Oh yea, I love this place. Eric did my nails and they are on point. I did ombre French tips with rhinestones on my ring fingers. Most places take forever!! It was fast service but also precise! Good coffin shape is exactly how it should be. I paid $45 for a fill with crystals and I would happily do it again. They did an amazing job!!! I wish I had asked for his name, but he took his time and is super detail oriented. Im pretty new to acrylics and the first set I got he told me was kinda chunky and he fixed it for me, giving my nails a more tapered natural look. Came here for the 3rd time Saturday. Moved to the area last summer & finding a new nail salon has been difficult. I've finally got a spot thx to Jason & Fabulous Nails. My nails last for weeks with no lifting, chipping or breaking. For a person like me who is extremely busy & waits forever between fills, this is so important. Walked in on a Saturday AM and got seen without an appt which was great. BUT two things turned me off:1) the man doing my nails didn't speak or understand English. Never been here before. Thought I would give it a try. Got a pedicure.  And it was amazing. He really took his time I was really relaxed.  And they also give you a baggie with a foot scrubber and nail buffer to take home.  Will definitely go back. Read Less

The first 2 guys right when you walk in are the best and so is the only lady that works there. The other men working speak very little English which makes it difficult to communicate specifications. The other guys do an alright job sometimes the polish is applied too thick. Just call and make and appt with one of the 3 I mentioned above. They do nail art and designs. Read Less

I have been here a few times and the experience is always pleasant.My review is only for nail services.I have never had to make an appointment, I usually walk in and am immediately serviced or have a short (under 10 min wait).The facilities are clean, there are many options to choose from as far as what type of service you want and a good color selection within each type of service. The employees are friendly and respectful. For some reason it bothers me when my tech is in heavy conversation with the tech working on the person next to me. Perhaps I am just particular but I enjoy relaxing in the silence or chatting softly with a friend.  They do not do that here and I appreciate it very much. They will make appropriate small talk with you but not so much that you cant relax and tune out if that's your jam.Prices are good for most services and you get a $2 discount if you pay in cash! While they were very quick to get me in, I felt as if it was rushed. I called ahead for a gel manicure & came early & was surprised they got me in 30 minutes before schedule. The man barely clipped back my cuticles, which usually takes awhile for mine. I got gel polish & after 3 days, half of the nails are chipping. They didn't mention their card reader wasn't working, so I had to run to Valero to get out cash. The only good thing was they gave me a $2 discount for using cash. Came to this spot for the first time and I have to say, IM IN LOVE  the girl who did my nails was very kind and she asked me exactly how I wanted my nails. She made sure I was okay with the length too. What I appreciated the most was that when I let her know that one of my nails was crooked, she didn't try to convince me it wasn't. She FIXED it. I've been here a couple of times and my experience has been consistently great. Yes, the location may be off-putting. Yes, it's not the most glamorous nail salon. Yes, some women may find it weird that the staff is mostly men. This location taught me not to judge. These men know what they are doing. I found this place based on yelp reviews and because my old nail shop fell under new ownership. I thought the service was nice the technicians are friendly.I did feel my pedicure was a little rushed even though they weren't busy at all... and the guy doing my nails although he was very nice didn't even attempt to trim the sides of my nails which is crucial for me because I get Ingrown toenails... I was disappointed with that. The massage was really good and my paint job is nice.My nails on my hands are very good. I will give them one more chance for my pedicure. I have gone to countless nail salons in the search for the perfect full set and have always walked out dissapointed, until I came across Jason.  Jason was able to do the same exact look that I had envision for the longest time. I went in, showed him a picture of what I wanted, and I was pleasantly surprised with his work. Although they are fake nails, I have never liked the fake look, but Jason was able to give me a classy and natural look.  He really takes his time in making sure they are the same length. I no longer have to keep searching for the perfect full set There is plenty of parking and I appreciate the the convenience of paying with  card.  The first time I went, I arrived as a walk-in and had to wait over 25min.  The second time I made and appointment and was sat down on time, thus I recommend making an appointmemt. So I am giving the nail salon a 5 star. I just went there for the first time, but I will be returning.Pros:         1. Called at 2.30pm on a saturday to see availability. They could see me at 315!          2.  Once I arrived I was greated kindly and was at my table by 3.16pm. My artist came over promptly. She Was very polite and asked what I wanted done. I showed her a picture of length, shape, and color. She said she could do it.           3. Plenty of parking.           4. Comfortable chairs           5. Great color selection           6. The results were spot on. Great length. Perfect shape. And my cuticles look smooth and nice.           7. My artist commented on my hair and outfit. Who doesn't love a Lil boost up.Cons (that do not matter to me):        1. Some may say the neighborhood it's top notch.        2. One nail is a tiny bit slanted on the top. ( I am the only person to notice it.Over all I am ecstatic about this find! I will rate again on my second visit and on how long these nails continue to look amazing. Read Less

I was very impressed with this place. It's small, but very clean and the staff is nice. I was a walk-in and only had to wait 10-15min on a Saturday evening. The guy that did my manicure/pedicure wasn't talkative at all, but I'm okay with that. I like to just sit back and relax. It was very hard to understand him because he was very soft spoken, but the rest of the staff helped out. He did a great job! He took his time and the hot stone massage was a nice bonus to the pedicure. I got gel on both my feet and hands so it ended up being a little pricey. It says a classic manicure/pedicure is $30, with the gel on both it ended up being $62. You also get a $2 discount for using cash. I would definitely go back. Read Less

I always call them before I come in to make sure that it won't be busy and that I won't get rushed. They said there's no wait and that I could come in. It's literally two blocks away from my house. So I got there, was told to sit down at the second station, the man that usually works there starts to take the gel off... after he finished one hand I was told to move over to the second to the last table... so now I was passed over to the woman. Not even 10 mins later, I was asked to move to the last table. I was already PISSED. I started at the man who did my nails two weeks ago & did an amazing job to the man who did this horrible crap that's on the bottom pic. Idk why I still gave him a $5 tip. Knowing that he done messed up my nails. Even put too much glue on my partially broken nail... horrible cuticle nipping... I won't be going to that man anymore that's for sure. Read Less

The guy that owns or does the shellac has no concept of customer service! You cannot tell me how to pay, sure if i want the discount ill bring cash but do not tell me that using my card is ok but using my phone costs more when its actually the same cost to the credit card company. I have my own business and do offer the service to customers so i know!!The guys that actually do the job are sweet n friendly but can't understand anything u say so u need the lady to translate, and if she isn't around oh well you just get a poor job. Or something that they wanna do n not necessarily what u want. Lastly, when i say cut my nails short, I mean short not your staff's opinion on how long looks great; if i needed longer nails I wouldn't ask that they cut them in the first place!Overall after being there twice to give them a second chance -i have many options in concord who want my business. I came here for the first time today based on the reviews and it is close by. I called for a a mani/pedi and said I could be there in 15 mins. I was early, they had me pick out the polish color and I was tended to right away. I didn't see any postings of prices and later found the price pamphlet at the cashier. The guy that started my pedi said nothing and the guy that did my mani wasn't talkative either. That was weird and kind of awkward. The pedi went well, but I soaked both feet for a few minutes and for each foot he clipped and filed, and dug behind my nails where it was almost painful. He didn't tend to the small calluses or excess trimming and when he scrubbed my feet (I'm ticklish) he didn't scrub for vey long which was disappointing. The massage on both my legs and ankles was the best part! The oil and lotion and the warm stones were wonderful. The hot towel, however, was screaming hot, and may be too hot for some. He rubbed the towel on my legs to take away excess lotion/oil and then prepared my toes for polish. He did a nice job with the polish and helped me with my sandals. Then pushed the arm rest for me and went to the register, he didn't tell me what I was being charged for and when I opened the price pamphlet he pointed at the combo. The manicure - he asked if I wanted them to be clipped and I said no, the length is where I want it. My nails are short already and are square. He didn't ask what shape I wanted and filed the sides away and left me with rounded tips and no sides, I was very unhappy. Then he wanted me to pick a color and I only wanted clear, he seemed upset. But did a nice job with clear, the polish covers the entire nail on all. He finished before the pedi, all of 15 mins. And the pedi was only about 25 mins and it felt like I was done in a flash. When I went to pay, the mani/pedi combo is a very reasonable price $32.00 and if you spend $20.00 or more and pay cash, you get a two dollar discount which was very nice but I wasn't happy with either. I gave three stars because the massage was great the service was nice and maybe if I had gel on my hands it would have been little better?! Read Less

Very quick pedicure and she seemed very uninterested in her job. She did not cut my cuticles at all. She continued to answer her phone while working on my feet. Also, while I was there someone came in to get a hair cut, while the man was cutting the customers hair he dropped the comb, picked it up and continued using it then used the same comb on the next customer without washing it. Jason is the best!!! I discovered this place in March 2016 because I happened to be in town. I'm from LA and dread getting my nails done here in the bay area. I took a chance walked in and this placed impressed me. Jason was detailed, clean and works in a timely manner. Don't forget the prices are pretty good! Imagine my surprise a year later, when Im visiting and I see that the shop has expanded and so many people have discovered this gem of a place too! Good thing is that i call in to schedule an appointment in advance. This place is growing and I am not surprised at their success! I stopped at this shop on my way home from work for a pedicure, and I'm so glad I did!! It's the best pedicure I've ever had! The woman (I can't remember her name) was so friendly, took her time, and did a fabulous job!
