When you enter Orchard Nails you know this is no ordinary nail salon.  The decor is gorgeous and the girls at the front desk will greet you with a friendly hello!   Add to that the clean surroundings, great music and professional technicians and you are sure to have a great experience here.  I have been coming to this salon for years and have had many wonderful experiences.  It's not always been perfect, but when you explain there was a problem, they fix it right away!!  I like having Tommy or Leanne do my fill with a gel manicure and Megan or Mimi for my pedicures.  Michelle is great for nails too!  She does awesome designs.  :)Orchard Nails is in the middle of a little renovation and I can't wait to see what they do next!  I wholeheartedly recommend Orchard Nails. It was our first time to Orchard nail and Lena did a wonderful job and everyone was so nice. They also did a wonderful job with my 4 year old. I was never able to get my nails done at my old job but now that I'm at my new job I can enjoy this experience with my daughter. Their hot wax treatment was great too!! I have been to many nail spas in the past, the polish would chip away the next day but after having manicure at Orchard, I am not kidding you, the polish is still staying chip free even after 4 days and after many many hand washing! This place is slightly pricey but in a sense you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a bit more for product/service that is long lasting than some crapy short lived work. Came in on a referral from a couple friends who are regulars here since I wasn't exactly happy with my, then, salon. Tom was my manicurist/gel polish tech. He did such a great job, he was kind, wise, and knowledgeable about nails for sure! Probably top 5 manicures I've had. I'm a Client for life, Tom!!! Today was the first time I went to this nail shop. My mother in law gave me a gift card to this place so I decided to check it out. I also brought my step daughter. So let me tell you amazing place. It looks tiny from the outside, but they definetly made excellent use of it. The seats are comfortable, music is relaxing, pleasing to the eye. Sent my girlfriend here and she had an awesome experience! The receptionist Charisse  was super nice and made us both feel welcome while I waited. She wanted the chrome nails and it looked really cool, her technician Megan was really nice and my GF had a relaxing time She felt really pampered and it was a nice spa. I had the BEST experience at Orchard Nails! I think I found my new nail place. If you want great service then this is the place for you! I highly recommend Tom!!! He cares about your nail health, and makes your nails look amazing! I came in for a full set... And my natural nails are paper thin- Tom took his time and slowly removed the acrylic instead of how other salons just yank the acrylic right off damaging the nail and in my case possibly ripping my nails off. Tom took an extra 20 minutes just to remove them carefully so my natural nails wouldn't rip off. Aside from that I love how precise he was on making the shape and color etc exactly what I wanted. He was very gentle and did not cut my skin/cuticles, and there wasn't any burning when he put the alcohol on. First time ever that I didn't get nicked or experienced burning/pain when getting my nails done! Craziest thing ever getting my nails done without any pain lol I definitely recommend Tom and Orchard nails!!! Read Less

Been struggling to find a new nail salon and FINALLY I've found it. I absolutely LOVE my nails!! Cathy did an amazing job!!! Im truly obsessed with orchard nails..The salon is so cute and very clean. Super relaxing, everyone there seemed really friendly. Met the owner as well very sweet and The receptionist was beyond nice, I believe her name was Madison ( sorry if I got your name wrong pregnancy brain plays with me daily). My go to nail salon for the rest of my life! I've been coming here for almost a year now, and each time it just gets better and better. Michelle is a nail WIZARD. i honestly can't believe how talented she is. she gives her honest opinion and knows what will or will not look good on you, lol. Well, let me start by saying a big Thank You to Orchard Nails for making my hands and feet feel wonderful after my appointment yesterday. It's my FIRST time with them. Had a busy day that's why I'm just writing this review today. Anyway, I booked my appointment online and the night before and got the call back the next morning (day of the appointment) just to check if I'm ok with having one technician to work on my hands and feet. I was totally fine with it since My basis of choosing the technician was for her reviews. Holy crap she did a good job with my hands and feet! I couldn't be more happy with the results! Her name is Cathy! She's sweet and lovely and took her time with my hands and feet. The place is clean and well organized! They have a good selection of OPI nail polish and I went with this baby blue nail polish for my hands and feet and she gave me a cute Christmas design on my hands! I'll recommend the place to my family and friends to give them a try. My only thing is, it is a bit over priced. But I guess u do get that bang for your buck thing if u want your hands and feet to look good specially for the holidays! I will be back! Read Less

I had a great experience today at Orchard Nails. It was my first time since I just moved to the area about a week ago from SF. My salon experience today doesn't compare at all to my previous ones in the SF area.This salon is CLEAN! And that is the #1 thing I look for in a nail salon. The front door service is amazing. I was greeted by friendly staff who I sparked a conversation with. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. The seats were so comfy and the ladies doing my nails were friendly and talkative. I made the mistake of wearing my converse shoes instead of sandals and while at the store trying on sandals I saw that the polish had come off. I called the salon and they were very kind to take me in the same day! I did end up tipping the tech because I felt bad.I feel like this place is a little pricy, but then again you get what you pay for!!! Absolutely awesome!!! Just what I needed! The salon is beautiful, clean, and it doesn't smell like a typical salon. I like the fact that the manicurists listen to what you want as well as your concerns. I went to get a silk wrap for the first time at another salon. I didn't know that I would have to have my nails filed down with the drill or that glue would be added on top pf my nails. I asked if glue would be used since I'm allergic and I was told no. Needless to say I walk out after the first nail was done. When I went to Orchard Nails all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
