The new tanning booth is awesome!! I tried it for the first time today. So easy to use, gave a great NON smelly, sticky tan and my feet and hands don't look dirty!! My husband and I both really like this salon, however I do want to warn others about using the online reservations function.  I booked a reservation for a time that was shown as available, it went through fine, and then I was called about a half hour before to cancel.  I was told that they don't always see the reservations, and when I asked if maybe it wasn't the best way to book an appointment, she agreed.  So by all means, visit The Beauty Bar Salon, but call for an appointment instead! I have been with Britni for a few years now, and will continue to follow her because her work is masterful.  She takes great pride in her cuts and colors and they are pristine. I have been going to Tisha (the owner and stylist) ever since I moved here and got a recommendation from a coworker.  She is excellent at cutting and styling (and coloring but I haven't done that).  Always so friendly and incredibly reasonable.  The salon is very nice and in the center of town. I just moved to Colfax and wanted a hair cut. I thought I would try out the Beauty Bar and emailed them to make an appointment. They responded back right away with dates and times that would work. I finally called them and got an appointment with Stephanie. I found the salon easily and Stephanie greeted me already knowing who I was. It was cold the morning I had an appointment and I was super pumped when she offered me some tea or coffee. I showed her the pics I found for a hairstyle and she already had one of them pinned on Pinterest with 3 different views. She got to it and did an AMAZING job with my hair!! She kept cutting until it was perfect and had all the layers I wanted. She showed me how to style it with a straightener to get it to look like the picture. I am in LOVE with it. Moving to a new place and finding a new stylist can be so hard and scary, but on my first try I found my new stylist Stephanie and she is great!
