Seriously? This place is amazing. My husband got me a gift certificate for Mother's Day and so I finally went. Hadn't heard of them before today. They offered to paint my daughter's finger nails for free while we got pedis. We were offered cold bottles of water, and they took their time to ensure a job well done! Really sloppy. Older Asian woman receptionist sitting with her bare feet stretched. out on a chair. Darkrer skinned manicurist only used one coat of mail polish on my nails. She lied and insisted she used 2, but it was only one coat. Also she barely cleaned the cuticles. Very lazy. During the manicure she was in a hurry and kept pulling my hands to almost make the nail smudge. The man who does the pedicures tossed the exfoliating foot brush back in the drained tub after he used it. Then rinsed my feet and had me put my feet back in the tub with the dirty foot brushes. Probably because he barely used it in my feet only lightly brushing bottoms of my feet with 2-3 quick strokes.He also only used one coat of mail polish also. But by now I’m just over it. This place is horrible. I wouldnt give it any starts if possible. I have yelp for food purposes, even when i have bad experiences i dont normally write reviews. But im having difficulty not voicing this out. A couple days ago i came here with a friend for a fill and pedicure. We ended up spending 120$ total and included a tip as well. We spent an extra amount of money to include rhinestones. My friends rhinestones fell off within 2 days, also her toe nail polish is chipping as well. my nail is broken after only 2 days.. but Thats not what im even upset about ..We walk in and politely ask for them to fix our nails. They have customers so i can understand being busy, but they completely ignored us.. so we sat down to wait.. not one minute passes and one of the nail technicians told us to come back later because we smell like marijuana (me & my friend both have medical marijuana cards, and this wasnt a problem when we first came in to spend 120$ but all of a sudden it was) It was plain out rude and we arent effecting anyone. We wouldnt even of had to come back if they did their job right the first time. Come here if you want but any prop 215 supporters shouldn't cause apparently us smelling like a plant means we shouldnt have good customer service. Im sure if we came in smelling like cigarettes he wouldnt have told us to leave. Im all about love and peace but dont waste ur money here. New in town, was looking for a good place to get a pedicures due to the good reviews, I went here. Let’s just say I’m very disappointed, one thing I always treat myself is getting pedicures since I wear a lot of sandals and the bottom of my feet can get rough and dry at times. Don't do a carry out order especially on a Friday Night! I was put on hold for 9 minutes after being transferred then when they finally picked up... They thought they were talking to someone else then I was put on hold again. I called back to only be hung up on and then called back again only to have my called ignored. It is so strange that my other experiences have mostly been very positive. This experience was a strike out. I have an extensive back ground in customer servic...e (almost 29 years) as well as managing multiple departments in one of the biggest retailers in the world and I wouldn't dream of treating my customers like that. I understand that it is busy, but all customers should be treated the same even if they are on the phone. A bit pricey for a strip mall pub. I had the Philly Cheese Steak, and Steak fries. I had the French Onion Soup as well. All that I ordered was good. The French Onion could of used more bread, onions, and cheese. The Steak Fries were good, and hot. The Philly Steak had the cheap tasting steak, and it could of had more onions, and mushrooms. Decent place, I made an appointment for 2 people for a full set each, and a an appointment for a third person for a pedi. We waiting almost an hour after our appointment time to even have our full set's started on. The pedi never even happened because by the time we were done getting our nails done, they hadn't even started on the pedi. I had Mary do my full set, and I liked the way they felt. They were thinner and more realist feeling. However the shape of every nail was different. What a great spot! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called about an hour and a half beforehand and they were able to fit the two of us in for appointments. Awesome! We were in town for the weekend going to Kings Island and found Old Bag of Nails on the internet. The reviews were awesome and they did not disappoint! I went there for the first time ever yesterday and I have to say I had a bad experience with one of the nail techs.  Four of us went in for pedis and I was the only one to get a mani. As time went on they started to get a little more busier so I think they were trying to rush on us. The lady was moving fast to do my nails and she ends up cutting me TWICE! My pinky was bleeding a lot. The bleeding eventually slows and she is about to start painting my nails and asked if I want to grab my money out of my purse and pay first and I told her no it's fine I will have one of my friends take the money out for me. So she adds the polish to my nails and before she finishes it with a top coat she again asks if i want to take the money out first because she will not fix it if I mess it up. But she cuts me twice and makes me bleed and I still paid! If I was to accidentally mess up my nails she would not be able to fix it even after she just cut me? That's ridiculous! The man that did my pedi was good but I did not leave any tip at all for her rude behavior. I was not going to write a review but after she said that I had to come and share the experience I had with them.I left a photo on the page. I didn't know how to add it with my review. So I will tell you my hands are in bad condition. I now am employed at an establishment where my hands are golden. Lol well at both places my hands are golden. Cracked, hang nails, everything!! Came into Sweet Nails on a musical whim with my good friend Jackie. Waited a few moments they did have 4 clients prior and we were just walk ins.I didn't mind the wait the place is exquisite and inviting. They also have a big basket of candy!! That kept me well occupied. Macy was my nail tech.5/5 for my paint job5/5 for my hand massage5/5 for the execution of my overall results.Macy was real quick on her feet to cover and fix my left middle finger. Which I happened to smack my phone with. I told her you can just leave it because I wasn't sure if my program would even allow color I just needed to pamper my man hands. She said it's fine! Are you ok with glitter?! I said of course! And the result of that?! I LOVE! She asked if I wanted glitter tips on the rest and I said no you're completely ok! Left middle finger is my prominent finger anyways.  My friend got a full set with Hoi and she's enjoying the results of hers.Hot pink, white with cheetah and hot pink outlines and silver glitter.Overall experience for a whimsical visit. These guys are so far the best we have met. They are very generous, polite, caring, friendly, and professional. Normally you can't find all these qualities all jam packed in one business. Me and my better half, both were treated like a king and a queen. I am very blunt, and I believe people should get what they deserve, these guys deserve the benefit of being advertised good by others word of mouth.
