I came in on Sunday, the lady stayed open later for me ( I was extremely grateful ) I asked for a pedicure and a fill with one broken nail. I'm assuming it was the owner and her daughter. The younger lady cut me on my foot, and the pedicure took about 10 minutes and in the light the paint job is by far the worst I ever had. The older lady was working on my hands...My nails look a mess. The nail she "fixed" is already POPPED off. And she left acrylic around my nails and on my skin. The paint job is uneven and she left my nails different shapes/ lengths. Plus she also cut my finger. I was very unhappy. I feel like as a worker and maybe owner you should take pride in your work. I would give this place 0 Stars if I could.  I wanted to get a full face wax. The lady was rude. When we got there she was in the middle of eating  went to the restroom  came out and I'm not even sure if she washed her hands .  I wanted to get a full face wax  and in the middle of waxing my face she was answering phone calls not to mention she let the wax sit on my face for too long and ripped my skin off in several places. I now have a dark scar underneath my lip because of it. I never had any problems before but after today I will never return. This place was a waste of my money. The lady that did my nails was unprofessional she was running back and forth doing other things and would come back and do my Manicure the gel polish was bumpy and one of my nails had an air bubble and when I asked her if she could fix it she said it was fine that's how it's supposed to be she was even pulling my hand while she did my nails. So a friend of mine got her set of nails done here and referred me to this place. It was my first time at Pro Nails today and it was an overall great experience. Helen is so nice and everybody there made me feel so welcome. I had my nails and toes done and it was totally worth it! Helen did a great job with the full set and I left very happy with really clean and pretty looking nails. Not to mention, she was really quick and professional compared to other places I've been to. Okay first I'm going to start off with the terrible customer service. Helen is the absolute worse, she's so rude and always talks about her customers to her employees. I use to always come here, since I was in high school. She was my go to for a full set then I started to notice that my nails would always break super fast. So I stopped getting my full set from her. So I just went to her for eyebrow and lip wax. Once again she use to be really good and now she just sucks. Stopped getting my eyebrow and lips waxed from her. So I tried to give her one last chance and get a pedicure from her today. First off she was talking about my toes(in her language) to her employee and laughing. Ugh so rude! I was in need of a fill from a set of nails done in another salon. My original set I was not too happy with but it happens. This little shop is near my hotel where I stay for work. The lady, I didn't get her name, had my fill with french tip gel polish done in 35 mins. She was able to clean up the mess I had going and make my nails look GREAT!!! So happy. I usually do not come here but I was in the area , so I thought I would give this place a try , I walk in and there is no one there completely dead. I ask for a fill, I chose my color , I asked for the chrome nail color and on the color wheel it looked so pretty but once the lady applied it I wasn't too happy. love love love the way my nails came out I love stiletto nails but every time I would go any other place thay would make my fingers look weird looking i started to think my fingers were the problem I was giving up on that shape but I came to pro nails  and decided to give stiletto another try and she did a amazing job ! Was a good pedicure but less then 20 min and lady's argued on price first said 17 then owner said 20. Either way if it was at least 30 min I would have gave 5 stars. I'm writing this review for my mom who used this shop a couple of times. My mom will not be using the salon anymore. They were rude and lacked any type of customer service skills. The quality of work was poor. Three broken nails in a week after only one fill. My mom had the nails removed instead of just fixing them. They charged her and left her nails full of acrylic. I came in looking to reshape my nails. This woman refused me because I was unsatisfied with the work down the street. She told me to go back there and have them fix it. I told her that woman didn't do them right in the first place. I offered to pay and redo them. I did not argue, I do not understand her train of thought. This place is great if you are looking for a quick fix. I have came here as a walk in and they have taken me in right away. I recommend this place if you are looking for a quick fill or if you need an emergency pedi. Prices are very reasonable also. However if you are like me and love funky, bling creative nails I DO NOT recommend. Most of the clientele here is older married couples which Is probably why they don't have very much of a selection of gel polish . Forget trying to get Rhine stones... They don't carry them and don't Like to do them :(. Also , bRinging in a picture of what you want doesn't help as they still make you pick from their limited sElection of polishes. The whole point of bRinging a picture is for them to come up with a mAtch .Iol... It doesnt haven to be an identical match but maKing me look over the limited sElection of polishes depletes the purpose of going to a nail salon to relax.
