I got a set of acrylics here. It was over priced and the woman had been doing nails for a lot of years but did a terrible job. She glued them on un even didn't even file them straight, the acrylic was all over my cuticle. It was thick on some parts of the nail. I had to go back to my regular salon the next day and pay for a fill just to get them looking half way decent. Then on top of it all she forced me to tip her while my nails were drying before i got to look at them. I will never be going back here. Worst acrylics I have ever gotten. $40 Read Less

I love Emma's nails! My bridal party went yesterday to get our nails done, and we had the best experience! They did such a great job with each person, and our nails look amazing! I also have two sisters with disabilities and everyone was so patient and kind, and made it so easy for them! Their service was outstanding. They provide a good pedicure and do a great job with manicure and artificial nails, however i developed a nail fungus within 3 days of a fill, when i was sure of it I went back and showed the owner/manager, he denied what it was and that it originated in this nail salon. I treated it and its on the way to recovery, my nail bed it still messed up from it 3 months later. deffinately scared me off of artificial nail and nail salons. I gave them 3 stars for being pleased with the work but 0stars for caring about the fungus that came from their salon. Read Less

I was a little disappointed, I had an appointment for a pedicure at 2:00, I had to wait about 10 min which I didn't mind but then my pedi only lasted between 15-20 minutes. The part that lasted the longest was the painting. This was the second time I was rushed in and out, there won't be a third. Read Less

I've gone here many times, usually you wait about 15-30 past your scheduled appointment which is frustrating but the nails last so I just wait anyways. Today I made an appointment, drove across town and waited for 20 minutes to be told they are busy till another hour and I should come back. Safe to say this is the last time I waste my time here. I decided to come to this place because I was recommended by a friend to go to and when I arrived, it was nice and quiet with two ladies sitting and watching Netflix on the television. Not bad, right? This place is awful. Sorry, I'm not going to sugar coat it. Not only I felt uncomfortable there, but the person who did my nails (please god, if that was the owner who did my nails...) made the experience overall the worst. She used an acrylic nail to take off my nails. That REALLY hurt. REALLY. And then did a bad job on my nails. It took days for my nails to stop hurting. Didn't help that after the whole thing, she wiped alcohol on my hands. The only time I complain is if I'm having a bad time at a place (or being a brat), but this time, I'm not being a brat.0/10. My local nail stop.  Always available for me for nail fill, pedi, mani, etc.  Prices are fair.  Location's convenient for me with the satisfying results.  Im  still their customer.Best to avoid "rush hour" or else your relaxing pedi time would be cut short. Read Less

I booked an appointment for my bridal party last week. There were a total of four of us. The appointment was booked for 6:00pm and the salon closes at 7:00pm. All four of us wanted to get a pedi and mani with acrylics. My first impression of the salon was wonderful because we were warmly greeted at the door and welcomed. Once 7:00pm hit and the "open" sign turned off I was worried that we would be rushed out. I am pleased to say that is not what happened. They did not complain about having to stay 45 minutes after close but instead continued to tell us not to look at the time. This salon really goes above and beyond for their customers. My maid of honor said that Emma's Nails gave her the best mani she had ever had. Everyone that I was with said that they would go back. I'll never go back here.. Ive been going here for about 3-4 mOnths and I needed a new set of gel. Made a oppointment for 10am, didn't get helped til 11 and finally started at 1130! And instead of filing down the previous gel the guy took acrylic nail and ripped off my nails! And yes on one hand he completely ripped off my nail and it was bleeding everywhere! Now my nails are super short and very sore, and won't be getting my nails done for awhile now that there's not enough nail to work with! I'll never go back!
