If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We made an appointment for 3 pedis at 3pm. We sat in the chairs until 3:45 with no water, only one person said a word to us. When we got up to leave at 3:45, they finally acknowledged us. It was too late. We went across to Vogue Nails. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are fast, curious and professional. Came in as a walk in on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately sat down for a pedicure. The massage was great! I almost fell asleep! It wasn't quick like other places are. I got a gel deluxe pedicure which was $50! It was definitely worth it! The salon itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly. If it wasn't so far from me, I would definitely come again! But if I'm ever on This side of town, I will be stopping by for a pedicure!! Read Less

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The first time I went in was my birthday. I made an appointment and everything, my appointment was at 10, they didn't start on my nails till 11:30! Then when they finally did I said I wanted a daisy design, very simple. They only had one lady who even did designs and she had 4 people in line to get designs before me so after my nails were finally done I had to wait an additional 40 minutes just to get a simple design. I decided to give them a second try last night. The guy told me they had time for me so I waited 35 minutes without even being acknowledged before I finally walked out, they weren't even that busy and I asked him specifically how long it would be because if it was more than 15-20 minutes I would have to come back... 35 minutes and no apology or aknowledgement or anything. Walked in for a spa gel pedicure. Was seated right away, everyone was very nice and the building was pretty and clean looking. Sam did my pedi and he was awesome. My toes look great and I will definitely be returning. They have a huge selection of gel polishes to choose from. :) Read Less

I really wanted to like this place. It was so nice inside, and everyone was really friendly. My nails looked really good when I left too. I came here after receiving a gift certificate for valentine's day.Turns out lotion and oil can cover flaws really well. The very next day, the paint is chipping (I work at a computer, nothing heavy handed) and the nails are lifting. My cuticles are shredded. Glue is thick and chunky under the nails. The nails aren't even buffed smooth. You can see every line in the light.To top it off, one of my co-workers commented "Looks like you're due for a fill." I've only had them one day! I was so embarrassed.I did go back. The begrudgingly agreed to fix them, but told me the abundance of glue under my nail was my fault for using my hands. Then they said the poor filing and gaps in the acrylic are because my nails grow so fast I will need weekly fills. Really? my nails grow so fast that after a day, my acrylics look 2 weeks old?
