First experience was great. The second not so great it was more painful. The lady pinched the top of my toe with her tool and took off a piece of my skin she kept hitting the same spot after that. I really wanted to rate this place higher but unfortunately based on their product I can't. The staff is very nice and friendly. Thumbs up on their welcoming attitudes. I spent close $100 for my manicure and deluxe pedicure. I had gel done on both. I also did chrome on both my toes and hands. When I walked out the door I was in love. They looked fabulous. However, the next day after getting my gel mani and pedi they started to chip. You could see my natural nail. I was very disappointed and called to see if I could have my nails touched up. The staff, again very nice, touched up my nails. Not even a week after getting my nails done they are peeling, lifting and cracked. I've been to numerous places and asked my beautician friends -- when gel is either bad or not correctly put on it will lift or chip. Don did my nails and they came out INSANELY pretty- I can't keep my eyes off them! By far best nail salon I've been to and definitely going to become a regular here. The facility isn't an eyesore like most others around town and has a very clean feeling. This place deserves 5 stars. I walked in with my little girl and was immediately greeted. My daughter got her nails painted and I got a fill and gel color with a little bit of art. We were done fast, and the quality wasn't compromised, my nails look really good. I was even more impressed with the price. I really like that you can walk in and leave with quality nails, although appointments are recommended for acrylics. The salon is also very clean and comfortable, it's cute. Everyone is nice and welcoming. I've already booked my next appointment. It's a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Thank you for providing a great and affordable service to your customers! One of my favorite nail salons, they are super friendly and are great at what they do! When I got my acrylics done here they did an amazing job on the coffin bed nail shape and I'm always pleased with the pedicures. I love this nail place! I've been coming here for close to 2 years now and I have never had a problem with my nails! They always do them exactly how I want them and never give me any problems! So today was my first time visiting Polish'd Nail Bar. I chose this salon based on all of the reviews and the high rating here on Yelp. I called ahead since I didn't have an appointment to make sure they weren't booked up. I was glad to hear they had time for me. A short time later I arrived and I was promptly greeted as I entered the salon. I was told which seat to sit in and within five minutes or so my nail tech arrived. He was polite and helped me choose what turned out to be the perfect color! I can't tell you his name, because while he was friendly,  he didn't tell me his name. We chatted as he did my nails. My only complaint,  but to me is a huge one, is old files were used. I do not understand not following state laws in nail salons. I'm not sure if the tools he used had been properly cleaned or not, as I didn't see anything on them but he didn't open them as if they had been sanitized either. Other than that, the staff was friendly and engaged me in conversation throughout my visit. I would go back, but I'll take my own files and tools. The salon has the ability to be an amazing salon, they just need to follow state guidelines for cleanliness and sanitize their tools. The salon overall could use a nice cleaning and organization. But again, great job on the color and look of my nails! After my nails I also got my brows waxed, again, nice job on that as well.**I appreciate your reply, however, I am positive that the nail files used on me were used, not new. I stated that I wasn't sure about the tools. The tools were not taken out of any package indicating they had been cleaned. Absolutely love this place! They always have openings at my preferred times and I'm always satisfied with the service. They do exactly what I ask for. I'm not rating quality of services at this point but their customer service. I called and scheduled an appt for a soak-off and new set with pink and white and gel. The girl that answers the phone checked and told me it would be $42. I specifically told her I needed a soak off. I thought it was affordable and fair price . I arrived on time and still have to wait 15-20 min before they got me seated and started soaking my nails. A total of 3 people worked on my nails. The last one Diane did a fairly good job. I asked how much more for some rhinestones on the 2 ring fingers she said $5. I thought ok it would cost me $47 plus tip. She finished and gave me a ticket for $57. When I asked the same girl that answers the phone why it was that much she went and checked with someone and came back saying she would take of $5 making $52. I didn't agree to that because we're still $5 more than she had told me. She would not try and admit they made a mistake on the pricing but instead said "she didn't control the prices!" I told her it was wrong for them not to honor what she had told me on the phone but she didn't seem to care. Guess what? Not coming back to you! There were so many great reviews, I decided to bring my mom and sisters in. It was a late mothers day celebration and there was a total of 5 of us. There was a lot of miscommunication in between our services. It was a bit of a headache and didn't add to the relaxing treatment I hoped we'd receive. We all got the mani + pedi combo with gel. I had to keep telling different people that we were getting the whole package. They unfortunately gave one of my sisters just normal polish instead of the gel I requested. Thr manager tried to accommodate us as best as she could. She spoke the best English.Overall, the gel polish didn't last that long and the service was mediocre. They rushed thru things for my sisters and I. Fortunately, they did tend to my mom and really made her feel special. That's why I give them 3 stars, but I won't be returning for myself. Read Less

I have been here a few times to get my gel manicures, and I have yet to be disappointed in the end result. The salon itself is rather luxurious and very clean. Something really great about Polish'd is, the employees all speak English. I don't like to make conversation all that much when I get my nails done so I like that they always have something fun on tv. During my first visit, Friends was on. Who doesn't enjoy, Friends? May/Mea(?), sorry if I butchered your name(!), did my nails. I have a bruise on my left thumb from having slammed my nail on the door. So he took great care in making sure I wasn't in any pain. I had my gel polish taken off and it was quick, & painless. For someone with a bruised nail, that's saying a lot! lolI appreciate his friendly&funny demeanor and it made the experience that much more fun. The salon itself is very clean and bright. It has a very modern feel to it, which you can't really complain about. They have massage chairs for those who are waiting. How neat ! They also line the spa tubs where you soak your feet during a pedi, sanitary! Yes! I can't wait to come get a pedi here next time. Dare I say it ? This may be my new go to spot.
