This visit was the worst poor customer service all they want to do is minimum and as fast as they can. But the one thing I can’t stand is if you want to learn English you should try talking to your customers more and practicing would bring a welcome feeling to your establishment I have traveled for years to Bakersfield and it’s ashamed to say I will continue to do so Delano deserves better than that!!! Terrible customer service. Asked if the could make the water hotter and they looked and talked in their language as if they did not understand. Added more cold water instead. Refused to dump some oh the water so that hot water could be added. Needless to say, I left. Read Less

I think this place is related to Nova nails. I walked in and was greeted, I recognized some familiar faces. A lady asked what I needed, I told her a pedicure and she told me to sit in chair 6, now that was too familiar! Every nail tech was busy with someone, I set my timer and waited about 10 minutes and nobody had moved. They do the same thing they do at nova nails, make you sit in a chair and think you're going to get worked on, but end up waiting 45 mins. This was not happening to me here! Went in to get eyelash extensions for first time she said okay 1 hour so I waited 1 hour then I see that she's doing more nails and I ask her and then she says oh 40 more mins and I told her that I was next and she said oh it's because she's in a rush and we should all have rights because I was in a rush to and it was my turn waited 2 hours for nothing. My mom and I have been here a few times only because we are too lazy to drive to Bakersfield to get our nails done.  I am aware that there is another nail place that opened in town.  However, they are closed on Sundays so this place literally is our last resort.We came right at 10am; the time they opened, or so we thought... there were already people that were getting their nails done and we were left to wait for our pedicures.  They told us to sit in the pedi chairs, but they were not able to get to us until 20 min later.  They first worked on me while my mom waited...  The guy literally only spent 20 minutes on my toes!  I am used to have a whole hour!  He then worked on my mom and that also only took 20 minutes.  we were there for an hour and some of that time was spent waiting. So sad... I think that it is great that Delano is trying to expand, but places where they are just too focused on doing a mediocre job just to get the job done... Walked in no appointment, 75 for pedi, mani & eyebrow wax. Not bad, the least I ever paid for these services across this country. Im picky about designs, never happy. So they did ok, the pedi paint could've been cleaned up. I mentioned this to them, she said you wont see it after we clear coat it. Uhhh I can see it... Any way the eyebrow wax, they missed spots. How do I know cause I took more notice when I came home to my mirror to see. DamnOther than that, friendly staff, clean salon. Read Less
