The best nail salon I found in Concord and I've now been coming here for five years.  I tried several places in the area and they always rush through the appointments. Andy never rushes, takes his time, and asks to make sure your nails are looking the way you want. This place is awful and i should have known when i walked into the salon and the man Andy had his feet kicked up watching tv. No one was in there. He was all by himself. I needed a full set bad. I had old nails and some broke. It was horrible. I told him i wanted to remove my nails and replace them with fresh ones but he explained i didn't need to. That my nails were fine. But i knew they were not. But he was the nail tech not me so i trusted him to that extent. Not only did he put the powder on horribly to make it look like i need a fill after two days, but my damn nail broke just two days after i got them done. I was pissed!!!!!!! I knew my nails needed to be taken off. So, I call him to let him know and he tells me to come by anytime. So i got dressed and came over. Andy was upset because I came at the time someone else was coming. Like SERIOUSLY?!?? Long story short , my natural nail is ruined. On top of that my new fill now looks like i need a fill again. And Andy had a complete attitude from first to second visit. I will never come to this place again. I was probably there only new customer. Andy is always super gentle with my hands. Always leave  with beautiful nails. Never got cut.  Nor do I believe I would ever. He help a lot with my nails when they were super thin. Because other nail salon did tell me that i was growing bacteria under my acrylic nails. He save my nails!  Highly recommend this place! Read Less

I stopped in the other day for a last minute appointment and was seated in less than 10 minutes. I have acrylic nails and need a fill every 2-3 weeks. I absolutely love this place and it's the only place I will go . Iv been a customer for years and never had a bad experience or poor quality work done . Andy is my guy - he is fast and does excellent quality work . They offer a huge variety of styles and the pricing is more than reasonable . I tried to be nice but I'm beyond pissed off. I got a full gel set and pedicure a week ago today and one of my nails lifted. I walked in to ask if I could get it repaired and the only response I was given was that "I'm busy". It's called multitasking! There is only one person in the salon it's not like he was assisting multiple people. He stopped my services to cut some old mans toe nails but wasn't willing to accommodate me to fix ONE lifted nail? Or even offer me a wait time? I see why people give bad reviews. Horrible, I called for types of services and prices for mani pedi. I was going to bring in 6 other people with me to have gel mani and reg pedi. The man that answered the phone seemed frustrated and HUNG UP on me. I called back and asked if he hung up, he said YES, IM BUSY! I told him i was going to bring 6 w me. Went here once and it's the Worst nail salon I've been to. Sure there nice & all but the man working there made my cuticle bleed and sculpted my acrylics on to small. He also didn't line them up with my cuticles. DONT be fooled by there website. They are way over priced and don't even have the color gold or rhinestones like there website says.
