The man here was very rude. I would not go back here. He asked me if I was married (I was not wearing my rings) when I told him I was, he proceeded to say, you must be married to a poor man because I don't see a diamond.... Really, this is the first in you are going to say to a customer when they sit in your chair.... I proceeded to tell him that I am leaving on vacation and had put my rings away. Then he told me, oh, make sure you stay out of the sun, you don't want to get dark. I said of course I do, that way my tan will last longer. He said no, white people get a nice tan, we get dark and if you get too dark you will be scary. WTF!!!!! 5 STAR establishment.My family and I have been coming here since they opens well Over 12 years ago. This is a couple establishment ran by Mimi and Sunny. Their work is quality. Their service is great and you can't get anything or go anywhere that can even come close to experience. Once you go, you'll be hooked. Your nails will last and the pricing is great for this quality of work. Mid ranged. You can tell that they care immensely that you get what you came for. Walk ins are welcome but worth the 5-25Mins wait to get a seat. They have a bakery across the  very small parking lot that you can get a milk tea from while you wait! You have control with how your experience will be. If you want to chat, they will chat and listen/tell some stories. I love Mimi and Sunny! They're honest, never overcharge/upsell. Best Nails is clean, welcoming and has a "family style" feeling. They accepts credit cards and appointments, so don't worry about having cash ready or waiting forever to get your nails done.I'm a typical gel manicure, traditional pedicure type of girl. Best Nails is owned by a husband & wife team. This is the only nail salon I come to Mimi is the best.  Her husband Sunny is funny & accommodating. Mimi is an expert!  not only at applying nails but she also does great waxing & massage! Her sister also works there and is so good at pedicures! I love their feet spas! I came at 330 on a Friday afternoon and I didn't wait at all. I got a gel mani and pedi and it turned out great took about 45 mins. I love my nails but next time I think I will get acrylic because that's what I prefer. Everyone is very nice here and sunny the owner says they have been there 15 years. So I agree, this guy is pretty intrusive. He tried to tell me I shouldn't be moving to Arizona; instead I should be moving to Palm Springs. Ok strange person, I'll get right on that. Afterwards, my answers were yes or no so stop talking to me. And if I wrote this yesterday like I'd planned, he would have gotten three stars because with an hour before closing, he was able to take all three of our pedicures right away. If nail salons had food ratings this place would be a C at best. Besides the run down cobweb ridden dust infested place...I might have come back if they did a good nail job but this was the WORST gel manicure I have ever gotten in my life!!! They only did one coat, the curve was effed up and as jagged as teeth, and they didn't allow time for the white tip to dry so it bled into the clear space...they are painfully understaffed and rushed through my manicure....im so bummed because I wanted a manicure before my vacation ...after my well deserved brooding and THREE complaints from my friend...they agreed to redo my nails...im glad that the problem was rectified but the point is it shouldn't have to have been... All I can say is, this has been the most fun I've ever had getting a mani/pedi. The owners, Sunny & Mimi are super funny whose goal is to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Sunny's voice may become annoying but his wife and the rest of the ladies are very nice, sweet, and make me smile. Sunny did my nails , he did them beautifully!!! Unlike other salons who rush and do a sloppy job, Sunny actually took his time. I asked for a glitter powder...he made my nails two-tone with pink and clear. It wasn't excessively glittery or trashy looking. It looked well for someone my age. One of the ladies here does an excellent pedicure as well...I don't recall her name though. Read Less

Mimi who is the owner along with her husband Sunny are such lovely people. I have been doing artificial nails for over 35 years. I have been to some swanky ones, believe me in fact I caught a fungi from one of these "FANCY" & supposedly "clean" salons. Horrified,  I was referred to Mimi whom I like to call the "nail doctor". My nails were so infected by this fungi. I thought I would lose some of the nails.  Mimi cured it with patience & solutions. She cares about her clients not like some of these " in & out" places. She also does waxing and pedicures.  Sunny is very nice & friendly. A  hard working couple.  I have never seen any of the workers eat out in the open. They do have a back breakroom and it is a clean place. You can always tell by the way the bathroom is kept.   I have a lot of friends who go there especially for face waxing.
