I waited to post this review. Because I was so irritated I didn't want to add anything negative beyond when I'm going to say. I went into this nail salon on a Thursday evening to get my nails done which was a fill and a pedicure. The fill was supposed to be with gel polish which they charged me 45 for my fill and 47 for my pedicure. Total 92 for fill and pedicure!!!!"really "early Friday morning as I woke up I noticed two of my nails were cracked across the nail bed where she said needed to be fixed and supposedly fix them. But all I asked for was a fill and a pedicure. there was no major cracks in my nails at that time. I was heading out of town at 8 AM that Friday morning and could not go back in to get them repaired because I would not be back in until Monday. And Tuesday afternoon I went in to have them fix them and is all I got was an argument from Luanne (the owner)She kept on telling me I didn't come in on that Friday and that it was before the new year that I came in 2 weeks earlier! And from now on if it's more than seven days they will charge you extra to have them repaired.I recorded the whole conversation and is all she could do was start raising her voice and her native language and went in the back room and shut the door. And someone else tried to help me but that repair went south too! Come that Thursday in the same week one week after I had them done the polish started pealing. I truly wonder if they are using dental acrylic for the nails because it's been many years since that has happened to me and now I have 6 cracked nails and today one week later I have to go get them done again.  Thank goodness my regular manicurist is back from vacation.  I'll never return to this place.   They were very slow when I walked in and that should have been my first clue!! Costly for a full set of acrylic nails at $37.00. ridiculous. I didn't pay to get hurt. Get cut by nail girl. Saying I have a ingrown nail or sensitive skin as an excuse for me cutting finger. While she was filing. Then she has to be shown it's bleeding. By me. She then puts nail glue in the cut. After 20 years former nursing / Medic / EMT. This isn't the medical glue we use for laceration instead of sutures at times in ER's. It hurt a lot as it was caustic going into the cut. Now I have infection my left thumb. Not a place to go to. I've been to many places for a pedicure. This one is easily the best! From the simple things like how they know their clients by name to the lemon and rose petals in the foot soak. Their chairs recline too! They have a variety of options to choose from. They even wrap your feet in hot wax! All for the same reasonable price I pay at other salons. Must try!! Read Less

this place didn't go over well.... they cracked my toe nail in doing my pedicure and over charged a ton. The ladies in the shop make fun of the clients as well. Especially in their Vietnamese language it is rude. Read Less
