This is by far the worst place I have ever been. Perhaps it is random that I received the WORST manicure I have ever received but I am not willing to try someone else. I'm sure this gal either didn't go to school or didn't pay attention if she went. I got the worst cuticle trim and by far the WORST polish job I have ever seen. It is rough to even give this place one star but I had to. Don't chance it people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Today was my 1st time going to Ritz. It was fantastic! Joanne's massage was perfect. I felt much better after. She is so friendly! I got a gel manicure from Lily. My nails are flawless and I appreciated how personable she was.

What a great nail salon. I've been there about five times now and will continue to back back. Make an appointment with Annie. She so sweet and does an excellent job. I usually get her ombré nails and they're always perfection! I usually call an hour before I want to go and they're always able to fit me in. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Just got done visiting the nail God, Annie! Go see her! And ask her to do ombré nails. They're amazing. I was in and out of there, in time for my plans tonight. Quick but perfection!

HORRIBLE!! They judge u!! Make ur nails crooked and they let ur nails get all wrinkled and they let u go when it's not dry! Horrible condition I suggest to go somewhere else plus it's really expensive...

Extremely friendly and talented! Loved the service and my nails! Gives you $ 5 off your first time and for referrals. Great experience every time.

WORST service ever! $13 for a regular manicure that lasted only 10 mins,I could of done better on myself! $10 for crooked eye brows! Never coming back! :(

Have been going here for years, they are always ready to please. Linda is the BEST! Tammy is the most pleasant person, all are very talented, just tell them what you want. They have enough staff to handle walk ins . . . don't why Hanna & Juana had a problem . . .but it is not the norm for Ritz Salon. . . Give them a try!

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. Perhaps it is random that I received the WORST manicure I have ever received but I am not willing to try someone else.
