I hardly ever write bad reviews unless is real bad. So today I came to Queen Nail to try it out and it's really close to me, bad choice! I came in I was greeted by one of the ladies asking me what I wanted it done. Then after I told her what I wanted she went back to speaking Vietnamese to her other co-workers and left me standing there. Moments later I was seated then a guy came to do my pedi appeared to be new... he took his time to paint the color. Although I was in no rush I rather spend my time elsewhere. As soon as he was done putting on the top coat, he wanted to put my sandals on. I told him I rather wait for a few minutes. Then he wheeled his tool away and came back to me and say "YOU PAY ME NOW?" This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. First, I waited an hour when I was told it would be 1/2 hour wait. Then I asked for the $24.99 advertised special which was rushed through so quickly. So much for the relaxing hot stone massage and supposed extra long massage. It was horrible and lucky if it was 5 minutes. Then the man who was painting my toes literally took 45 minutes just to paint my toes. But to top it off... they put some nail polish thinner in the nail polish and my nails and toes were so sticky they never dried properly and smudged. I ended up having to repaint at home. I mean I like this please it's usually my nail salon I go to if I can't figure out where I want to go. It's closest to my house but only downside is they do try to upsell you your entire time you're getting your nails done and it's really annoying that you honestly don't understand like no means no. But other than that they do an OK job. Read Less

Wanted to like this place but customer service is terrible.  Also do not try their dipped nails service.  It's supposed to be "healthier" but it's basically acrylic powder and glue.  He also filed my natural nails down so they're really thin and easily breakable now.  So disappointed. Read Less

Worst nail service ever, and trust me, it means something because I'm also a nail technician. The sad excuse of a nail technician that worked on my nails mumbling all kind of ghetto viet through her mask complaining about the store being slow and how I don't place my hands right. She rushed through the whole paint job and ended up having to file it out because it was gel. I wanted rounded nails, she gave me i don't even know what to call it. I've been to this location multiple times just because it's close to where I live. Every time i go the women working there are always pushy on adding on extra services! Jenny did a sloppy job on my acrylic gel nails had to get them fixed 2x and they popped right off that same week disappointed. Read Less

I always get in and out here quickly. Personable and friendly, with great prices. They even offer SNS powder instead of acrylic at the same cost. Looks great and is better for your nails since there are no added chemicals. Highly recommend, newly remodeled. Read Less

I stop going to queen nails because they were doing very bad job and I hate the service. I went back on Saturday because they change owner and I love it it's lot cleaner and they are much nicer. Used to come here all the time and we're great but the last couple trips I've been disappointed. Was charged $55 for a gel fill that left me me bleeding cuticles on 4 fingers and gel mani for my sister. Won't be coming back soon Read Less

I love this place. I really like Jennifer, she do everything, so awesome. She fix my eyebrows shape, so it look great. Another nail salon did my nail but it didn't look great. They make my nail look terrible, but when I came here Jennifer fix my nail too and design. So so beautiful! I think I will never try another nail salon then this place. I went here due to the conveinence of location and parking. I asked for a manipedi, and they were very prompt. One of the ladies was very pushy about the pedi menu and seemed very disappointed that I asked for the standard manipedi for $25.  After settling in, I realized the ladies are not very friendly. They talked for 5 minutes straight about the pricing and menu to each other. My polish looks good however the lady doing my hands was so aggressive. I am literally still bleeding from the cuticles an hour later.Ambiance and decor of salon are poor. They have 3 TVs, one was set to a kid's station and there were no kids. Another TV is set to fighting ladies on Jerry Springer and a news show on the back TV that no one can see. Read Less

Honestly the worst nails I've ever had.. I got my first set of acrylic nails today and even showed her a picture- asked her if she could do "coffin" shaped nails and she said she could...when I left an hour and 45 minutes later- I couldn't believe what had just Happened! 2 of my fingers were bleeding and not to mention they were so sore! I wish I could've taken a picture of them but before I even thought about that I had already cut them, removed the gel, and filed the living hell out of them. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS PLACE!!!!! They rushed with my friend and I. I had my gel removed and just replaced with polish. You have to see what my nails look like. She tried to clean up the sides of my nails but damaged the sides with her own nail. She saw that she did this but didn't bother to fix it. She just kept going. I asked her to fix it. All she does is put top coat to try to hide it. They're bubbly and uneven. I've had my gel removed and replaced with just regular color just to give my nails a break from gel done by the original place I go to and my nails always look clean and spotless. You won't feel like a Queen getting your nails done by the lady with super curly hair to about her shoulders, and another very thin lady with big boobs, long hair, and side bangs. I truly wish we got their names, but they were so focused on getting out of there. If they were closing they should have mentioned it. I am greatly disappointed with this place! The first time I came here, a young lady named Hayde did my nails she took her time to finish up perfectly. I came back last night with my best friend thinking we'd get the same experience, but NO! We were greeted in a rush because they were closing in an hour. I didn't get why they were in such a hurry when they had no costumers with an hour left to do a 20 minute job. The workers were rude, un-courteous, and annoyingly persistent with extra charges after I've said no. Moving on, I felt rushed choosing my gel colors because the lady kept taking my hand to start on the base coat and so I had little time to choose my colors. Basically, she disregarded my request to take time and choose a color because she wanted to get out of there. She left bulky polish at the tip of my nails and left my nails unevenly polished. Funny thing is she blamed the LED light for it which was nonsense. Lastly, I hated how they were being very disrespectful, talking in their own language while working on our nails! Terrible customer service!!!! place was completely empty when I arrived on a Saturday morning and after the service I received I see why!!!!!! I was constantly being harassed about extra service that I didn't ask for, and also being charge for additional services that I didn't want!!!! No! They try to add EVERYTHING to sell you more than what you want. I paid  $70 for a pedicure and gel fills. My nails looked horrible and although they didnt deserve a tip i gave $3 ea. Just perfect, everything that I need from a nail salon. Clean and organized. People are very nice and friendly. They have a huge set of beautiful colors and high quality products that I could actually found everything that I like and would love to try one day. My first time come to this horrible place because my hairdresser recommend it but it was so desappointed,The price list on the wall said $15 for pedicure but when they started doing it she came with a menu with  different  price , I choose the $20 , then I asked how much for regular manicure the guy said $10 i said ok do it . The lady who supposed to do it came and show me a list it was $15 I said no he told me $10 another lady said is ok we can do it for $10 after that they started arguing about the price between themselves in their languages who is totally  unrespecful  that they talk to you or about you in a language that you don't understand. They are Vietnamese. Short story  3 more ladies came to me and offered to do my manicure for $10 I REFUSED .. This place is horrible , no professional at all , they don't respect the prices . I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED in queen nails. I don't get manicures often- so when I do it is for a treat b/c it is for a special occasion or a vacation. I have been here a few other times before this and was always happy. My sister also would always go to queen nails when she would come visit from Australia. I came here about a little over a month ago 2 days before my 12 day vacation to Australia. Thinking a gel manicure surely would last me those 2 weeks! NOPE! It started peeling off the day I was leaving for my trip. (Not even 2 full days after getting it done).i didnt have time to go in b/c I was leaving for my trip in a few hours and figured it was 1 nail and I could deal with it. Well... Every single nail was peeling off by day 4 of my gel manicure. I was pretty bummed b/c I was still in Australia for another week and a half and I ended up just peeling off every nail b/c they came off in perfect strips. Which has never happened before. With not much I could do from Australia- I waited til I got home and went to queen nails to show them photos with the date on them and explained how it didn't even last a few short days. The girl that I talked to seemed like she could care less and told me that I should have come in when it happened and there was nothing she can do now. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COME TO YOUR NAIL SALON WHEN I AM IN ANOTHER COUNTRY!? She told me this multiple times.... I'd also like to add that NOT once did she ever apologize. Then she asked me what I wanted. I said that I either wanted a new gel manicure to make up for what happened last time or I wanted a refund. And said that would be good customer service for you. (Since you are in the customer service industry, and your job is to make  customers happy- and to give quality manicures)! Which I got neither of... Anyway after telling me a few more times that I should have come in when it happened I said who else can I talk to about this? She took my number down and assured me that the manager would call me. When I knew he wouldn't. Still never got a call a month later.I will NEVER go back to queen nails and will tell all my friends and clients (I am a hair stylist) not to go there either. No appointment required. * I enjoy coming here because it's clean, inexpensive and staff is friendly. Major con is that speak in their language the entire time! It's the most annoying thing and you can't really decompress. I'm also big on a good massage and will tip more if it's good. However this place is average. Aside from that this place is worth a try. I've been going to ""Ana""...Vietnamese name is ""Nguyet"" for over 3 years. She is the absolute queen at doing French Pedicures, and has so much precision when she cleans your cuticles. The salon in general is very basic (no frills), but nonetheless clean. She doesn't rush the service (unless you're in a hurry), and doesn't pressure you too much in buying stuff you don't need. I'm a licensed Manicurist...but prefer to have it done since it's such a pain to do my own. I've sampled MANY salons...and she..by far is the best. Read Less
