So I cracked my nail at work so I raced to the nail salon to save it before I did further damage. They squeezed me in said it would be fine. She saw the nail said she could save it. Then continued to break it to where it was unfixable and said it was my fault. The other techs left and refused to help her so what should have taken an hour took 1.75 hours. So instead of a)telling me it was too late and b) telling me the polish I chose was a bad decision she continued on, took it out on my cuticle which are almost bleeding and will scab over, did a shotty job on the polish of my hands (missed chunks of my nails) gave me less than a one minute lotion session on my hands (in total) didn't bother putting any on my legs, and to top it off she continued to scold me and go off on me for the last 30 minutes I was there. Of course I tipped over generous because she did take the time out of her day to see me. But that was unacceptable. I shouldn't be yelled at that you're the only one there just because one of my nails is literally jagged and I just want it not to be before you put polish on it....i would have much rather taken my chances with my cracked nail and waited until tomorrow And had a good experience SOMEWHERE ELSE. Nothing in this place is sanitized. I myself did not receive a service but I did watch my girlfriend get a gel manicure. I am a licensed in cosmetology so I know things to look for when going into this type of establishment. I am absolutely mortified by the amount of reused buffers and files. The lady was about to off but as I walk-in she have to take me. Somehow started with my pedicure. I told her I do have ingrown nail can you please take care of that & her response was "I WILL TRY" which she never did   I have to do my own toe nail as soon I got home. I also got my gel manicure which start coming off after 3 days. I mean which gel polish come after 3days & I don't know how she file my nail & she tracking out too. I have been here several times with friends to the point of being a regular. I love this place, I am always a walk in and always get a gel mani/pedi deluxe and I think it is so worth it! I have never had a issue with the quality or any of the girls, they are all very nice! I like the prices, more affordable than some places I have been before finding this spot. I came in with my daughter and a friend to get a mani and pedi. I liked the girl who worked on me. She was friendly and she did a decent job. I loved the salt scrub she used on my legs. It did concerned me about the general cleanliness of the place. They do not use liners nor did they wash out the tub while I was there. They used plain water for soaking. My experience was just okay but my daughter and her friend's experiences were less than satisfactory. The woman who worked... on our friend cut or poked her and she screamed out. No apologies or asking if she was okay. She also kept pushing gels which our friend repeatedly said no to. My daughter's gal skipped a few steps like she didn't scrub her feel during the pedi or shape her nails or massage her arms and flex them during her mani, which is why she got a manicure, so she left feeling disappointed. All-in-all, based on our experience, I probably will not return. Nor would I recommend this place unless they are willing to use more sanitary methods and better train all their staff. In fairness, they might have washed the tubs after we left but I'm used to seeing other places do this immediately after the foot soaking is over or use liners that are removed and replaced with fresh liners, so I am leary. Not clean or sanitary. The lady who did my manicure had extremely dirty hands didn't even clean under my nails or take all my old polish off. Cut my nails too short to where they hurt. Her hands were extremely rough and cracking and she was basically scraping my hands and arms w her rubbing. I was so grossed out and uncomfortable. She cut my me with the file a couple times. Absolutely awful. The lady kept complaining that my nails were too small to do acrylics (I have small hands and have had acrylics done many times) to do acrylics. She did them (with attitude) and then refused to use regular polish. She just grabbed the gel polish. She cut my nails unevenly and there's blobs of polish under the nails. My wife wanted to try a different  nail  salon, her colleague  suggested  OMG nails. When we got there we were in shock because the place looked dirty; the  walls, the floor and equipment  all looked like it hasn't been  cleaned in a while. I wanted to leave  but she just wanted to give them a shot. "They may do amazing work," she  said. That was wrong she got the gel coat but  two days later the paint looked thin and you were  able to see the uneven  brush strokes. She ripped off my old set, which I wish she would have soaked off, but I could handle the pain and it went by quicker and all of it came off at once instead of taking multiple steps to get it off. When she put on my new set, she took her time doing everything, and I absolutely love it! The process of getting my new set took forever, and she put on the pink and white acrylic really thick, but when I left, my acrylic was thin like I like it, and even which never seems to happen anywhere I go. The reviews don't lie when the say Tina is the best. Came here for a pedi and specifically asked for her. I made an appt which I suggest if you want her. She's meticulous and took her time. Rude. Asked to soak off nail they said that takes too long let me try this forst. Started ripping clipping and picking them off I said that hurts...please soak them. She continued then I said am I being charged for this? Yes, then stop I'm not going to pay to be in pain I can do this at home...then do it. And she stomped off. I never did get them soaked off. The service is really bad and the prices are way too high compared to the service they give. They don't even let you know if something is going to be a additional cost and at the end they just except you to pay for it because you got it done. Did not appreciate me as a customer and didn't care to fix the problems I addressed. Very rude and unfriendly customer service and the nail artist kept talking with other nail artists in their own language and didn't even pay attention to their own customers. OMG Worst nail Salon EVER!!! Not only do they charge way to much for a manicure, there unprofessional and honestly I can do a better job myself at home. The lady that was doing my nails was more into with her cell phone than my nails. She also didn't speak any English, which isn't a crime but just incontinent, specially when she tries to tell me to do things like, pay the cashier first before she polishes my nails? Wait? What? I've never had to pay for my manicure in the middle of it being done. She just started then stopped and made me pay for the service she hadn't even finished yet. After that confusion, she starts painting my nails, I did love the color too bad it didn't make it home. She messed up on my nails 3 times in different ways and I noticed she wasn't using the base coat after she wiped them clear to start over. Also she only used a top coat on one of my hands and just didn't do the other! Ya, that happened. Then I placed my hand in front of a freezing fan for 10 mins and when she checked to see if they dried she smudged one and then two of my nails got nicked from the fan. Sooo I watched her do them over, still no base coat, but hey at lease I got a top coat on one of my nails on the hand she didn't do, all right! after spending another 10 to 15 mins in front of that little fan, I was told I could leave. Three whole hours later my nail polish was still moist and full of dings and scraps because they never dried. I can't believe I paid for such a crappy manicure that didn't even last three hours!!!! My mother and I tried OMG for the first time tonight. We usually go to another Nail Salon located near OMG but had a bad experience. We decided to try OMG tonight and we really like it. The staff was very friendly, the salon was beautiful, and it was very clean. We were helped right away and the staff made sure we got exactly what we asked for. The prices are very reasonable. I got a gel manicure from Amy and she did a great job!! I took her advice and choose the colors she suggested and was very happy. My mother got a fill and cut down from Tammy. Very good looking place. Clean and I love the name. But it was not a good experience , first of all I told them how I wanted my nails, they said I couldn't paint over my white tips! I had to get clear tips if I wanted paint on them. I got rhinestones and again I picked out a different shape and they said its too big. The guy had to have another lady come soothe rhinestones. She seemed very inpatient & just made me uncomfortable. To top it off, I come home and realize half my nails are not glued on right. its gross things are getting between my artificial nail & real nail. NEVER GO THERE!!!! I went yesterday with my little sister and when we first walked in there we thought it was such a cute clean little salon. They were quick to get us in and very nice. And I sat down in the chair and just asked for polish on my nails and a spa pedicure. The did a good job painting my nails but they pedicure was TERRIBLE!!! The gal doing it ended up cutting my big toe so bad I couldn't even enjoy my pedicure. I ended up only getting polish on that foot because anything she did made it hurt more. When I talked to the manager and told him I felt that I should not have to pay for this pedicure I couldn't even enjoy due to her CARELESS mistake he charged me for half of my pedicure since she was only able to do it to one of my feet. Not only did I get cut but my little sister while she was getting a fill the lady doing her nails cut her as well. The only reason my sister went there for a fill was because when we called she asked how much it would be for pink and white fill and they said $17 so we went because it was so cheap. Only to find out after she finished it was actually $30. I had to fight them in order to give us the price they originally told us. My toe is still hurting today and my sister's finger is still bothering her as well. I just checked out this place for the first time today. It just opened near Sierra Vista Mall and is really nice. Very spacious, awesome massage chairs and I got one of the best pedicures in Fresno for a great price! The Spa Pedi was $25 (and still included the foot massage, paraffin and hot towel wrap) but I got the Lux Spa Pedi for $35...and it was totally worth it! Right now (for their grand opening) it was 20% off, so the Lux Spa pedi was $28...and it came with a sea salt scrub, foot mask, and lotion foot massage, paraffin dip, hot towel wrap, and the actual pedi. I left so relaxed, skin so soft AND toes ready for summer sandals. I will definitely be back! Read Less
