I’ve never had someone be so meticulous with my nails. They did an excellent job on my mom and sister’s pedicures as well.

I was there for two and a half hours they both were working on my nails and toes I had an appointment and they took another person in while they were working on me and said they get back to me after they were done with her. I spent over $65 and walked out extremely unhappy my fingernails look like toenails they were on even Messi I will not be going back and do not recommend it

Nice people, always happy. Nails are good but not the best I ever had. Their personal attention is why I keep going back. If you don't like the nails they try hard to fix it exactly the way you like. And they like my music I play on my phone. Keeping business local.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had! We were there for 3 HOURS! They took another client while they were working on me, one of my nails was breaking and they main put super glue all over my finger. The next day, another nail broke off. Two days later, my toe was so INFECTED from the pedicure, I had to go to the ER to get antibiotics and then have my toe nail removed. THE WORST, MOST EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE service ever!

Was here a couple months ago and finally have time to review this place. I'm giving it a one-star because I don't have no other choice but this is a really bad nail place I've ever been to! I paid over 60$ plus tips for a set of nails and a pedicure. But look at what they did! I was injured on that day having a pedicure with a “gentleman” in this shop. Rude staffs. Barely speaking English. I do not recommend Crestline nails & spa.

I gave this place a third chance today and feel I have earned the right to say that this place does pretty garbage work. Even though I'd love to keep my money local, this place acts like they can give poor service since they don't have much competition around. Today I got a pedi and gel mani. The guy that greeted me gave me some colors to choose from that are supposed to come in a matching set (one gel and one regular polish of the same shade.) I chose one and he started doing my pedi while an older thin lady did my nails. After my nails were painted, they couldn't find the matching shade for my toes. Some random shade was sloppily painted on and it's not even close. My feet feel like they weren't even scrubbed at all. My nails are even worse. I had to ask the lady to fix about 7 issues (visibly jagged and sharp edges, hair in top coat, etc.) and they STILL aren't fixed. I have cut up cuticles, Polish over my cuticles, edges aren't sealed... I don't do nails for a living but come on! Completely incompetent nail shop.

They were very nice and did a great job. She also did my four year old and my niece's toes! We had a relaxing time.

I was there for two and a half hours they both were working on my nails and toes I had an appointment and they took another person in while they were working on me and said they get back to me after they were done with her. I spent over $65 and walked out extremely unhappy my fingernails look like toenails they were on even Messi I will not be going back and do not recommend it
