Spectacular Work! I had been going to Expert Nail for over 10 years and I was paying so much money for a messy service, only because I was so comfortable and knew the tech from so many years going to her.I walked in two weeks ago to Diamond Bar Beauty and loved the customer service as soon as I walked in. They sat me down with a technician and he began to clean up the messy job from the previous horrible nail place I had gone to and he then introduced the friendly gentlemen who began his marvelous job because he had a client he was finishing up. (Pay attention to how they make sure you're not sitting waiting to be helped out)I couldn't have walked into such a 5 Star Salon! I'm not one to post reviews ever or bash other salons but getting your nails done can be expensive and if you're paying over $40 somewhere for a fill and gel manicure you better be getting the best service possible and your nails better be looking amazing! Did I mention they offer you wine ? (If you're over 21 obviously) If you go with your spouse or girlfriends they make sure you all sit next to each other or close enough so you can have a comfortable conversation. (Many nails salons will split you up and sit you anywhere as long as they can get your nails done not considering that you might be there having some girl or couple time) I'm just in love with the service and talent of the technicians.I whole heartedly recommend this place 100% You will not leave disappointed.All the tools are packaged and sanitized so you will never ever leave with any type of dangerous bacteria in your skin and nails.These are the second nail fill I have gotten here and he re shaped my nails and did exactly what I wanted and more! He was so kind to fix a broken nail the first time at no cost to me that was not even an original set they had put me and this time he put all the little Crystals at no cost to me. Highly recommend for precision and swiftness! Tony was very quick with my gel manicure but made sure he got the edges of my nails! I told him it was the biggest pet peeve of getting my nails done. He was very meticulous on making sure he got the edges and made sure the coats were even. Matthew and Tony both were friendly, trying to start a conversation, and you're given wine and little treats while you get your services done. Definitely a great experience and will be coming back. Amazing.. everything about this nail salon is what you dream about. I rarely give reviews to nail salons but this place deserves to be recognized. I was greeted right away by the staff and Matthew. Offered me wine, juice and snacks. I was thrown off bc you just don't get treated like this at most nail salons! HMM THAT WINE THO. Anyway, got my manicure and pedicure and of course my color was pink for the month of October- breast cancer awareness month :) my pedicure was amazing.. I forgot her name :( and loved my manicure.. I forgot his name as well.. ugh I'm terrible with names!! :(. Had an awesome convo with Matthew while I was taken care of. Learned so much about this humble business. I got nervous going into this shop. I was the only customer at the (odd, I admit) time, and all three technicians kind of hovered around me the entire time. It's attached to a hair salon and someone's perm was making the place stink horribly. I can't blame them on that, but I also felt the shop wasn't particularly "clean" in the sense that my seat was facing a trash can, and the towels were very old looking. I thought multiple times that I would never go back to this location, but I've since changed my mind and here's why: 1) Quality. My gel manicure is the smoothest, most consistent gel manicure I've gotten...ever. I can tell this set will last well past 2 weeks because of the strength it has2) Speed. He was fast! 30 minutes in and out is a DREAM. 3) Price. $24 full gel with 1 finger gel removal. Even with tip that's the cheapest I've paid. So I actually went here to give it another try since the first time I went it was okay. This time I got a sweet nail tech girl that did a gel mani for me. What I loved most about her was that she was honest. I picked a color "peach cider" that appeared more yellow on the sample but as she opened it she told me it looked more orange and showed me on her nail. She was super patient with me and suggested other colors since I wasn't  feeling an orange glitter color. We chose between a purple glitter and Tiffany blue glitter. I wanted to try the purple glitter, after doing one hand she showed it to me and told me that it doesn't look like it does in the bottle. When it was on my nail it was an extremely light purple. I agreed that it looked too plain so we went with the Tiffany blue glitter. She showed it to me with one hand done and i liked it. She put silver fine glitter on my ring finger nail as an accent. She was very sweet and gave me a complimentary small glass of white wine. After driving home, I couldn't stop staring at my nails. The more I looked at it, the more I liked it. To the point where I had to write this review. I am the type of girl to get a color and just deal with it. Even if it didn't look like how I want it to. Most places won't even question it and just proceed. So I always stick with nudes since you can't really go wrong with that. I decided to try something different and I'm so glad that I did. She made me feel really comfortable and I appreciated her patience. All around it was a good experience and I highly recommend getting a gel mani here. Horrible experience here. I think I came on a bad day because it was probably one of the most painful pedicures I've ever received. First, I was never given a choice of polish. The male worker there (maybe the owner?) just told me to have a seat and didn't bother asking if I had polish. Luckily I had a color in mind and brought my own polish. For the pedicure, I wish I had caught the name of the person who did my pedicure because she was horrible (I overheard someone calling her Nancy? Not sure). First off, she wasn't very welcoming. Second, she seemed really lazy. She didn't even give off a good vibe. She rushed my pedicure which made my experience so painful. I kept clenching and flinching. There were multiple times she even had to say 'sorry.' If you kept having to say sorry, why don't you do a better job and stop rushing!? She was also horrible that applying polish. Very very uneven layers. It was very obvious on every toe she painted. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The male worker there (owner?) asked me to write a Yelp review while I was sitting in the chair and I had not even received my service yet. What am I supposed to review at that point? Been here twice and I live an hour away. Matthew was booked the first time I came to the salon, so I had Anna do my mani-pedi. She did a wonderful job and was so delightful to talk to. The salon is now managed by both Matthew and Anna, and I couldn't be more delighted of the change. I liked Steve, the former manager of the salon, but I got to know Matthew at my second visit and he's a very hard-working and personable individual. It is rare to find someone so young who has a good head on his/her shoulder and Matthew's goal is to leave the salon feeling fabulous. I can't say enough great things about Matthew. I look forward to booking my next mani-pedi appointment with him, as long as it's not at 6:45pm! :p I will definitely be back and recommend my family and friends to give this salon a try! Read Less

pros: they serve you wine. staff are generally very friendly. cons: they serve you wine and you get drunk, so you dont realize how poorly the nails look. I caught my manicurist trying to reuse the nail tools she used on the last customer on me and had to request she open a new bag in front of me. she tried to play it off like it was an accident but she definitely thought i wasnt paying attention. Furthermore, i dont care if you smoke weed, but the young man working there smelled loud and kept advertising it loudly as if it wasnt him.Read Less

Great customer service and products! I had a haircut here with Richard Montgomery and he did a great job. He is very knowledgeable on men and women's hair and friendly. A typical male cut ranges from $10 to $15. (Not sure about women cause I'm not one!) Great value! Read Less
