I am completely remiss in that I should have left this review about 2 months ago! Although I already frequent Liberty's as a customer, I hosted a post holiday happy hour for my staff here in early January and the customer service was excellent; both when I called to see if they could accommodate us, and during the event. They have a great wine and beer selection, with something for everyone; We ordered cheese & charcuterie as well, and that too was fabulous. Ladies and gents please save yourselves the disappointment and do not come here. This place is a little grungy. The man that I was seated with for a pedi cut my toe nails crooked, scrubbed my feet way too hard (I have soft feet no need to scrub the crap out of them), and my cuticles were not cut thoroughly. He also proceeded to laugh about my toes with the customer next to me. I was so annoyed and unsatisfied that I decided not to stay for my toes to be polished. Horrible customer service. Walked in and asked if I could get a fill. Lady said yes looked around and then said it would be 15-20 mins. I completely wouldn't of minded waiting BUT there was NO ONE in the shop and 2 other employees were just SITTING and watching tv. Only rated one star since I can't review without leaving one. I recommend this place to every single person I meet who says they are looking to learn more about wine. Their glass pours are always interesting and I love that everything is available in a half and whole pour. It makes learning and tasting more affordable. Went here for the 1st time today, had the pleasure having Lynh (Lynn) do my full today. Started off a little quite and awkward but within 10mins we started chatting. She took her time.. not too long.. to file my nails before and after placing the acrylic on my nails. I think this is one of the best that my nails have ever looked! Was referred to this place by a fellow beer lover for my day trip to Cincinnati. This was definitely a sweet find. The environment is cozy, it wasn't loud or crowded on a Saturday night. They had some great stuff on tap including some sought-after Ohio breweries. The bartender was very helpful and I left with a sixer of Madtree. Will visit this spot again when I come back to Cincy. I went in to get acyrlic nails and the old man who did them didn't do them good at all , they were crooked and not shaped like you should get them shaped , the man who did mine wasn't the nicest person either , now I know why this place is so cheap Read Less

Ppl were very nice but job not great. I let them know that I needed extra attention on my pedicure because I get frequent ingrown nails & they did a horrible job. Toe nails were not cut evenly, polish was not smooth &  ingrown were not removed. I had to take polish off when I  got home because they did not look good at all.  He even started washing the station before he finished my pedicure.  Will not be returning. Read Less

First experience was great, had a guy that did a great manicure, and a even great massage. Second experience, customer service wasnt quite my cup of tea. Lady didnt know how to do a design, as a matter of fact know one did and the lady who did try, messed my nail up and just shrugged it off, and the man had to redo the whole nail. I was in the nail salon for two hours. And the man didnt know how to do a simple pedicure. Some of you may have had a great experience everyones is different but mine was not. Read Less

They screwed up bad on my nail color. How hard is the color red?  Please match my toes. No not orange and red. I want red please on my hands like it is on my toes.  I guess I'll just deal with burgundy because I've been here now for almost 2 hours.  Then they said they messed up on the total and to please add $5.00 on the tip line.  Ugh. I went to this nail salon because of the 2 good reviews and it is also close to my home. The sign said manicure $15 with gel $5 and up...so figured a regular gel manicure was $20. No, it was $30. Not really a big deal until 2 days after the nail polish started chipping and 5 days later my manicure had to be totally be redone! I usually give salons 2 tries, but I will not be revisiting this salon. Read Less

Ken did an amazing job on my acrylics. Very natural looking and a great shape. He was very detailed oriented and I appreciate the work he did. I've gotten a pedicure here before too. Good job on the pedicure but the lady doing was not very good at massaging your feet. I guess that wasn't something she didn't care for, but I'm definitely coming back for my fills! Read Less

I have been going here for several months. I would ask for "Sally" to do nails - she is good. Prices are great. But, make sure you ask what the price is going to be ahead of your service... good advice for wherever you go... and don't pay any extra if you didn't know something would add to the cost. Read Less
