I am giving this place 4 stars because I've had good and bad experiences, but Janet made up for it on this last time I visited. I made reservations for short coffin style acrylics and she did a great job. I hadn't done acrylics in over 10 years so I was a little nervous and I'm a regular gel mani kind-of girl. Although I made an appointment I still had to wait for about 20-30 minutes. This is what I get for booking on a Friday afternoon before St. Patrick's day weekend. Definitely coming back, but I need to learn the name of other manicurists. For now, I only trust Janet for the job. Steven did my pedicure and he was friendly, funny and did a good job. Just left after getting a horrible job done on my eyebrows, company's have to learn how to say "we don't have anyone that can do that right now" instead of looking for a quick buck. I would've appreciated them turning me away rather than taking my money and leaving my eyebrows looking a mess. They're uneven, the top of one brow is plucked and faded. On top of it all, I let my brows grow out from a previous WACK job. **The $2 cc charge is another bs situation, I'll be reporting that to the BBB, what is the charge for, and why so steep? Really disappointed with my manicure. He made two fingers bleed and then I pointed out 2 nails that he painted with a piece of cotton stuck in them, and on the third one with the random dot of dirt I didn’t notice until after I had dried and was just ready to get out of there. I was also surprised they didn’t do a hand massage with lotion. I got no lotion so my hands were super dry when I left. It was cheap but not worth it. Definitely not going back. Read Less

And i can’t believe the level of service and positive and welcoming attitude they have. “There is about 8 employees here and I was the first one in the spa and they all said, “hello, welcome and how can we help you today” I mean seriously. Quick but lack luster service!!!  Went in on the advise of yelp. Got a Casablanca pedicure and fill in less that 25 minutes.  That should be a clue as to the quality of work.  Pedicure was done in less than 15 minutes, she cut all my nails super short, without asking first and cut them crooked   The fill was okay at best, but the paint job is uneven and messy.  The pictures were taken within 5 minutes of leaving. This place does a really good job with making it obvious that they're talking about you. They literally look at you stare and talk in Vietnamese and all break out in laughter. It actually made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the job was slightly sloppy. My nails are all sharp and filed unevenly. This place was accommodating in the sense that they sat you immediately, but the service felt entirely rushed and the people working there are rude af.Not to mention, my sister accidentally nudged the bowl of water and the lady rudely grabbed a towel and slapped it across the table to wipe the drip of water that spilled. all while huffing and puffing. I hadn't gotten my nails done in a very long time and decided to get a full set.  I had done a lot of searching for a place close to my home and landed on this salon. Although there is a mixed bag of reviews, I decided to give it a try. I called and was able to get an appointment right away.  As soon as I arrived I picked my gel color and the tech got started.  No wait at all. I wasn't super happy with the result. As I had feared, they ended up looking too fat. There was too much acrylic and my nails looked like they had lumps on them. I guess I could have been more vocal and asked to have them filed down more but I didn't say anything.  I think the right tech knows what a good set should look like and I'm not sure the person who did my nails had the right experience. This was definitely not the pedicure that I was looking for! I was drawn here by the high star rating but should have believed A negative review that my friend had already posted. During my pedicure, I had to repeatedly highlight that my nails were crooked. After stating it multiple times and the person doing my pedicure not getting it right, I gave up and decided to just cut my nails straight once I got home. This wasn't a language issue. It was an issue of skill. I've never had my nails cut crooked during a pedicure before. Although there are massage chairs, I was very uncomfortable because I was rushed out of my chair. During my second coat, it was clear that someone else needed a pedicure and the individual helping me was encouraged to quickly move on. And that he did....he didn't even help me put my shoes on. I had to pay for my pedicure while he was scrubbing someone else's feet! There's lots of people in the salon who appeared to be regulars and requested specific people. I came here a couple weeks ago based off a friends recommendation. My complaint is I felt like I didn't get what I paid for. Initially when I walked in, I felt excited because not many affordable nail salons have real spa chairs anymore. I was going to get the express package, but my roommate was getting a massage next door so I decided to get combo A, for a little extra massage and salt scrub. I don't think they even massaged for the minimum time, especially for my pedicure. The massage was super gentle, and I'm a pussy when it comes to massages! I usually am the one that complains people are going too hard.I shrugged it off, but the next day I noticed that the paint job was not even done properly. Sides weren't fully covered and there were dents in some places. I was disappointed and am bummed because I paid close to $50, I wish I just stuck with the express package because the end result would have been the same.I think I will go back one more time and see Janet or Tyler (based on other reviews) before I fully write this place off. I think what I dislike most about this place is the mixed bag of results you get. I've had a couple amazing manicure-pedicures here, mostly mediocre ones, but today, I had a truly disappointing experience. The man doing my pedicure was so aggressive with the nail file, he made me bleed. All I got was a half-hearted "I'm sorry," no discount or complimentary massage, etc. You think he'd at least give me a meticulous pedicure, but I have a crooked nail and the polish application is uneven. The woman who did my gel manicure was very nice, but when she opened up the nail polish bottle, the brush was completely destroyed and unusable. No biggie, she grabbed a new brush, but I think it was a brush used for regular nail polish because it seriously affected the application. The nail polish didn't harden completely and there were bubbles and dents within 10 minutes after she finished. In the past, I've been willing to overlook subpar manicures, but when you make someone bleed and still charge them full price, that's just bad business. Read Less

I usually get a pedicure every 2-3weeks....after going to a bunch of diff places I found this amazing place. Reasonable prices and nice service. I recommend make an appointment before going in because they do tend to get very busy so yeah. Looking for a new location to try since I have been so disappointed with the previous locations that I have tried. Did a little Yelp review and saw this location. Took the drive and totally worth it. The location is conveniently located by the 405 freeway, nice little spot. Got my pedicure done by Kim she was very attentive and did a great job. Got my acrylics done by Janet and she's great at what she does too. They are very friendly and talk to you by your name. Totally will be returning for future services. Read Less

I've been driving to Highland, CA for the past several years to have my nails done. I could never find a local place that I trusted. As a birthday gift I was sent here. Oh My Goodness!!! Came in on Thursday for the 1st time. There were 4 of us together to celebrate my daughters birthday. They took all of us in for a walk-in within a very reasonable time frame. It is located really close to work and home, so I read several reviews on Yelp which rated it 4-5 stars out of 5.
