This is second day after I got a manicure, pedicure and waxing. Don't let them touch your face, hands or feet. The staff was so sweet and nice... would give them 5 stars. Quality of job - 3 stars from 5 even at first day! This job doesn't cost $70+tips at all! Top coat on big finger of my right hand wasn't thick enough, became matte in couple hours and disappeared on the end of my fingernail that led to the loss of color of the previous layer: my red glittered nail has a spot with silver glitters, because there is no coat on top that could prevent discoloration. Also all layers were applied on nail plates unevenly, now it seems like I have wavelike unhealthy nails. Plus clearance between cuticle and applied gel has to be maximally smaller! Not 2 mm at all. A manicure looks not fresh and old. I noticed the lady that was making a pedicure didn't apply a base coat on my right foot, but I decided I was wrong and inattentive because I was speaking with other lady same time. Now I see a result. (Take a look at pics) Don't even want to comment a waxing. Skin damages and lots of spots with hair left that master didn't notice. I've been coming here for for about 4 years. Sometimes the customer service at the register or on the phone leaves a lot to be desired, but I've always been satisfied with their work. My only complaint is be prepared to wait even if you made an appointment. But all of the manicurists are wonderful!!Read Less

I really love this place. I went three weeks ago for the first time and my nails have been holding strong! I even put my nails through a move and not one lift, Crack or break. I'm seriously impressed. At other places I have got really thick and clunky nails but not here. My nails look almost natural. I have an appointment for later today and I'm so excited! The service was horrible. They don't listen to what you want! The manicure WASN'T good! The person at the front desk argues with you, when complaining about their work. Worst nail shop ever. Worst customer service ever. Bring your business elsewhere!!! I bought a gift card as a gift and turns out that the person already had a similar gift. I went back to try and return the gift card as I have no use for it and I live in Australia. I was told over and over that the sale was final yet was not told that upon sale, wasnt given a receipt, and there are no signs in the facility that say All Sales Final or No Refunds; no written policies anywhere. Returning the giftcard was not something I wanted to do and was embarassing enough, and they didnt make it any easier by creating a scene in their establishment. Each of the ladies were grabbing other ladies to talk to me, I had no idea who the manager or owner was. They were talking to each other in their language the entire time and looking at me from the back. It felt like a game honestly. Eventually they gave me the number of the "owner" who was conveniently "not there" in spite of running to the back room every 5 minutes consulting the other Asian ladies. I dont understand why these penny-pinching assholes made made it so difficult for me to resolve a simple return/refund. In my experience in retail, I have refunded gift cards up to $50. And yet the owner was still yelling at me and was completely condescending the entire time on the phone. Whatever, their business their rules I guess, but just know they are terrible at customer service and only value the dollars in your pocket. There are other cheaper nail salons and spas anyway. Tried this place for a last minute gel manicure after my usual shop was too busy to take me. The shop is clean, the staff were clean uniforms and it feels like a very upper class place. Unfortunately the quality of my manicure wasn't great, one whole nail snapped off the very next day and the others started to crack and seperate from the nail bed after about a week. I so got an eyebrow wax, which was great! So I might return to get other services besides gel manicure.Read Less

The person at the front desk told me that they can't do a design on my nails and when I asked why she gave me a dirty look and just told me I'm sorry, we can't help you. No respect, racist and talking to each other in other language making fun, so costumers don't underestan. Honestly terrible experience. I don't recommend it.Read Less

This is a brand new nail spa in Wesltake, Daly City -- just opened June 10, 2009. It's beautifully laid out, elegant decor, very attentive staff, and fantastic services. It's called a nail spa, but also offers other spa services --- spray and bed tanning, waxing, and facials. It is exceptionally clean, and the technicians are very good. I just had the best French manicure ever, and a wonderful pedicure. The pedi was the "deluxe" pedi -- scrub, mask, and really nice massage.
