Horrible customer service. This place is now a True Touch. I came here on Wednesday, & they told me the wait would be 30 minutes. I decided thats okay, I'll just make an appointment. I made an appointment for Thursday (the next day) at 12:00, & my sister made one as well. I showed up on Thursday at exactly 12:00. The place was somewhat busy. The guy said hello to me, everyone else just stared. I said "Hi I have an appointment for 12:00". He just looked at me & continued doing his clients nails so I sat down. Some lady came over to me 5 minutes later, & handed me colors to choose from. I set the box down next to me as I was keeping my same color. Then the lady who I made the appointment with then spotted me. She got up, checked the book, looked at it disappointedly, & threw a box of colors for me to look at. Now my second box/bin of nail colors. As she was handing it to me I said "No no no, Im keeping my color". She gives it to me anyways. She goes I'll be with you in a minute. The guy starts laughing, because her client is nowhere near done & she tells me this. I finally stand up. The entire salon is staring at me. I announce to my audience of workers and customers, "Im going to the other location. I had an appointment at 12 & there is no one to do my nails". The guy looks at me & says "okay!". I was so mad. I drove to my usual True Touch off of Ontario in Corona. I had no appointment, was taken right away, & my nails were finished by 1pm! Horrible service at this "new" location. I do not recommend it, unless you want your time not valued. Also, theres multiple tables in the front to do acrylics at, w/ no one doing acrylics. They were all empty. They didn't even acknowledge the fact that my sister had an appointment as well for the same time. Get it together, & learn how to staff your salon/treat customers. What a joke. I'll be spreading the word about how bad this place treats customers as well. You're welcome! Read Less
