I come here every couple of weeks.  I advise to make an appointment if you have someone you want to work with in mind.  I love having Sofia do my nails.  They always make time for everyone and even keep the shop open after hours.  Leave enough time because they do tend to run a little late. This is my go to spot for my nails... My acrylic nails  last forever, barely ever lift. My schedule is very busy, I just don't have time to go get the refill all the time, 1-2 weeks as other people do. Friendly nails spa, I get refill every 3- 4 weeks only because of my nails growth out long. But even when i'm ready to go in for a refill, it's still look good. My friend keeps saying every time before I go in for refill: you don't need a refill yet. But I am a perfectionist, I like it to look perfect all the time. If I could give this place a "0" in stars I would. Worst nail salon experience I have ever had! I'm crying with how terrible my nails came out not because visually they look that bad, but because the lady who did my nails hurt me tremendously. I was cut on every finger and now they are still a day later swollen and stinging.. I'm going to have to make a trip to the doctor for an antibiotic so they don't get infected any further. I'm surprised at the service I received given the good reviews that they had.. Never again will I go to this salon and possibly might never go to another nail salon again. I want my money back! I really wanted and expected to love this place... tonight I was unfortunately let down. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by a 20% off sign on the door, a 2nd behind the good reviews and close proximity, needless to say I was excited! (The 20% by the way is only if you get a combination of pedi + mani.)I needed a pedi and a set of acrylics, as mine were all casualties of my move the past week!To continue, I had two ladies working on my nails. Let me start by saying my right away the ladies were constantly laughing, and the lady doing my nails answers her phone! These are my two pet peeves, I will never understand how a nail business would approve of such behavior.. Moving on, pedicurist did all that was listed, except the 5 minute massage.. it was maybe 1.5 minutes. Immediately following the short-cut of a massage, she says, "Add 10 min?"..No thank you! How about add the 3.5 minutes I'm paying for? Additionally, she then says after painting my nails, and wiping of a huge smudge she made on my toe, "add christmas tree?" Goodness woman, if you really wanted to sell so much i would work un meeting your basics in customer service! To end that, all in all my pedicure came out ok. Now the area where I was MOST disappointed was the overall result of my acrylics. First, she accidentally got glue all over my thumb while gluing it on. Next, she not only filed and cut them uneven, she did two layers of the powder, which made my nails extremely thick! 3rd, my middle finger nail was uneven I had to point it out as I really tried to overlook it as I thought maybe it would even out as time went on, or maybe she would notice it, but she hadn't... even when I brought it to her attention she still didn't seem to notice.. that is concerning to say the least, as this was a very obvious mistake... To end my experience, I had to ask her to remove the very large amount of dried glue from my thumb, so unsettling I even had to ask... Also, the gel polish job is just terrible.. Will I be back, not a chance, I work in the customer service industry, and I have for years.. so I not only didn't raise a fit, but I still tipped well, I would rather go home and leave my experience to warn others of the inaccurate star rating of this establishment..  I'm posting pictures of my results to show the unevenness, paint job on the skin, and hopefully you can see the overly-thickness. This is my second visit here but my first review. I came back here because I got a gel pedicure and gel mani here about a month and a half ago and I promise you the pedi has lasted the entire time! It could have lasted two but I was so sick of the color so I went back to change it. But seriously the gel products they use are the best!!However, I walked in this past Saturday and they got me right into a chair for a gel mani and pedi. I like that they work on the hands and feet at the same time. But no sooner than I sit down...three of the ladies working all turn to each other and starting speaking their language-then laughed and turned back to me to get started. THIS IS RUDE. No matter who you are-where you go--behavior like this is always considered rude. So after that not sure if I'll be back. I don't need so go spend $60 to feel self conscious the whole time. First time I went there they were great. But my second time I went to go get a fill and they really messed up my acrylics. She had my nails way to thick and I asked her to shave them down 4 times. Still way to thick and she messed up the gel tips 3 times. There is gel all over my fingers also.  I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed. Not happy with the way they did them. Read Less

My girlfriend goes here so I am basing this review on her. She says it's a cheap place to get your nails done and they do a fairly good job. The positive is if you get acrylic and you damage a nail it is cheaper to come back and get that nail fixed ($3/nail) than at other places. Read Less

I type this with a perfect gel manicure applied a full NINE days ago! They still look absolutely perfect! My girlfriend gave me a gift certificate for a mani pedi and I think I found my new favorite nail spot!Very meticulous work -- the prices are reasonable although there are LOTS of add-ons some of the girls might try to sell you that drastically change the price. You could end up paying an extra 30 dollars for a glorified foot rub. Just to be aware if you are on a budget. The basic prices are on the BACK of the sheet they give you (they put the front laminated sheet with all the add-ons on my lap while I was picking colors and I was confused and almost ended up spending an extra 40 dollars even though I went in with a gift certificate). In sum, you can rack up a pricey manicure if you do all the add ons or walk out of there with a gel mai and nice pedi for under 40 with tip. Lots of gel colors to pick, clean, nice tough to give out water, a little out of the way from my house but worth the extra drive :) Read Less
