Not the salon, but the stylist, Maggie, who was exceptionally patient, polite, engaging,  and talented. the other staff were cold and standoffish.when I arrived, the woman who works closest to the door was short and seemed suspicious of my arrival to the establishment.as if i was loitering, she asked me if she could help me with something, immediately.go here but ask for maggie. anyone else, meh. my haircut was supposed to be really expensive, but Maggie charged me a mere fraction of the cost. be good to that young lady. she's super talented. First i have to say i actually do like my hair, ive gotten it done twice when i visit my family i come from orange county and i could never find a place that did my hair right until i came here. I think stylist is janet or jesenia i honestly cant remember name. This time i decided to wax my face....... .........i came out with half an eyebrow!!!!!!!! I shouldve known better!!!! Instead of appologizing i was told oh it wasnt me i just cleaned your eyebrow..... seriously!!!!!! So i happen to walk in with half an eyebrow and never noticed!!!!!!!! LOVE this place! They are super friendly, great atmosphere and they do a wonderful job. I've only had one issue and when I went in the next week they did my nails at no cost. This place  is awesome I just  had  my  first  appointment ,with them  Janet did my hair   .Did  a great  job  ,went   For  a big job  trying  to go  from dark  black damage hair  . I have really enjoyed getting my nails done at Nail Max. It's nice they know my name when I enter the shop. The prices are afforable. I have noticed they work hard to please their customers, have a short wait time when no appointment was made ahead of time, and strive to make it a pleasant experience.
