If i can give this place zero stars i would i went on easter and they charged me 15$ for color change what was a good price and 22$ for a pedicure so i go today and the lady tells me to come back in a hour it's already 7:30pm so i tell her if i come back in an hour will you forsure do my nails she says yes so i come back at 8:20pm and she tells me rudely im not done yet ypu need to wait so i wait an additional 30 minutes and she still isnt done so im about to leave because it 9pm and she decides to ask me what i need done i tell her a nail repair and a color change and she tells me a color change is 30$ and 1 nail repair is 15$ so im pissed now because last time she charged me 15$ for a color change and on the board it says 4$ for a nail repair for 1 nail repair 15$ thats ridiculous !!!!! do not come here unless you want to wait 2 hours for them to over charge you , a price of a full set at other nail shops cost 20$ and a nail repair is 5$ the most i will not be coming back here ever or recommending any of my family or friends here worst wait for nothing Read Less

I'm sitting here waiting for my niece to be done with her nails,lol since they finally started on them after skipping her 4-5 times (WTF)  so I told the guy didn't catch his name before he did my nails but I showed him a pic of what I wanted my nails to be like from their yelp page obviously it wasn't a set that they did assuming it's a stock picture but anyways he said my nails would be $60 because length and shape I guess which I was down for because I thought I was going to get the design and color I wanted vs the one I put on the table (I MENTIONED THAT I WASN'T FINISHED PICKING AT THE BEGINNING WHILE SHOWING HIM THE PICTURE OF THE DESIGN AND COLORS I WANTED) cool whatever's I can overlook it but seriously $60 for a $45 nail job maybe $50 if you push it but $60 nah too much fam ... I can go to my regular salon and get What I want for $40-$45 and leave a $10 tip this place cleans out all your money before you can get a tip out !!! I'm disappointed that the nail tech didn't give me the nails I wanted but Whatever it's easy for me to say at least I tried it out ... it's sad cause I would come back but the price is just ridiculous  !!! Lucy did a good job on my nails but I wouldn't pay what I paid again for them. I got a fill with gel color and one finger was glitter gel/ I also got a pedicure with gel color; I paid 110. To me this is outrageous. This is normally what I get at my normal shop but they didn't have time to take me and I paid 70$. Everyone was nice. My pedicure was ass backwards though. They soaked my feet, cut my cuticles did color then scrubbed my feet and gave me a mediocre 1.5 minute rub. That's honestly why I even get my nails done in the first place. There was two people rotated out to finish my treatments which I thought was weird. Will I be back? More than likely not. Tony did an excellent job on my nails! I got cat eye magnetic polish #17 i believe thats what it was called! Although tony doesn't talk much at all dont think he is rude he is just very focused it seems & takes his time with your nails! I love this place! Lucy is very knowledgeable and skilled. I came desperate to have my nails fixed after Nail Spa in Downey on Firestone and Paramount, botched my nails several times. Lucy not only fixed my nails but took the time to properly shape and polish them. She even gave me a free design! They say you get what you pay for and I truly believe that now. First time here, I stumbled upon this place after being grossed out by Lana's nails. This place is clean. Well cleanish. The lady next to me is getting a pedicure and manicure and her big toe has fungus. Both her nails are yellow! The nail salon still did her nails. I thought about taking a photo but that would've been weird. So whoever gets the equipment after her, you know where you got it! Other than that, they did an excellent job for my first time. I told the lady about my ingrowns and she took out the ones off the baby toes but not from the big toes, that would be the only flaw with the lady so far. First I went there I got a pedicure and a eyebrow wax. They did a good job.Second time I went for eyelash extensions..I was told that it would be $75 but they charged me $120 and that didn't include the tip. I was told they would last me 2 weeks.They fell off in 3 days.And 3rd time I went to get a fill and had a pedicure..they charged me $94. That was a week ago my nail polish it chipping off. I started going here when it first opened and liked how clean and nice it was. The callus remover using the machine really got me. I never cared for the prices, too expensive but It was close, clean and wasn't too crowded. That has changed. The staff are different and they don't take the time they used to for the callus remover so it's not worth it. I have also noticed my nails hurt after, my toes especially. They cut off too much cuticle. I stopped going for a while but yesterday I thought I would try it one more time. Bad decision. The staff are rude and they did a terrible job. They nicked me a few times, my toes hurt, you know something is wrong when they poor the alcohol on before the polish and your toes and nails burn. I regretted my decision within minutes of sitting down but I was too tired and out of time to find another place. I will not go back here and I hope that I don't have an infection on my big toe. Walked in exploring because i needed my nails done; and saw their pretty picture on here. Was greated well and showed the "nice" lady the picture i wanted she said okay that 60 and i said okay. She then again looked at me and said is that okay because sometimes people do it and then dont wanna pay. That threw me off and was pretty humiliating... Overpriced services and some workers are rude & pushy. One of the ladies tried to convince me to get an $80 full set, plus $5 for shaping them into almond. Since when do tjey charge extra  for the shape? That's already included! She tried to get me to add gel which was an additional $20 and some other thing that would make my nails look "natural", of course that was extra $$. At the end my nails would have been over $100.  This was after I had already said no. I  ended up getting a full set, basic color,   no gel for $35, anywhere else it would have cost  $20-25! They are way to OVERPRICED I understand they do everything for nails, designs, holographic etc but for what they are charging you isn't worth what your getting. I was in I got greeted, was asked what I needed and then I went to pick color and they said it was 40 for gel and fill. Ok... and then they said they give me discount for first time so I said ok I want unicorn nails, they had a pik on yelp so I showed them. They said ok we can do. And so then they tell me the price is 55. For one two fingers in each hand of fairy dust. It's insane. One I agreed to that because I wanted the fairy dust they go to say oh you have to wait I'm not done with her yet. And they had already sat me at a seat like they were gonna start. I started going to this salon as soon as it opened few months ago. I they are very clean, have large selection on good quality products and are friendly. I understand it takes time to figure out how to run business, however 6 months later salon is understaffed, very expensive, great at upselling- without mentioning how much it is. I went to do my fill and gel mid week. I arrived at 4:15. One lady started on filling my gel off. Then I was left waiting for owner to do the rest. She was backed up with 2 other ppl, got up for phone calls, wax other ppl, deal with customer complains etc. I told her at 5:20 I must  leave by 545 latest. I decided to try this place out when I was shopping at the shopping center. I liked that there was no long wait, I also liked that they had a good selection of essie and opi nail polish, gel colors, and holographic powders but really that's about all I liked.If you don't mind paying $100+ for a full set then this is the place to come. For one I walked in there and seen their prices on the wall so I thought hey not too bad. Well come to find out  I paid waayyy tooo much for a fill full set, gel polish, and fairy dust. Never in my life have I paid more than  $55 for gel full set and design and regular pedi. I think this place needs to disclose (even when you ask) the prices before they try to convince you to try this, this, and that. Anyway the very next day after getting my fill with gel polish and  fairy dust glitter my gel started to lift on two nails....ugggh so yes I went back to get it fixed for free...now literally a week later again my gel has lifted and one of my nails chipped.  I'm not going back because I'm positively sure they're gonna charge me to fix this hot mess. I just rather avoid this place overall. I've never had this problem before where the gel lifts within a week.  Maybe after the 3rd week which is around the time I go in to either get a fill or a brand new set. I was pleased when I arrived with my daughter. Friendly, clean and cute was my first thoughts. After waiting for almost an hour and all they did was soak my feet. I got a gel mani and pedi. $85. SERIOUSLY!! My daughter got a full set for her prom today and pedi. $65. We both got cut and my daughter nail broke after a few hours. NOT WORTH IT.My daughters cuticles weren't even cut and we even got a shifty massage. We had 4 different people working on us. No structure at all. 2 and half hours later and $150. Later. Its nice and clean and everyone there is very attentive of you. They have an amazing selection of colors and are always on top of the new trends. Lucy does my nails and I LOVE her! I want to give this place a 3.5 because I loooove my nails. They're gorgeous. but if it weren't for that, they'd get a lower score because there were a couple things I didn't like. Lucy was my nail artist.It all started when we arrived. I knew right away that I wanted my nails to be holographic. I glanced at the price menu and they were a little more expensive that I would like, but it was my birthday so I didn't mind splurging.When I arrived there were no other customers. Lucy asked me what kind of colors I wanted. She showed me of wide variety of different glittery polishes and other holographic type similar colors. I was very pleased with the large selection and was even having a hard time deciding. I was so excited because these were beautiful colors. At points I could not understand what Lucy was saying to me. That is not her fault, nor is it my fault. But she did try to teach me about the different types of polishes. There were so many categories that I could not really distinguish them from one another. I am not a professional therefore there really was no way for me to grasp all the different kinds immediately, especially because I needed extra time to understand her.When she asked me what I wanted she expected me to know exactly the name of the polish I wanted. I had such a difficult time trying to decipher which was which. Literally all she did was point to them and tell me the name. How was I supposed to remember? she was very frustrated with me because I did not remember which one was a fairy dust nail versus a holographic nail versus a chrome nail  there were like 20 very similar options. My mom was also very confused as well so we needed clarification a couple times. and Lucy was like "okay I'm gonna tell you ONE MORE TIME! I already explained it." I finally picked the colors because she was just visibly frustrated. Then she told me that my total was going to be $115 (this is for gel acrylic nails and a pedicure) I honestly do not know where she got that number from because the price menu said nothing about this insane amount. I almost wanted to run out because I was expecting to pay about $80 at most. I told her that that price was way out of my budget. She made me feel terrible for switching to a lower cost. I was just going to get plain acrylic nails with the ring finger holographic. She constantly reminded me that they weren't going to look as pretty and that they were going to fall off soon for not putting gel. The entire time that she was shaping my tips, she was very pushy about going with the more expensive option. After talking to my mom, we decided that I should get the expensive nails after all. we were only going to spend this much today because it was my birthday. Never again. I finally told Lucy that I would follow through with the original plans and she immediately became happy. I can see that she was only speaking with the intentions of taking my money. During the actual process of doing my nails, I noticed that she did not bother to push my cuticles back. I don't know much about nails but I do know that this should always be done. She also cut a piece of my skin while using a tool and it stung pretty badly. When she used the tool to file my nails, she let the dust stay on my nails. Basically she did not bother to wash my hands off or at least clean the dust off before putting the paste. One of my nails is also very very very noticeably crooked. Was it worth it?
