'll just make the 40 minute drive back to Hollywood Nails. Read Less

Terrible attitude and service.  I haven't stopped by this place for awhile until recently.  I got my manicure and pedicure done by this new lady and an old woman that I recognized.  I have never seen the new lady before but then again, I haven't been her in awhile either.  She seems to know what she doing but this lady needs to learn some etiquette.  While working on my fingers, she kept on chatting with her friend, the woman who worked on my toes, in their own native language, and she was loud too.  I was about to tell her to please "shut" it and concentrate on my fingers.  I didn't want to get my nails ruin, or worse, get hurt by someone who can't keep her mouth shut.  If it wasn't because the owner was busy working on someone else's nails, I would have advised her to try to hire people who knows what "customer service etiquette" is.  I mean I have no problem with stuttering people but please, it was really annoying while sitting there getting my nails and toes done, and being forced to listen to a loud mouth who didn't know when to shut up.Jeni, I've been going to your business for the past six years and love all you gals but unfortunately, you just lost this long time customer. I have been to this salon a few times so far and have not been satisfied with the results. The first time I visited I had done a French manicure and they were great, just didn't last as long as I had hoped. After that I had done regular polish manicures which weren't that great. They overcharge and rely heavily on tips. I tried to explain to the woman doing my nails that the French tips she was creating were not clean, and in return she just gave me attitude and was very rude. I was not comfortable at all and I've given them many opportunities to do better. I will not be returning to this salon. Read Less

Never going there again. Poor service!!! They should shut down. Don't even deserve a one star.There ladies are only after tips they get specially lady called MIU MIU . I also feel they are a bit racist towards Indians and do not give them a good service compared to the other crowd coming in. I went there to relax myself but the lady completely spoiled it . She dint do a good massage and on top of that couldn't understand what I want her to do. I clearly told her to be careful with cuticles as I am expecting and do not want any infection. She still plucked it that I had little bit of blood coming out and then applied a gel without even asking me whether I should apply it. There could be any chemicals in the gel. And before doing the manicure she said I have to pay since I will have nail polish later , so I paid but tip I kept it for later. I thought I will give her before leaving in spite  of hurting me. But she thought I am not going to tip her so after I was done with my manicure , so rudely she told me to go and sit there and dry your nails & pushed the side of my chair I was sitting on. I got so pissed and told her hello lady be soft I am pregnant you could hurt me but looks like she dint understand and after that incident I decided not to tip her at all. Go to hell. So not in Livermore! Jennys nails in Dublin. I had an older woman who was giving me a pedicure, and I was not paying attention (reading my book) she dosed my feet in cuticle remover and start vigoursly scrubbing them, it immeaditly started burning and I yanked my feet away and into the water. The picture shows part of the damage to my feet which is incredibly painful to walk or stand on. I did not receive any form of an apology, though another woman who worked there (I assume the manager) did grab neosporin and bandage up my feet so I didn't bleed into my shoes...BEWARE! Read Less

Awesome nails and for a great price.I came along with a friend who frequents this parlor. I saw the pretty nail design she got from here and wanted the same. I was surprised how meticulous the nail technician was in doing my nails. Never did I feel rushed, and she took her time to ensure the outcome was perfect. It ended up only costing $35. I was really happy with the outcome and quality of work that was put into painting my nails.I'll definitely be back. Read Less

I absolutely love the staff at Davi nails Lisa did my nails when it started but when she's busy Jimmie does them for me he does an amazing job he has patience for me and I love it when he says see you tomorrow love you all see you next time I need my nails done Read Less
