How gorgeous is this salon? Definitely is a hidden gem!! The salon is very clean and well organized. You feel like you're in a very upscale nail salon with above standard service. They got me in right away without a wait. I was greeted and asked if I would like a beverage. On the left side they have a coffee bar that can provide coffee, tea, wines, and infused waters which is super awesome! Prices are reasonable and cheaper than a standard nail salon in Irvine with better quality chairs, polish, and service.

I had a great first time experience with Polished Perfect at Baker St with Hilary as my Nail Stylist. The salon was plush, immaculate and management n staff friendly.Relax and be pampered with a beverage while receiving the best care I've had in a long, long time.I highly recommend this salon and its right next door to Hush Hush Bang Bang.Service was the Bomb!#polishedperfect#hushhushbangbang

I recently moved to the Bay Area and I miss my Polished Perfect studio!! I can't seem to find the quality and cleanliness that Polished Perfect takes pride in. In my last 6 months or so in Orange County I was a regular there and had various artists do my nails and loved them all! Polished perfect's customer service is the best! If you want to open a studio in Palo Alto I'll be your first customer!!!

I was referred by Brandee. She is very sweet and kind. I soon then became fond of Amanda and Savanah and thier attention to detail in thier artwork. Also the ambiance is quite lovely. Its quit enjoyable having a latte while chatting it up with my nail artists. Brandee makes the best beverages. I will refer Polished Perfect to anyone.

This place needs to stop spending so much money on the decor and start hiring better experienced nail technicians. My boyfriend and I came in here thinking they would do a good job because of the reviews and how pretty it is inside but boy were we wrong!First of all, the receptionist had a bad attitude. The nail technicians were super sweet but they did a horrible job. They barely cut your cuticles, painting alone took an hour, and I asked for a design that was in their stupid little booklet thing and the chick couldn't even do it! Why the hell would you have designs in a booklet, but then have nail technicians that can't even draw it?! It's not like I asked for a mural; it was literally two lines and she couldn't even do it, I eventually just told her never mind cause I didn't have the time. And guess how much the price was?! Over $200 for two manicures and pedicures -___-Please save yourself the time and money, go to a different spot don't be fooled by the interior of this place and their free little drinks. These people have no idea what the hell they are doing. For the money I could have gone somewhere else gotten a gel manicure, pedicure, and a facial and it probably wouldn't even cost this much money or TIME but for damn sure it would have looked a lot better. IT STILL BAFFLES ME HOW YOU CAN TAKE ONE HOUR TO PAINT TEN FINGERS. I'm so mad...

I was so excited knowing I finally found someone who does gel formations and by the looks of the nail salon, I'd guess they'd be great at completing this service. Once I found the right location, which was an hour away from where I live.. They let me know that this service was going to last about 2-3 hours, I was shocked but I was up to the challenge. I was completely satisfied with the out come. My nails are were more than I expected, but the next morning on my way to Colorado. I felt my left index finger crack, as well as my pinky. I was happy to say I was able to put clear coat over the broken nail BUT I am definitely not excited about the $97 dollars I spent for a service that is suppose to last longer than a normal acrylic nail.

How gorgeous is this salon? Definitely is a hidden gem!! The salon is very clean and well organized. You feel like you're in a very upscale nail salon with above standard service. They got me in right away without a wait. I was greeted and asked if I would like a beverage. On the left side they have a coffee bar that can provide coffee, tea, wines, and infused waters which is super awesome! This place needs to stop spending so much money on the decor and start hiring better experienced nail technicians. My boyfriend and I came in here thinking they would do a good job because of the reviews and how pretty it is inside but boy were we wrong!First of all, the receptionist had a bad attitude. The nail technicians were super sweet but they did a horrible job. They barely cut your cuticles, painting alone took an hour, and I asked for a design that was in their stupid little booklet thing and the chick couldn't even do it! I was so excited knowing I finally found someone who does gel formations and by the looks of the nail salon, I'd guess they'd be great at completing this service. Once I found the right location, which was an hour away from where I live.. They let me know that this service was going to last about 2-3 hours, I was shocked but I was up to the challenge.
