Even though they have a good aesthetic, there costumer service is horrible. I went in to make an appointment for a party and the day of we got there and they were not prepared and stated that we did not call them back to confirm. Interesting, considering the fact that we walked in and made an appointment in the first place. They seem not to want busy or accommodate their costumers needs! Please go somewhere else were you will be treated by friendly, attentive and professional staff!

Service by Lorena was awesome and great, however, since they got rid of using app it’s so much harder to make appointments. It’s such a hassle to have to contact the girls who work there.

Love the new look..didn't mind the changes because I always went back for the great service..all the girls are very professional and friendly especially edna.. she did my pedicure. Awesome work!

I had a wonderful experience! Patty, who worked on my nails, was knowledgeable about new trends and styles. I did chrome on my nails and toes and everyone loves them. I love that they have the big, wide and comfy chairs instead of those annoying massage chairs which are hard and uncomfortable. The decor is crafty and homey and all the girls were sweet and welcoming. I did spend some time there but out with the old and in with the new. Patty did an overlay that was thin, not the thick, ugly nails I had before. I will definitely go back! Anyone who wants quality, needs to go to this salon. Highly recommended

The best customer service all the way around!!! Amazing atmosphere, color selection, reward system, and just all around a truly incredible experience!!! I've gone to numerous salons and this is the first time I ever leave a review for anything but because it is well deserved and deserves recognition!!! Lacquered Up is the place to get a mani and pedi... the atmosphere is phenomenal, the nail polish wall is amazing, the lounge is comfy, and lets not forget the Customer Service, which equals a rate of 100% awesomeness... best... customer service!!! I do have my favorite and its Vanessa... never in a rush and i am always satisfied with her service. Thank you Lacquered Up, front desk, and Vanessa for your services...

Honestly, the worse French acrylic set I've ever gotten. Got them done on a Friday for a wedding the next day only for them to have lifted on the wedding day. I called the place and let them know, went back to get them "fixed". They look just as bad as the first one. I didn't notice it in the salon but in a different lighting I could see it all too well. Loved the environment and the salon itself but, I probably wouldn't come back to this place.

Even though they have a good aesthetic, there costumer service is horrible. I went in to make an appointment for a party and the day of we got there and they were not prepared and stated that we did not call them back to confirm. I had a wonderful experience! Patty, who worked on my nails, was knowledgeable about new trends and styles. I did chrome on my nails and toes and everyone loves them. Honestly, the worse French acrylic set I've ever gotten. Got them done on a Friday for a wedding the next day only for them to have lifted on the wedding day. I called the place and let them know, went back to get them "fixed". They look just as bad as the first one. I didn't notice it in the salon but in a different lighting I could see it all too well. Loved the environment and the salon itself but, I probably wouldn't come back to this place.
