This nail salon is by far the wrost experience I've had. I came in with my niece because she just graduated from high school. I wanted to gift her , her first gel manicure ever. I dont know the names of the nail technicians but at this point it dosent matter. Here is a list of things that went wrong today and why I wont be coming back. 1. I showed them a Picture of the design my niece wanted, swhich was a black french tip manicure with a cat on the ring finger and cute tail on the pinky. At this point they should have told me if they werent confident to do it! But continued anyway. POOR COMMUNICATION! 2. One nail was crooked and when I pointed it out she ignored me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3. The woman agreed to do it and said she could. The design ended up looking like batman! Who can mess up a simple cat head! The tail was half assed and painted poorly. LACK OF TALENTED NAIL ARTISTS! 4. I paid 40 dollars for them to buff out the crappy design and all they did was keep the black tips and painted the most basic and stupid glitter coating and called it a day! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! 5. She even had the nerve to say that I should go get nail stickers of cats to put on for my niece. If wanted to have nail designs I should have gone to the mall instead. WHAT THE HECK! 6. To top it off when my niece went outside, the nail color wasnt even black! It was navy! I hated everything about this experience. Hell I wouldn't even give it that. NEVER. AGAIN. I've been to this place other 2 times and got a good service, but this last time, I had the lady shouting in my face when I questioned the price I was being charged. I always get a simple mani & pedi $27, but this time wanted to get gel manicure and simple pedicure. First that I walked-in and they asked me to come back at 2pm, but at 2pm there was already someone complaining that they've been waiting for 30min at the chair to get a pedicure. For that reason, I didn't get any attention until 230pm. The lady who did my gel mani barely pushed my cuticles, so I asked her to do it again and she apparently didn't like it. By the time the lady got to do my pedicure, the water was cold and she finished within 20min. The chair massage didn't work, and the lady doing my nails seemed pretty bothered with me checking her work. By the end, I had to rush to get my car before getting a fine for parking over a hour, and she charged my card $45!! I questioned why $45, and she charged me $25 fo mani gel (agreed) and $20 (?) for SPA PEDI. Their classic pedicure is $10 and I got a simple pedicure in cold water, but paid $20.....! I was having a bad day already, and her shouting "YES" repeatedly in my face clearly didn't help. Plus, the polish in my nails are full of bubbles and badly painted. I came here to get a fullset manicure. The lady who did my nails rushed my service, my nails were too long, and there were air bubbles. After all that, she left. They were rushing me to go. My nail got ruined, I asked them to fix it, a young pregnant girl who works here, got pissed off and did refixed my nail, talking crap in her language the whole time. I will NEVER come here EVER again! I had to go home and refix my nails and even change the color. That's how bad my nails looked. Read Less

Theyre customer care is terrible. She kept rushing and cut me multiple times the acrylics were not cleaned up properly . She made me bleed around 7 times and it was just terrible. DON'T GO HERE !  The lady that did my nails did such a terrible job. I asked for almond shaped nails but she refused to shape them in that way because "it's for old people." I repeatedly asked her to shape them in the way that I wanted but instead she shaped them in a coffin shape. I also wanted them shorter and she also refused to make them short. When it came to painting them things got even worse. The lady acted like I was a bother like I was paying for a service. She wasnt doing anything for free. Overall, this place has terrible service. I'm so happy with my nails! I came in with a botched acrylic set from another place and the man who fixed my nails did an amazing job. All of the staff was so friendly AND easy to communicate with. I was able to tell him what I want with no problem, and he was very talented, almost perfectionist in his work. I don't live that close to here but i would be willing to make the trip back! The rudest nail salon I've ever been to. They were upset about me not picking the Color I wanted right when I walked in, and the shape is terrible. The gel came out like blobs. She cut my finger when filing, and then to top it off she charged me $5 extra than what she told me on the phone. Also, it's my birthday and it was the only downfall of my day. Came in for a simple manicure and left with all uneven nail lengths. This place seems like they don't really pay attention to your original nails coming in.. I've been working hard trying to grow them without breaking especially working in the restaurant industry. Now I have two middle finger nails that are too short and two too long pinky nails but somehow my ring finger nail is longer than the other one. Ugh. lol. DONT GO HERE! If you're not getting acrylics I guess you're fine.. They purposely make the acrylic super thin so your nails break within  a few amount of days! Very nice place! I walked in at the salon  on a friday lunchtime with no appointment and I was expecting a lot of people. I was pleased that there's only one customer! I always pass by their salon and always see it packed, so it was an amazing surprise today is a relaxed day.  I immediately love Diana for being so professional, and very warm, her personality and her smile is just amazing.  She asked me if I need to rush and I was pleased that she even considered the duration of the Pedicure I asked to do. I come to this salon because of the proximity to my house but I don't know why I even waste my time. I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but I just keep having bad experiences back to back. Their work is SLOPPY and they take WAY TOO LONG because they'll start working on your nails and leave halfway to work on someone else's. They'll skip basic functions like scraping your foot or putting lotion on your hands. Do not come here if you're in a rush or if you need professional looking nails! The owners really live up to the name of the salon, acknowledging you as an individual, truly kind and sincere. The salon is very well kept and runs at a good pace. I didn't have to wait long for it being a Saturday afternoon, thank goodness! Got a mani pedi from two different women. Woman who did my gel nails was kind and did a great job, was very satisfied with her work, but the other that did my pedicure was not my favorite. While cleaning cuticles she cut more than needed hurting me more than once. When she went back to clean with alcohol of course it burned .  Along with that the paint job was not the best. First time coming here. I came to get my lip waxed...and I don't plan on coming back either. As soon as the lady was done waxing she said it was done, but she didn't even wipe it off with a clean towel or tweeze the hairs that couldn't be removed from the wax. I had to tell her 2 times! Read Less

Amazing! Traveling through and popped in for the first time, in a rush to go to another appointment in an hour and needed a manicure and pedicure. They had 3 people work on me, each nicer than the last. Service was quick, very friendly, efficient and they did a beautiful job. I found out about this place from my best friend in 2013. I loved going here! Reasonable prices but the customer service was the best out of all the nail salons I've been to! I loved Sophia & Jenny! I never let anyone else do my nails but those two! They were so friendly, and they would always make you feel at home. But just recently I was informed that someone new owns the place now. I needed to get my nails done so bad cus it's been a while. I told myself I should give them a try and see if I should still continue going here.BUT NOPE! I hated their service. The old guy that did my feet was okay. But the girl that did my hands was ridiculous! She did a horrible job that I wanted to take the gel polish off immediately. I kept telling her that she messed up. On the sides of my nails. She seems like she was in a hurry but there was only 2 customers so I don't know why you're in a hurry first of all! Pros- affordable place (gel mani and regular pedi $40), decently nice ladies, good selection of gel polishes.....that's about where it ends.Cons- so my personal experience- of the place was that it was pretty busy, kinda dirty, long wait, service takes long, not a great application of product and removed a lot of skin from my toes to the point where it really hurt :(It actually wasn't the worst nail experience if you can believe it and I'd maybe even come back for the gel mani, but to say this place is a 5 star joint wouldn't be honest at all. I'm new to the area and am very picky when it comes to my mani/pedi (as one should be), so I put off going somewhere just to end up disappointed. However, my nails were crying for help.My boyfriends mom randomly decided to go here with no idea what we were in for. We popped in at 630, they close at 7. You would think they would be rushing to get us out, but nope! I ended up getting one of the best mani/pedi's! The price was beyond reasonable and the icing on the cake! $40 for shellac mani AND regular pedi? Sign me up! Sophia did my mani to perfection. She took her time and I'm beyond happy. They were also low on staff because it was near closing time after all. They ended up calling in Jennie and she did my boyfriends moms nails. Perfection as well! Mindy did both of our pedicures and took her time to ensure we got the full pedi experience with a relaxing massage.Considering they stayed until 830 to take care of us, if I could give them 10 stars I would.
