I was looking for a nail shop close to my work as I work across from Fashion Island. I fell upon this location as I went to lunch around this area. When I first entered, everyone greeted me and made sure that I was taken of. While the inside is very quaint, I found the seats comfortable and the shop was very clean. I was serviced by Larry, who did my pedicure. He was very attentive and kept the atmosphere very light. Additionally, there was a huge TV in front of me where I could watch the game. Unfortunately, I only needed a pedicure, but I'll definitely return for their other services, like the gel, since it was all so reasonably priced compared to the shops in Fashion Island. UPDATE: They explained that the charge on my credit card was a misunderstanding as the lady who was taking care of me that day was new (her first day). They also apologized for the time I needed to wait and told me that they were missing a girl who's pregnant and couldn't come to work. As I said in my first review: they do a good job. I've been coming here for a few months now and I really appreciate the fact that they wanted to explain what really happened as they don't like their customers to leave unhappy.-----------------------------------------------------They do a good job, but keep in mind that there's no point in making an appointment here. They will take walk-ins at all times and you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes even if you had an appointment.If they are not happy with your tip they will add more without your authorization. I always give at least 20% tip, but there were two times when I had to wait for over 15 minutes even with an appointment so I gave 15% tip instead. They added more tip without asking for my authorization. They do a good job, but the fact that they charged my credit card more than what I had agreed on in two different occasions shows how disrespectful they are. Read Less

I LOVE LOVE this nail salon. For the first time ever, I found my "go-to nail spa"... I used to go to any nail salon that was nearby, cheap or drive-by. I'm never disappointed. I was looking for a new nail place & when I saw their prices, I knew I had to give them a try! They charge $23 for a full set & $33 to add gel. Nail art begins at $4 for 2 nails, but if you want more it varies on the design. I ended up getting all 10 nails for $6 which was a steal; a full set with gel & designs all for under $40! The shop is pretty small & can get quite busy especially on the weekends. I had two ladies work on my hands & also switch between myself & other clients, but I didn't mind bc they were very nice. This review is long overdue! I have been coming to Pro Nails now for over a year. The convenient location makes it soooo easy for me to just pop in after work on my way home. Cindy and Lani do the best acrylics and are always able to fill my nail wants and needs. I also get my pedicures here and my toes have never looked better. It's very rare to find quality service with a fair price attached, Pro Nails is one of those very places. They employees are wonderful and they take clients 5 minutes before they close with no problems. They pampered me I received exactly what I wanted! And my wallet didn't feel like it was robbed! I love this place!  The staff is so sweet, not pushy at all like some salons can be.  They have TV and magazines.  They have a great selection of gel colors, and their gel seems to be better and last longer than other salons I have been too.  They have great prices and options, and they are amazing with kids.  They even sometimes throw in free nail designs for my daughter.  So sweet!  Love this salon!  Check it out. Had a great experience here. All of the employees are very nice and friendly! The price is great too! The store is a bit hard to find but it's in the same complex as Subway and an Arco gas station. Came here with my BF had him get a spa pedi with me and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Celin did my nails and was very friendly! The ladies here are nice and did a nice job for my nails and feet. I enjoyed the hot stone massages and total for two spa pedis and acrylic nails was $83. I should have used my Yelp check in but I saved it for next time. I chose very light and natural colors, although I was careful my right big toe had somewhat of a smudge or something on it. I think when the polish was drying the angle of my foot let it dry awkwardly so I was kind of bummed about that. I tipped all three ladies $5 each and I would return again next time with the Yelp deal to get my total cheaper. It was quiet In there except for when they would ask us personal questions about our relationship. We were treated pretty good here, I felt like the foot scrub and lotion didn't last too long though. I had longer ones elsewhere but the staff in other nail salons aren't as friendly as Pro nails.I'll be back to use my Yelp check in offer ! Read Less
