I went in at 2pm on a weekday, they have one customer in their. As soon as I walk in, someone yell out "we are really busy right now, not taking anyone." The shop is small but there's few more open spots as I can see. Pretty negative experience.

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The ladies working on the day I went in with my friend were extremely unfriendly. I got a full set of nails and my friend got a DELUXE pedicure. The woman that did my nails didn't speak one word to me the entire time, except to tell me not to touch my face bc the oils from my skin will mess up the acrylic. Then, when she was finished with my nails, she didn't even have me wash my hands to get all the powder off my hands and nails and just painted right over it. I've never had a technician not have me wash my hands before painting my nails. They turned out ok, but the atmosphere and vibe from the staff was terrible. My friend paid extra for one of the pedicures that are a step up from a basic pedicure. She was supposed to get a massage. The technician barely did that. If you'd even call what she did a massage. Which lasted all of 2 minutes. And she paid $30 for what? Trimming, shaping and painting. She could have done that herself for cheaper. She paid the extra money for a relaxing experience and the perk of a massage which she did not receive. Both employees barely spoke English and it was extremely hard to understand what they said. For the price of their services, I expected a better experience. I have been to to this salon before, when the previous owners were still there and had the opposite experience, which is why I went here not knowing ownership had changed. I definitely will not be going back.

I've been here twice and this is now my go to spot for a manicure. I didnt book an appointment both times but I really should. Both times I went there, they were almost full even turning people away because they were booked. The lady that did my nails was extremely careful and I would dare say all the other ladies seemed the same. (Bonus: they have a cute dog whos incredibly friendly)

The ladies did a great job with filing my nails to the shape I love. They also did a great job with painting and not getting the paint on my cuticles. I wasn't a big fan of the gel nail color selection, they only had two wheels to show me and didn't have what I normally get. They were able to mix a white and sheer pink to get the color I wanted, but I did end up repainting my pedicure with my own polish that matched the nails better. Ended up loving the result, but to pay this much money I would prefer to have it be perfect when I walk out. I think this is a great option especially if they carry the color you want! Gel nail polish is only the gellish brand.Overall I am very happy with my nails. I hope they carry more colors in the future!$20 pedicure, $30 gel manicure. Easy parking.

I'm not reviewing for nails (this place is probably better for that), but I came here for an eyebrow wax. The pricing was decent at $12. Mai got rid of stray hairs and cleaned my eyebrows up a bit but...
I'm not reviewing for nails (this place is probably better for that), but I came here for an eyebrow wax. The pricing was decent at $12. Mai got rid of stray hairs and cleaned my eyebrows up a bit but they came out uneven. I think I'd stick to nails for this place.

Looked pretty at the beginning. I got a manicure and gel. After less than one week it is already cracking and peeling. I was told it would last 2-3 weeks. A little bit disappointed :( good skills but ...

Walked in here at around 5. At first, they said that they wouldn't be able to accept me because the staff was already occupied, and they had appointments lined up after the current manicures/pedicures were finished.However, I stuck around for a while to look at the different nail colors and the prices ($10 for a manicure, what a steal!). Eventually, they managed to squeeze in time for me. My manucurist Duan was super nice, and let me change my mind about my nail color 10000 times hahah. She even warned me when I picked out my first nail color that it was darker than it appeared to be. The manicure was slow because Duan kept changing between finishing up her previous customer's mani/pedi and mine, but Duan's manicure quality more than made up for it. She did a really good job. Also at the end of my manicure, I was impressed by how I got to use the personal size fan to dry my nails (never seen that before!). The customer service was impeccable - they even rubbed oil on my nails to keep the polish on for longer after my manicure!Overall, I'm a fan.

This nail salon has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The ladies working on the day I went in with my friend were extremely unfriendly. I got a full set of nails and my friend got a DELUXE pedicure.
