After being treated poorly by the salon across the street, I contacted Vouge and the manager was very nice on the phone and said he would see us for 3 pedis right away. Horrible made an appointment for my daughters and myself. We were separated. Started me first one daughter 30 mins later and my other daughter started after the first was done. Guy made a comment on my daughters scars on her arms that she is self conscious about. This place is awful. They herd you in like cattle and treat you like it's a race to get to the next. Read Less

Horrible place for Mani and pedi. They made me bleed then all they kept saying was I'm Soo sorry, Soo sorry. Then I got an infection because they don't clean their tools and had to get antibiotics. I will never go here again, and honestly want to do harm to the guy who did this. Read Less

Vogue Nails is the best nail salon I have found! Michael (at the front desk) is the best host. I make appointments at a moments notice or just walk in and never wait more than 5 minutes if that. I go for the gel nails and am always happy. And if I have any problems I talk to Michael and its worked out. They have early hours on the weekends so I am in and out and on my way to my next errand. I love this place! I don't go anywhere else. Tons of colors to choose from and if you go on a weekday you NEVER have to wait, love that. The owner Thomas is great and super friendly and accommodating. The technicians are really nice and easy to communicate with. Most of the time if you break a nail after a couple days of getting them done they will fix it for free (as they should.)Side note: my mom NEVER goes to anybody else besides her nail lady and I FINALLY talked her into giving Vogue a try. Kevin did her nails and she LOVED them. But she broke a whole nail the next day and I told her to go back because they normally never charge for the day after one breaks. THEY CHARGED HER! Got dip nails done here. My first time here and first time with dip nails. This is 10 days later. And it still looks great and is staying on great. The lady who did it was really great and took her time. They have many colors to pick from. there are many steps to this dip nail. and it requires dipping the nail several times.they take appointments. i went on a week night and made an appointment. i walked right in. the whole process took roughly an hour. It was $35. they only take cash tips.And so far worth it- normally nails don't stay on more than a week for me. Read Less

They were so nice and sweet for our first time.We sat down about five minutes after we arrived.I recommend Sandy because u can have a conversation with her and she does pedicures beautiful.When we first got there since it was our first time we didn't really know what they did but the front desk guy with a Mohawk really helped us out he described so well so we knew what we were getting he was very helpful Jackie does fills PERFECT I recommend asking for her she gets it done y can have a conversation with her and she makes sure1 u get what y asked for.But u have to admit there a little pricey but y get what u pay for. I've been to this nail salon a few times. I want to like this salon because the service itself has been decent. However I think I'm done and moving on to another nail place. I've gone a few times as a walk in and a few with an appointment, I've always been attended to promptly. I usually get something very basic, flat color maybe with an accent color in one finger. I've done gel and dip acrylic and I've had pretty good results with long lasting polish. The dip acrylic was the best. I've had one maybe two manicurists that were very pleasant and even chatty. For the most part I can't have too many complaints about the manicurists manners, except the last time that I got my nails done staff just seemed to be a bit rude. I had multiple people come up to see what I was getting done and commenting how I was even getting a design. I wouldn't think much of it had they not then decided to have conversations in their language. I'm almost positive that they were talking about me. Aside from their behavior, the owner was polite, but I felt somewhat misled. I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted and asked specifically if someone could do my nails in that particular fashion. I was told yes. Had I known I would have just gotten a pedicure because it was important that I get the design that I was asking for. It was not complicated. One nail was going to have three black lines with a very simple flower and a jewel in the middle. The lines were sloppy and my manicurist had a difficult one drawing just the lines. She told my the way I wanted my flower would not look nice but I suspect she just don't want to bother. At the start before she even touched my nails I asked if I could get a small L on one of the nails because this nail trip was actually to honor a friend who had passed away very recently. I was told no. I asked if I could have someone else do my nails that could do the design and I was told no one here does that. It's funny because I looked a their Facebook and yelp and that's exactly what I saw. I don't plan on returning anymore. This was it for me. If I'm going to pay for this service, I'd rather pay  a bit more to get what I ask for and not what they decide looks better only to get something that is of lesser quality. Read Less

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I had called earlier and asked the price for regular gel acrylics and it was 25$. I came in and sat down and he asked for my shape and didn't tell me it would be extra. They finished and it was 10$ more than I expected. The nail file job is bad and he hurt my fingers. I've come here a few times in the past 3 years without a complaint; and I still really have a lot to complain again, but the reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was due to the fact that the women who did my partial-face wax didnt seem too thrilled to be working today. I'll admit it was a little crowded, not out the doors busy, but she could have been a little enthusiastic. She said herself she didn't want to be there because it was too busy, and she didn't like working on busy days. I went in a week ago for an acrylic fill with gel chrome and after one day the chrome glitter was chipping! So I touched it up with my own nail polish but by the end of the week every nail had chipped and looked HORRIBLE! I went in today and they were going to charge me to fix them...for their mistake! I am horribly disappointed in the customer service because my acrylic looked fabulous, I just wish they had taken some accountability for a cheap polish job that didn't last. Read Less

I got right in, when I arrived on a Thursday evening, after work. A guy named Nick did my nails. He didn't chat much, but did ask a few questions, as I only needed a P/W fill. He did nails very quickly and very differently than anything I've ever seen before. It was very unique and I will go back, as long as Nick can do my nails. It's been two weeks since, and no lifting, cracking or breaking. My only dislike, was that Nick didn't put any gel on the finished nails. Only top coat. Not really shiney enough.
