Customer service is ok. No communication and also pushy. My grandma and I don't normally get nails done but I'm in town for this weekend and won't have any other time to get this done. Not sure if this is common but I have trouble communicating EXACTLY what service I want when I come to a nail salon, I always feel like when I want the basic for mani and pedi(just cleaning no nail color) I always end up paying more than what I see is on the board. That's exactly what happened here. My grandma wanted a regular pedicure and manicure, the lady kept pushing to get the deluxe ($10+). She said no. Then she keeps repeating "you like gel? You should get gel" my grandma said no. Then somewhere along the way when I wasn't paying attention to her service anymore, they started to do gel service on my grandma. I asked my grandma, did you know this costs more. She said no one told her and that she didn't agree to it. My grandma has no clue what gel is. Nobody says anything thing about how much these "little" upgrades are. They just tag it in to you total bill. I feel stupid for questioning the price at the end. I appreciate the service but I HATE playing the guessing game of guess your total price in this nail salon business. For this reason, I will stick to doing my own nails. $45 for basic nail cleaning in Delano? Crazy. He didn't even wait for my nails to dry it started rubbing off, the polish was gross so I asked him to just take it off all together. I live in the Bay Area now and it's less than this for less pushy service and better understanding.

Will not return to this shop. The lady uses a dirty towel and pulled out her tools from a box labeled dirty. I asked for clean towel and tools and she was upset and tried to tell me they were clean.

Can we say bad service. I waited like 5 minutes after I told them over myServices of nail design of ombré acrylic refill And you can totally tell they didn't want to service me. Apparently they aren't all skilled to give me a fill. They were slow and unappreciative They don't care don'tGo here. Save your money and drive to Bakersfield Delano has no good nail places

I went to get a pedicure while pregnant because I couldnt cut my toenails at 8 months. They cut and then peal off your cuticles, which hurt. Afterwards, my big toe got very infected so I went on antibiotics which didn't fix it, so now I am giving this review from my 2ND trip to the doctor. Would NOT recommend.

Afterwards, my big toe got very infected so I went on antibiotics which didn't fix it, so now I am giving this review from my 2ND trip to the doctor. Would NOT recommend.

I'm very very happy with my nails! I did acrylic and gel and I can say this was the first time that I was completely satisfied ! I highly recommend this place! My nails were done by Len.

Just thought I'd give a little update I'm not sure how long a pedicure last but it's ben 2 weeks and I just got regulars Polish not gell and it hasn't chiped at all still shiny and going strong live it

Customer service is ok. No communication and also pushy. My grandma and I don't normally get nails done but I'm in town for this weekend and won't have any other time to get this done. Not sure if this is common but I have trouble communicating EXACTLY what service I want when I come to a nail salon, I always feel like when I want the basic for mani and pedi(just cleaning no nail color) I always end up paying more than what I see is on the board. That's exactly what happened here. My grandma wanted a regular pedicure and manicure, the lady kept pushing to get the deluxe ($10+). She said no. Then she keeps repeating "you like gel?
