I wish I could give this place no stars. I've been getting my nails done for years and never have I had such a horrible set. I came in today October 27th 2017 right at 3pm on my lunch. The gentleman that did my nails, firstly, told me what color I was doing, when I didn't see any color choice of nail platte. Second, when cutting my nails he didn't measure them to see if they were even, I even asked if he wanted me to put my fingers together to help him out and he said no their fine, when cutting to make the shape he didn't even file them after to shape them correctly (that's why they look aroundish and thick). Thirdly, he took his time doing my nails (one hour) I was even late to work and as you can see my nails with gel didn't even last me long a whole day. The gel burst or in other words peeled off the minute I washed my hands with warm water once I got to work. Also as seen in the picture, if visible to you all, the the paint doesn't look constantly smooth. I'm so disappointed in how my nails came out that my only tip to them is learn how to appropriately do nails. Read Less

Super nice and friendly. I'm Vietnamese and didn't tell them just to see if they were talking about people and they weren't! Totally refreshing. They were thorough, and prices are great. I just had a baby so time was limited and they had me in and out super fast but the quality of work was still there. Been back two more times and referred my girlfriend who was very happy too! The male tech in the back was rude and really didn't know what I was asking for. He cut 2 fingers while giving me a full set. On top of that he was slow and kept grabbing my fingers in the same area he cut. My fingers are still sore hours later. I will never go there again. Read Less

Would give them zero if I could. Myself, my friend and our daughters had appointments for mani/pedi's before an event. They were over 15 minutes late. My friends pedi only had one layer of polish and they forgot to put the top coat on my French tip pedi so just a few days later it is wearing off. The polish they use is poor quality, my manicure (with top coat) peeled after 1.5 days The "massage" with the pedicure is a joke, just slapped some lotion on, they were too busy watching the tv. I also have serious concerns about their sanitary practices. None of their equipment came out of packaging, just a drawer and when another client left they didn't clean out the foot basin. Now days later my daughter toe has an infection. Never going back. Read Less

I could've done a better job at home. I had nail polish on my skin and the gentleman that did my pedicure disappeared afterwards leaving me sitting there with tissue paper between my toes until I got up and told another staff member I needed to go. The pedicure cost $25.00, since I upgraded thinking it would be worth it. Do not upgrade. They rub some scrub and a mask, but definitely wasn't worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and the prices are low for most services. However, I will not be coming back and recommend you try another salon. Read Less

Came in for a pedicure and was happy with it. Chose O.P.I. polish and it lasted for 4 weeks without chipping. Super affordable ($15) and friendly service. Knocking off 1 star because the woman who did my pedicure was a little too aggressive on my cuticles and left a cut on both toes. I will come back, though! Read Less

I get my hair cut and colored by Van because she does an excellent job!!!! I've also got my nails done and waxing services. She treats me like a queen and I leave there 10 years younger. 10 + stars for sure. Read Less

My nails look amazing! I am very picky with the way people paint my nails but they got every bit of my nailbed and made sure that there was enough coats where it looks nice for light colors. Great conversation and very genuine. Read Less

Thank god i searched reviews before i stayed at Star Nails across the street that place was dirty my feelings made me search around and i walked out and didn't turn back even the lady ran out to the parking lot i was in my truck and said NO THANK YOU and i found this place Oasis Nails Spa WHAT A DIFFERENCE so much cleaner nicer people they are awesome and will continue to come back here.Read Less

I happened upon Oasis Nails & Spa today while doing errands. I had a wonderful pedicure from Van and relaxing manicure from Lee. Lovely ladies who made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and pampered. Everyone in the salon was personable, polite and enjoyable. Van and Lee took the time to get to know me and we had wonderful conversations about family, gardening and holistic health - among other things and unlike so many other nail salons. I came in with friend after having pho next door. Basic manicure is $12, pedi is 15, both is 26. I asked for callus removing. The lady started to push me with different packages. I told her I only want callus removing if possible. She said then it's $20 for only callus removing.  I'm like serious?! So I chose pedi with basic callus removing which is $20. While I was choosing the color, she kept on asking if I wanna do both. I told her many times no. I don't like the business pushing like that. Their English ain't good by the way. I had a guy doing for me. He's patient with my polish. However I don't think callus removing was that thorough. That's why I have three dollars. Massage chair is all good. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! Came here this past weekend because my normal place was packed out. I checked the reviews for oasis and saw that it looked like a good place. Sat down for me gel french manicure and everything started great. First layer went down great. Time for the white tips....when i pulled my hand out of the machine the polish was "wrinkly" Lisa told me that i touched the wall inside of the machine (which was impossible because the longer finger was completely untouched. The next hand goes in and I am incredible careful as to not touch anything. Same result. I was assured it would all fix it self by the end of the manicure. End result. Bubbles or wrinkles on 7 out of 10 fingers! Lisa told me to come back on Tuesday (i couldnt stay to have fixed I was already there for over an hour!) and she would redo them. Fast forward to Tuesday... Lisa tells me Peter is going to fix them... I show Peter all the problems and he tells me that there is NOTHING wrong and thats how its supposed to be.....UMMM NOOOO its not. This isnt the first time ive gotten my nails done buddy. He says....what do you want me to do....I say Fix them! Peter says but there is nothing wrong.....I'm DONE at this point. I tell him I'm disputing the charge and I leave. I always get my facials, waxing and hair done with Kim! She used to work at a different salon in Costa Mesa and I followed her here because she's just that great. Wouldn't go with anybody else.I get my nails done with Van and she makes them look so pretty every time and she is super sweet. She also moved here with Kim from a different salon. Pros: This place does do good nails. When I got my nails done here no complaints just what I expected. The customer service is friendly enough and it's looked pretty clean from what I remember.Cons: I'm just gonna say I would NOT recommend this place for waxing services. I recently got waxed here and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I felt like the lady who was doing the waxing didn't know what she was doing to be honest. She just slabbed the warm wax all over making it feel messy and applied more wax then what seemed necessary. Then the strips used to pull the wax off seemed unsanitary and she did it really rough as well. The whole process just seemed somewhat dirty. And then she kept constantly pushing me to add on services I clearly had said no too. Next time I'd rather just go somewhere a bit more experienced in waxing when that's what I'm looking for. Even though I can't go here anymore, due to not working in the area anymore....but this place is amazing.  Very professional and happy.  Everyone who works here is nice.They spend the time on your nails and the massages.  They do ask if u want the extras but don't force it.  The massages and little extras are great.Does an awesome job in the waxing also!Super sad I don't work in the area to get mani/pedi/eyebrow wax anymore! I can't believe I've never written a review for Oasis! I swear I did, but the point is, I LOVE them. I haven't been able to get my toes done in so long because of a back injury, but they still know exactly who I am: Leslie's daughter, Sami and Danielle's sister. They always ask me about work and school and everything else. They are so friendly!They are also very careful not to cut your toe nails too short or too rounded so that you don't get ingrown toe nails. I sometimes have to ask them to cut/file them shorter, and my friend likes her nails so short that she just cuts them herself and lets them do everything else because they don't want to cause the ingrown toenails.The one thing I can say that is negative, is don't go here if you're in a hurry. They really take their time with you, so sometimes it takes longer than it would at another salon. That said, if I go to a salon, I am NOT going to be rushed! I go to a salon to relax, which is why I LOVE Oasis!By the way, Thi and Lisa are my favorite ladies to do my nails. They are fabulous and they can make even MY feet look pretty!  =D Read Less

Hands down tops any nail salon I have been to.  They are affordable -- BEYOND friendly, accommodating and pretty much can do anything.Peter does such an amazing job, I really won't let anyone else do my nails.  The pedicures are consistent no matter who does them and the massage chairs are amazing.Judy is my go-to girl for my eyebrows.  She does an awesome job, and she even massages my forehead, temple and around my eyebrows for a few minutes.. If you've never had someone massage your temples, you're seriously missing out.They talk to you and get to know you instead of talking about you to everyone else that works there.  They remember you and KEEP appointments!  I can't stand it when you make an appointment for anything and you still wait 20 minutes.Highly recommended.
