If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came here for a pedi and gel nails because it’s my birthday and I wish I’d never set foot in the place. The pedi was fine although over priced. I originally asked for gel nails not gel polish and i got acrylics. I thought fine whatever they’re cheaper. No I got charged $43. My nails are crooked and different lengths. There’s no weight baring arch down the middle so they look flat and will likely break soon. The length is too long for me and I even asked for short and she said she’d do it with filing which she never did. The design is crooked. Two of the nails are supposed to have a nude color strip running down the middle and instead of putting the nude first with the red on the sides they put the red first and tried to put the nude on top. You can see the red through the nude. It looks like a 5 year old did it. When I went to pay the girl looked to see what tip I gave before giving me my card. She was upset I tipped $2 and I had to ask for my card back. I didn’t have time to argue because I was running late to an appointment. Never again will I come here. NEVER going back. They rushed us through the whole appointment even though the entire place was empty. And it was incredibly expensive compared to other places in the area. I will say, the salon is very clean and relaxing to be in, but the service brings it down a bit. I got a $60 gel manicure which she took around 20 minutes total to do, including "hand massage" and the polish. I figured she was just efficient. It looked fine at first, then started chipping after a couple days. And as I was paying/leaving, the guy taking payments told me I was too young to be there and then stated I should be married and not spending money on stuff like this. On a separate note, my friend went back like ten minutes after we left because she accidentally messed up a couple nails and they made a huge deal out of it, did a horrible job "fixing" it, and practically shoo-ed us out the door. One of the best nail salons in Corona!!! I believe Duke is the Manager/Owner. He makes sure you are scheduled promptIy and receive great customer service. I asked for a specific color (Chiffon My My -  Pale pink) he didn't have it. But two weeks later, when I returned, he had it!!!   I appreciate the nail techs. The gentlemen that runs this place is very money hungry and I will never go here again even though the girl that did my nails did good. I looked online and it said $30 for a gel mani, he charged me $38 plus tip!!! He said the $8 charge was for French tip. Don't know about anyone else but I've never paid that. I'm so upset!! I called and he told me a full set gel was $28 and when I went to pay he said $40! What?! I even tried to tell him no I called and you said $28. He tried to say no that's for regular full set but on the phone he even repeated to me "gel full set $28". So he lied just to get me there and then way over charge me. I was treated so poorly at this salon that I left in tears. The woman that did my pedicure, Lhyn, rushed through the whole thing and when I would ask a question she ignored me. My pedicure including the massage only took a total of 10 minutes! And she kept looking at the clock. I looked around and there were about 5 other customer and none of their ladies seemed rushed. At the end she just left me there in the chair as she went up front to speak with coworkers. I asked 2 other workers for flip flops and each time they said I had to wait for her. I asked a 3rd time and finally she came back, bent down to my level and said, WAIT! I am busy and you can wait! Then she shoved the flip flops onto my feet. I was so shocked that I could not even find words and I immediately got up and left holding back tears. I feel that this was not the first time she has treated a customer like this and it is UNACCEPTABLE. The lady doing my fill was also rushing and left my polish completely uneven but she was at least polite to me when I spoke to her. I walked in and was greeted right away which was nice. I told them I wanted a pedi and brought my own polish. They seated me in the back and the guy turned the water on in foot bath and it was so HOT it burned my feet. He turned it down and the girl came over to start on my feet. She was very nice (which is why I tipped her so well) She was cutting my toe nails and I noticed that she was using her thumb nail to dig under my nail! OMG! How do I know she didn't just pick her nose or didn't wash her hands after she went to the bathroom? Isn't there a health law against this sort of thing? I asked her not to do that and to use a new cuticle stick, she said they didn't have any. What? What kind of salon doesn't have cuticle sticks? Well by this time I was in for the long haul but was worried I would come away with some kind of infection. She massages my feet and legs and I really just wanted out of there. She goes to put a warm towel on my feet and it was so HOT, I jumped out of the chair. I told her never mind the towel. She applies the polish and starts cleaning up the little mistakes with her thumb nail again. OMG! I wanted it over with already.. Needed an emergency set of nails so called up this afternoon and got an appointment straight away. The Nail Gallery offers an extremely comfortable, professional and friendly environment. I quickly felt at ease, even though I had my little babba with me. The staff were very kind and let me tend to my baby when I needed to during my treatment. The nails I went home with were stunning. Literally EXACTLY what I wanted. I'm so so happy. I'll be going back regularly for in-fills. I would recommend this salon - in fact I already have - to any and all of my friends and family. My brows and eyelids are completely swollen shut and are in some pretty serious pain. This has never happened to me before. And on top of It the service was horrible. The women would not stop pushing me to get more than my eyebrows done which I heard this place is known to do so that didn't bug me as much but then when she told me I already had breakouts and pointed to them on my lip. More like Crappy Nails. I came with my grandma tonight and I felt like a joke by telling her about the great experiences I've had at this location. As a customer, I will NOT return to this location, or any other again. We felt rushed and highly unvalued as customers. I can't believe I decided to treat ourselves to such perfectly, polished gel manicures. Hah. No pampering in sight (not even a light arm massage). The nail techs' first priority was making sure they were off promptly at 7pm. I understand having a last appt comes with pros and cons, but a customer shouldn't give the benefit of the doubt. I have gone here once before and had an amazing experience but today I left SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED . I spent $84 on gel acrylic nails and gel pedicure. My nails did not look like they were gel, they looked like regular nail polish with a top coat. The guy who did my nails, at one point looked at my hand like he made a huge mistake when putting on the gel nail polish first. If I wanted regular nail polish on my acrylic nails I would've asked for it! AND my nails do not have that natural look when you get acrylics, they look so bulky and uneven. Not the nail experience I was expecting from a place call happy nails.  I was not happy.  The shape of my newly full set was uneven.  The polishes were watery.  I didn't see any tool sterilized.  I ask her to clean the tool before using in me to which she replied, "I only work her". I used to come here every once in a while but they raised their prices! And we're rushing me!!! My pedicure was 15 minutes including the 10 minute massage , I had to reach so far just to get my nails done they didn't offer to move my chair for me so I would be more comfortable and they knew I was in comfortable! They gave me a hard time because I wanted 3 colors grey blue and a glitter! That's the most common nail design! By the end when it came to pay it was 75$ , 35 for my pedicure because I got the deluxe but it felt like the wimpy package , and 40$!!!!!!!!! For a full set! Complete BS totally over priced for what they give you , and I was so frustrated with how I was treated and not relaxed from their hackling and phone calls and conversations! They said it was 75$ even and I didn't even want to tip and she pressured me into a tip , "no tip" "75 even??" Yes no tip I wasn't satisfied and I gave in and tipped the lady that did my nails and she said "none for other girl" and I said no it was horrible and she said "you need to tip her" Ummmmmm no I don't it's my money "She did service you HAVE tip her" Like oh my goodness lady I said no! So sad. I have been coming to this salon for a while now,  getting the usual mani/pedi. Two weeks ago i decided to get a gel manicure. I was going on vacation and wanted to have the manicure last. Well, it didn't! On Saturday,  a week and half after, my polish started to peel, and a nail broke. I did nothing with my nails to have this happen.  I went in today,  just getting back last night,  to show the owner my nails. He said there was nothing he would do about it. Said it can be different for different people how long it lasts. Really? All my friends who swear by having gel nails say it lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Im irrated! I will never go back!! 3 stars for the callus treatment and paint job because I definitely needed it. I haven't had a pedicure in while and came in by myself try and have a relaxing service -2 stars because the massage wasn't that great. just felt like they were rubbing lotion on my skin, no actual pressure of any sort and because they kept trying to push me to get the more expensive pedicures. I told the lady, "just the basic pedicure please" and the other employee sitting in the chair next to me literally mocked me and said "just the basic pedicure haha!" She then proceeded to tell me to get the #4 (the most expensive one) because it's better and better for you and more relaxing and she kept going on and on. Went there for a pedicure. I forgot to get the woman's name who did mine but she was very thorough and did a great job; didn't make me feel like I was being rushed in and out like some nail salons. Love it here! They are expensive but they are very clean!!! I came in on a Saturday morning with my daughter and we were taken in right away and treated very well. The only thing we had a problem with is they said it was $28 for new set but if you get a long set or a coffin design they charge you $7 extra and don't tell you until after they do it. That's not cool but I guess we should've asked! Lesson learned and we are prepared for next time. I don't know about the other reviews or their bad experiences but mine was wonderful! I had Sandy and she took care of my nails. My nails were broken and very bad cuticles. She took her time and paid attention to every detail. Fixed all the nails so they looked the same length and fixed every circle and etc. oh by the way her massage was amazing almost feel asleep! (She took her time which seemed the other girls were quick to get done, but id rather sit and get it done right and look great then have it done quick and having to come back and fix it) thanks sandy for your love of your work it shows! Happy Nails is okay. I've come here multiple times just because it is one of the closest nail salons near my house. I had one bad experience here where the chick doing my pedicure cut my toe and I was really unhappy. I think what upset me the most was that she just tried to play it off like it was nothing... No big deal. It happens type of attitude. And she tried to just keep going with the pedicure like everything was peachy king when my toe kept bleeding. It got to the point where she had to address the bleeding because it kept gushing out. Not a ton or anything but enough to drip down my foot (I'm a bleeder btw when I get tattoos piercings anything like that I bleed a lot). So the amount of blood is not indication of the deepness of the cut. Anyway she had to literally stop and hold a Kleenex on my cut for it to stop and then put some alcohol on it. My toe was fine but I didn't like the nonchalant attitude about it. When I went to pay I pointed it out to the manger/owner and told them I wasn't happy because she cut my toe and asked for a discounted price but they said no because that happens all the time and is part of getting a pedicure. I'm like wow I've gotten many pedicures and didn't realize getting cut was part of it. So that was the one time I had a bad experience, but I've been here numerous times since (not by choice my mom likes this place and dragged me) and it was fine. It seems like they have new ownership now and the owner cares about what customers report. I'm hopeful for this place because of the new guy in charge. Hopefully he can whip this place into shape! I went twice. The first time both toes were cut and bleeding. They gave me a credit so I tried them again and the worse pedicure I have ever received. Both times the nail polish didn't last 2 weeks.
