I just got a pedicure here & I'm extremely disappointed. I wish I had checked the reviews first. I'm a soft-spoken individual, not big on complaining... So when you do a bad job, that just means I won't come back to your business & I'll let others know not to make my same mistake. I haven't had a pedicure in over a year because I've been busy & trying to cut back expenses. After a year of doing my own feet & toenails, I decided to try to treat myself. I wanted a simple Halloween theme, just a jackolantern face on my big toe. Well after an hour & fifteen minutes, I got toes that look like a little kid painted them while I was babysitting. The lines are not smoothe at all & there is no consistency between the two toes. So I ended up paying 40$ for something I am literally going to have to have fixed TOMORROW. I'm so embarrassed, I don't even want anyone to see my feet. It's that bad. I would rather have no paint on them at all. And to top it all off, at the end of the hour fifteen, Linda asked me if I wanted to add black polka dots for 4$ more. I was shocked!! At first I thought she was asking if I wanted to add polka dots to try to make up for how horrible my toes currently looked but she was just trying to make more money. Not to mention, they don't even use the tubs on the massage chairs so you don't have warm water or jets... Its just a bucket with a plastic bag liner, filled with barely room temperature soapy water. They don't use clean tools. I mean, Linda literally used a already wet & inside out latex glove to do my callous removal. Gross!! It was so dirty. I only went here because I had been there when I was little with my mom & aunt, it was a pleasant memory for me so I wanted to do something special for myself... Boy was I wrong! Today was my 2nd time coming here to have my nails done. And I have to say I LOVE MY NAILS! The first time I came, I didn't see the reviews I just walked in and had Nancy draw me a donut . Yes a donut on my nail and it came out exactly how I pictured it!(: I am such a foodie that everyone who worked there came to see the donut on my nail. Nancy is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable! I think it's amazing how she can free hand draw the donut without an outline.Today I had Nancy+Lisa who both did my mani and pedi of Pinas (Pineapples). Both did an amazing job and my nails feel and look beautiful ! My nails have grown longer than ever. My mom got her pedi done by Tina and my mom will definitely be coming back to see her! Tina did an amazing job and was so sweet to my mom. I don't understand why they have bad reviews everyone is so nice here! I've never had an issue with my nails at all! Especially the price is perfect! I got my mani and pedi plus my mom did hers too and it was all under $100. That's a deal if you ask me! Everywhere else charges at least more than that! This place needs to update their products!!!! You pay for what you get here. Their prices are cheap but their products are even cheaper and do not last. They are very rude, and have no idea what customer service is. They made a mistake on my nail and I came back to get it fixed, and they blamed me for the issue. Very outdated and unsanitary!! Wish I could give this place ZERO stars! Unsafe, rude non profesional nail salon where today I had to walk out with a nail destroyed because the technician wanted to answer a phone call while handling an electric tool on my nail. The store manager did  it care for any of what has occurred, she kept asking me to wait another hour maybe for someone else, not fully listening to the point. They're really kind to white people. They were polite, friendly, and talkative to all the white women in the store. But me, I'm dark and very Hispanic looking, they were rude, yelled at me multiple times, spoke Vietnamese while giving me dirty looks and pointing (they didn't do that to the white women). My nails weren't even finished and the woman angrily yelled at me to give her the money and commanded that I give her a tip. No good even for an average neighborhood spot. No one helped me put my shoes on and just watched as I bumped my fresh manicure. So strange. They no longer accept cards, only cash ? I absolutely love this place! Julie is my go to girl for gel nails. She is so sweet, takes her time, and is super gentle! A true perfectionist. I also love Lili for my eyebrow wax. They really do a  spectacular job. It's not a super fancy place so if you're wanting ambiance I'd go elsewhere but with their cheap prices and how accommodating they are I'll always be a customer. I've been here a couple times. The women are nice. The spa pedi actually is just a spa chair with a bucket with a plastic bag placed in the pool portion. Maybe to prevent spreading bacteria? I haven't seen that done before in other salons. Carpet doesn't look great, but I don't know if it's as filthy as other reviews have stated. I guess though what disappointed me is the quick fashion the pedicure is done. No attention to detail, rushed even. Even though the salon is not busy and no one is waiting for service. Also, constant pushy up selling which I expect, but pushier than im used to. So though I don't have totally negative things to say, I probably will go to another salon from now on. Read Less

Great prices, Linda is a perfectionist, but catch her when she's not tired lol! She did my nails, acrylics, pink and white. They look amazing! Most affordable gel manicure & pedicure in OC! They last a good two weeks!  Yes it's an old nail salon & needs a little makeover. I've been going here off and on for almost 20 years!  My husband even likes coming once in awhile.Most the nail techs have been there for 10, 15, 20 years!! Ridiculous amount I just paid for a manicure and a pedicure. The lady literally didn't grab my feet or anything else just file my nails painted with Toes and that was it same with my hands. I was charged $49 for a simple gel manicure when I have gotten my toes and full set gel before at other locations for around the same price. I am extremely upset that she did not notify me that gel was 20 alone. Aside from the fact that this place is small and dirty and outdated. I went in there today to get a pedicure with my sister. No one greeted us, they just stood there and stared at us. I should have walked out then. I showed the woman a picture of a design i wanted and she said she could do it. I had no intentions of getting gel on my pedicure, but they only had the color i wanted in the gel so i got it. When it came time for the woman to do the design she did a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE job! Looked absolutely nothing like the design i wanted. I wish i could have taken a picture of how dreadful it looked! I asked her if she could just take it off and leave the nail plain and she insisted that she could do it, but the design was extremely sloppy and i was not about to pay $5 for a design that looked like a 2yr old did it. The woman asked for help and literally no joke, like, 4 of the women who worked there were crowded around my toe trying to tell her how to do it. It was embarrassing! I told her 7 or 8 times NEVER MIND just leave the nail plain and was beginning to get very irritated. Finally she listened and took the design off. I still tipped her because i feel that its rude not to, but i am never going to that nail shop again. Also, it smelled like fish. Also, they advertise a spa pedicure, but they use a bucket of hot water and have the bucket in the spa chair and you sit in the chair. I had been a few times but this time was the last. I had previously done a gel manicure set 2 weeks ago here. The gel pretty much is like super glue. I came in today to do a regular manicure so my nails could rest from the gel. I chose a color and she peeled off 6 of my gels and started the mani. Ok I'm drying in the fan like she asked me to and the nail polish started melting or warping.  I went to tell her and she added another coat of clear polish blaming me for putting my nails in front of the fan! Manicure $7 so I gave her $10 and said thank you. The owner says total is $12. Excuse me your sign says $7 for mani. She says oh, 5 dolla for take off. ? Take off of YOUR gel that regular nail polish remover doesn't remove ? OK well here is $2 and NO TIP since my nails are all warped.  Never again - stay away !! Read Less
