Love this place! Great nail techs, easy to make appointments via text, cool music great customer service and the pedicures are heavenly I personally love the organic scrub they use! I also purchased an oil for my cuticles that's made in house - it has a nice light smell, it's easy to throw in my purse and use on the go while I'm out and about! Ask for Sunny! She has over 25 years of experience and knows exactly what she's doing. Not only is she super sweet but she knows how to make you feel at ease. My pink gel manicure came out looking both professional and flawless. I cannot recommend Sunny enough as she loves the work that she does and she loves to share her trade with those that pop in to see her. Shes not only a lovely human being but a passionate and skilled technician. My friend got the unicorn chrome dusting on top and I was mega jealous, will be going in for it soon! Be sure to give yourself ample time as Sunny and her colleagues like to take their time to meticulously give you the best quality manicures. One small detail that keeps me away from giving them a 5/5 is that I got a little bit of a scratch on my ring finger due to over-filing on sensitive skin but other than that I loved my time at NAILD! If you want eyebrows that look like this then definitely come to this place. (See attached pic of this disaster). I told the woman I wanted them to stay thick, which they were, and she literally got rid of more than half of the hair. There is no symmetry and she was super aggressive with the scissors. I was looking for a nail salon that was affordable in the area. Looking at the pictures on yelp, I thought that NAILD was a cute & hip shop super close to my place. It's a small shop located in the same complex as Marshals and CVS so there is lots of parking. The shop is appointment only so make sure to make one in advance! I was able to text them and got a reply really quickly. When I walked in, there were already three customers getting their nails done, so they seemed confused as to why I was there. I was a little sad because in past reviews it said they offer you mimosas, champagne, or tea, and I wasn't asked for a drink. Not a deal breaker, but I had expectations from previous reviews. They offer tons of different services, but I opted for the Treat Yo Self mani pedi which is $53, $64 with tip. The salon itself is clean, and the decor is cute and minimal. They have pictures on the wall with cute quotes, and the chairs are wooden seats. They bring water basins to your seat if you're getting a pedicure which was very cute! Taylor did my feet, while Maile joined later to do my nails. The Treat Yo Self Mani comes with a homemade lemon scrub and massage. My feet were really dry, so I hoped they would get off all the dead skin. I love the shape of my nails, and they did spend a lot of time massaging and cleaning. However, I think that it wasn't worth the $53. I'd rather opt for the regular mani pedi for $40 instead. They have a $3 credit card/debit card charge, but they waived the fee for me since it was my first time! Overall a good experience, I'd be back for the basic services. And definitely becoming a regular :)I had such a great experience with Kiersten (owner and manicurist) she did such a great job from shaping, removing cuticles to applying my gel polish. She was very patient and allowed me to come in right before she was closing her shop! (This is an appointment only nail salon, however, she mentioned she sometimes takes walk ins) I got lucky ! The vibe and atmosphere in this salon is very relaxing and has great calm vibes. She plays great music and her decor is just amazing. On my birthday, I decided I wanted to do better for myself in the arena of self-care and regular pampering and si had also committed to at least trying to find local black owned businesses to support.  I had planned to try the Summit Nail Bar which is practically in walking distance of my house, but came across Nail'd on Yelp and discovered the reviews were great and the prices were lower.  So I scheduled an appointment at Nail'd to treat myself to my first gel mani and a regular pedi and my experience was no short of wonderful.  Pleasantly, the decor was unlike the typical nail salon that i'm accustomed to.  Guests relax sipping mimosas in wooden club chairs feet elevated on wicker ottomans.  The music is on point, with soothing neo-soul and jazz and the staff is friendly and professional.  After returning regularly for almost 4 months now, I love that my polish generally remains perfect and glossy for a minimum of two weeks before beginning to chip or lift.  I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before my technicians are ready to begin my service.  I haven't tried every technician but so far I prefer Mei-Lee for my gel mani and Sunny for my pedicure.  I plan to continue my mani-pedi regiment at Nail'd long into the unforeseeable future. I love supporting BoB! My mani pedi was completed by Sunny... I recommend her because she's really nice and detailed. I prefer a dry manicure and she was happy to accommodate. The reason why I did not give the salon 5 stars is their scheduling system --- or lack thereof. Unfortunately, they do not use sites like StyleSeat or Vagaro. In order to schedule an appointment, you have to send a text and hope for confirmation. Most of the time they respond quickly, however, sometimes, you have to circle back to confirm your appoint. Everyone that knows me knows I'm huge on pedicures/manicures and I'm usually not very harsh with reviews but this business just did it for me. It is a very nice nail salon with good quality nail polishes and alcoholic beverages while you are getting your manicure/pedicure. Which is awesome for a tired mommy. My review is based only on technician who did my pedicure. She cut my nails too short, she shaped them to her liking, and she barely touched my feet. I can still see the dead cuticle she could have clipped on my toes. When I asked her if she could fix it she ignored me. I would love to return to this establishment but unfortunately I will not. Decent spot. Cool interior with wide armed chairs (they don't recline) but was expecting a much warmer welcome based on previous reviews. I had to ask for water. The whole pedicure felt rushed and even hit a few tender spots cutting cuticles which made me cringe but my gal barely paused - just powered through. From a sanitary perspective I didn't like that at the end of my manicure she had me sitting bare feet on the woven Matt things they use - should have been covered with a towel. Toes look good though. After doing Acrylic nails for so long, I made the smartest decision to remove them and will convert to gel. The salon has a very modern design, clean, and very spacious. Kiersten, whom I just realized is the owner -is very hands on and amazing! They have a wide selection of colors and design options. I have been here a few times and I am always satisfied. I recommend scheduling an appointment, but they usually take in about 3 walk-ins every time I am there. The environment is very modern and spaced out so you don't have to be crammed in. Best "mani" ever! I just went in just for a gel color change, so I wasn't expecting half as much attention as I got today. The woman painting my nails took her time to make sure each nail were done perfectly. She did light shaping and cleaning my cuticles (which again I didn't expect since I wasn't going in for a regular manicure), she also rubbed my hands with oil. If this was just a color change treatment, I will definitely go back for a full mani/pedi! No rush, super clean and hot tea with honey too. $20 and a got the best "gel color change" ever. Read Less

I went to Naild LA after being tired of sloppy, rushed manicures, with little to no massage. I was  looking for a quality mani and pedi. I was very pleased with my experience. As soon as you walk in the place smells lovely and soothing, very spa like. Because it is appointment only, you will not have to wait for a technician. My pedicure was done very nicely and thoroughly. My technician took her time and made sure my (toe) nails were cut evenly, paint was neat, and gave me a wonderful foot massage. I was also happy with my gel mani as my technician took her time and the result was a neat and pretty manicure. She also gave me a wonderful (wonderful) hand massage with a citrus scrub as part of the manicure! It was the best way to end my experience. You will pay $50 bucks for a gel mani and pedi, but you get what you pay, and this pedi and mani is worth it. I'm definitely going back!!Bonuses: the music is nice and they ask you if you want anything to drink when you arrive.Highlights: quality spa like manicures/pedicures, neat, and very clean, lots of parking (the nail spa is located in the CVS shopping center down Bristol Parkway)Cons: Appointment only but on the bright side you will never have to wait. I had a few really nice mani/pedis here before but last week I came in at an odd hour so there was only 1 tech. I would have loved to do the mani and pedi at the same time with 2 techs but this wasn't an option. The woman I had was super aggressive pushing and cutting the cuticles and I ended up with very uneven cuticles and a TON of hangnails. I mentioned that it was painful while she was working but she just brushed it off and said it was what she needed to do. The space is beautiful and bright but very quiet. No music or anything so it was pretty awkward. There was no noise at all except the owners dog barking the entire time :(Definitely not the most relaxing or enjoyable experience. The interior design is cute - rustic chic furniture arranged in the center of the room. I was offered a drink when I sat down - was told they had mimosas but was given champagne (not really complaining about that!). They have a good selection of colors and high-quality polishes including a lot of gel. I was there during the day on a weekday and was the only customer there. Strangely, there was no music playing so it was super quiet. There was a dog in a crate in the corner but I didn't notice until it barked just once. My technician, Miley, was very nice and worked quickly. I had a gel manicure that was okay. Some sides weren't covered completely and they were shorter than I prefer. I was nipped on one of my cuticles which is a tiny scab a few days later. I've had some great hand and foot massages with basic services at other salons but here, it was pretty minimal. I absolutely love this nail spa! It's quite different from anything I've ever experienced and far from the standard. It's very spacious with an industrial style flooring. They have large individual chairs with plenty of space from other customers so you can enjoy a real personal experience. Not your garden variety nail salon. The facility is open, spacious, warm, and relaxing, but not pretentious or overpriced. With all due respect, there's not a bunch of workers yapping in a foreign language at one another. You sit in a teak chair with oversized fluffy pillows. Staff is friendly and professional. There's perks also, such as a Mimosa or a cup of tea. Everything is clean and sanitary. The exfoliating scrubs they use for the pedicure are made by the owner's mom. I decided to try a different black owned nail salon since my nail tech is on maternity leave. This location has been open for 2 years which is a huge accomplishment. I was impressed by the ambiance; cute spa chairs (not massage accessible), a variety of colors (regular and gel), and I think they offer drinks as well. However, I wasn't offered any.  I loved my manicurist Zanna, she did a beautiful job, 20+ experience, very talented and detailed.
