Nice salon layout - open and bright. Lots of color options and products. Front desk lady abrupt and dismissive. Assuming you know what the white tablet is for (it was turned away from me so I didn't see the check in button.) Nail tech. Never said a word other than "done". I don't know if it was language barrier or lack of communication skill or basic training in how to approach a customer interaction. The other techs around seemed to introduce themselves in clear English and with politeness. Then there's the service. Maybe it was the grating of my skin to draw blood. The side of the file cutting my cuticles. The spray of alcohol after she drew blood for the third time. Or her very sharp thumb nail breaking my skin and drawing more blood. I decided against additional services and skipped the polish because I didn't want any more stinging pain. I might had just drawn the short straw but I don't see this as 5 star salon. Read Less

Nice clean salon and the chairs (for pedicures) have a massaging function which is a nice bonus. I came with a group of 5 other girls and it was easy to book an appointment via Yelp (we booked about a month in advanced but not sure how much earlier is necessary). My technician, Cindy was polite and professional. I got the signature pedicure and overall it looks fine...however two points of improvement is that the massage could've used more pressure/strength and one of my toenails have a more rounded shape when the rest have a straight edge (but I noticed this in the end so it was kind of too late to tell her). So I've been here a couple times now and I really like it. Its always bright and clean and friendly. Its also always busy but I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for a walk in appointment. I love the stiletto style nail design and I usually do acrylics because I have weaker nails. Tina who did my nails today was amazing. The last time I was in the lady nicked 3 of my fingers with the dremel machine which is not supposed to happen. Tina did an amazing job though and I'll be going back to her. Read Less

Made an appointment for Sunday 10am. Salon was ready for me and my 10 year old daughter. Nice. Clean, modern attosmopjere. Nail shop has a wine bar, but no mimosas today. Not opened for service. I'm use to the language differences, they speak English well. Usual heated conversation amongst 3 technicians. I would come at 9:30am when they open. We made an appointment a day before for two pedicures around 4:30pm. We arrived five minutes early and the nail studio was swamped. We had others taken back even though we were waiting first and had a reservations. We opted to rebook the next morning at 9:30am when they first opened otherwise we would have missed our dinner reservation. We were able to get in right away today at 9:30. The Signature Pedicure is $23.00 which you can't beat the price. That is why we came back the next day. The studio is very clean, they use plastic liners in the foot tubes, the staff is very nice, great color selections, and look on there websites and ask about promotions or deals. Read Less

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. It may look nice but the women who work here are so disrespectful and rude to customers. They have routinely treated me and my friends awfully. In addition they claim to fix your nails when they are messed up however after they rushed to do mine and did a bad job, I returned the next day to have them fixed and the staff was upset and did everything in their power to have me leave. I wasn't going to post this but since I was by the studio and the response they gave me to my complaint, I decided to put it out there. I got a pedicure and a manicure at the nail studio on July 3rd, went on vacation and when I came back decided to take off my polish and not get another mani/pedi right away. Under both ring fingers I had green in/on my nail. In all my life I only had this once before (from the salon using dirty tools). I cut my nails down to the bit and only ...had 2 small spots on both ring fingers. So today, about 6 weeks later I went into the studio, talked to the lady that said she was the Manager and she looked and shrugged it off and said okay. Now I told her when I had them done and I wanted to let them know before I post anything online. She shrugged and said okay, not sure what I expected but it wasn't that. I've been coming here almost monthly since they opened a year ago..and have recommended to family and friends. The service is just inconsistent. I've had some very good experiences. . But more bad than good now. My most recent visit: The pedicure was good. I like that I've never had a long wait and that they will do a full set during a pedicure. Cons: I felt like they were being timed and rushing the services. All of the timers are visible. The woman doing my full set ...was (very friendly and nice) but obviously rushing and cut me 6 TIMES with the drill and glued my fingers together. I had to ask for something to remove the glue. The chemicals burned the cuts (mostly the one on the pinky).. And I had to ask her to remove the excess acrylic build up under the tip.. the end result did look nice. Unfortunately friends I've taken here have had similar experiences (One friend got fungus after a service). Service can be very good at times! The rating is really based on the inconsistencies. I walked in on a Saturday morning with no appointment needing a manicure for myself and my daughter and was able to be seen almost immediately. My nails were done by Bee who was absolutely wonderful, she did a great job and was so friendly. My daughters nails were done by Tiffany and when she asked for a design Tiffany went and grabbed her phone and suggested the cutest snowman design. My 7 year old daughter LOVES her nails and so do I. Came in on a Tuesday morning without an appointment and someone was available immediately. They did a beautiful job on my nails! I showed her a picture of a manicure with cats painted on the ring fingers and she did them almost exactly the same. Obviously not everyone is looking for a manicurist who can draw cats but if you are, she (Gee or Bee) will not disappoint.
