Like every other woman out there, I've been in search for the perfect Nail Salon. After having tried several other shops, I came across Crystal Nail Spa. A dear friend recommended, and of course, I decided to give it a try. I walked-in on a Friday afternoon because there was no wait time, and I was in desperate need for a mani-pedi. On that occasion, my 7 year old daughter and boyfriend were with me. As we walked in the door, the ladies were very nice and attentive. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the welcomed I received. Since I was pleased with the service I decided to come back. The second time around I received nothing short of attention and what I thought it would be a great service. The young lady doing my nails was very nice. As I sat on the chair, I explained in clear detail what I wanted. Unfortunately, my nails didn't end up looking the way I expected and explained. I was unhappy and expressed this to the owner, he immediately offered to have another girl work on them until I was satisfied with the outcome. The new owner wasn't very friendly. He was allowing the other workers to literally Circle me like vultures while I was trying to relax and get my nails done. Was arguing with me over what shape I wanted. I wanted thick crystal gel and he gave me clear acrylic which caused most of my nails to crack and break with ease the first seven days I had them. I was looking for a new nail salon since I moved to Covina so my roommate recommended Crystal nails and the service and prices were great. In Burbank, I'd pay 30 for a gel manicure and here it's only 23. You can't really beat that. Will definitely come again. The only negative thing I can say is they charge a dollar to use your debit/credit card so make sure to bring cash. Read Less

I went in to get my nails fixed, chose this place based on previous reviews & pictures of the nails they have done.  They made them look worse.  I was very explicit on what I wanted & even showed them a picture which they looked at while doing my nails I kept telling them it wasn't what I wanted .  I was so frustrated that I just had them finish up which was a whole other mess, literally!  They messed up the gel, it is all smeared, uneven & didn't cure long enough.  My nails look like I painted them didn't wait for them to dry.Stay away from this place!! One day my mom and I were searching for a good nail salon to go to, luckily we found this place Crystal Nail Spa. We completely fell in love. The people that work there are the most nicest people ever. They make you feel like you have known them forever. We only go there now for our manicures, full set, pedicures or anything you need. They do all kinds of designs too! Everything is so clean too and well taken care of. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and trust me if i did i would tell you. I just moved to Covina and wanted to find a nail place close to home. This is 1 minute from my house so I tried it out. Everyone there is so nice. The prices are reasonable and they don't rush you out to tend the next customer that walks in. Products are good and most of all they are clean. Nancy is very nice and did a great job on my nails. They off you extra's but don't pressure you if you don't want to upgrade with options. They display fresh flowers and play the most relaxing music….you really get the spa atmosphere. I was in urgent need of a manicure and eye brow waxing. on my way home from work i saw this salon and called the number the lady that answered was very friendly. i stopped by and was greated with a very nice and freindly hello and smile. while i was there i got ma manicure and wax and was offered something to drink. the ladys here are very nice and friendly. very clean and perfect place to relax. i loved it. defenetly coming back.
