Very disappointed with this salon. After keeping my daughter waiting for her appointment and then producing a poorly designed updo, they refused to make things right. I bought my wife a spa facial there for Mother's Day. After being cancelled on twice, she finally gets to go and its a disaster. The only they have doing it was rude and condescending. She used no gloves. there was no relaxing ambience whatsoever. on top of that, the person doing the facial goes outside to smoke, comes back and works on my wife without even washing her hands. And then, she gets overcharged!! I was told when I bought the certificate, the total would be $60. I made it $70 so she would have enough for tip. Instead they Charge her $70 and use the excuse that they tried some different chemicals that weren't included in the price! My wife called the manager and all she did was make excuses. Jesse did a wonderful job fixing my color, and the cut is amazing with the small exception of my bangs being too short. I chalk that up to me not saying anything and him not knowing my hair was going to shrink so much. I will definitely be back! Read Less

I paid $125 for highlights and all over color plus a haircut on Saturday at 2. I asked for brown all over and a long bob cut. The color is not the brown I wanted and the haircut is a disaster. Very choppy and not even at all. I'm not pleased and would like to be contacted immediately to get this corrected. Read Less

I love this salon. I brought my mildly autistic 3 year old daughter with me, and though she was well behaved, I was worried the employees would be annoyed with her as she got antsy (we were there a couple hours). Almost immediately the sweet receptionist with the pink in her hair (so sorry I didn't get her name) asked if she could do makeup with my daughter, and put her hair up, painted her nails, gave her some candy, was just VERY kind and helpful keeping my girl entertained. My stylist, Tonya, was lovely as well, good conversation, helpful with my indecisive nature, professional and courteous. Very pleasant experience, and I will definitely return, and recommend this place highly. Read Less
