I just had the absolute worst experience getting my pedicure and shellac tonight. I've been coming to this place on and off for years, and was surprised to see some changes. I walked in for my 6:30 appt early. A lady greeted me and I told her I was a little early for my appt but she seated me at a pedicure chair and had me put my feet in the water. I was excited to think I was able to get in early, but she sat back down with her other customer and started her pedicure. I didn...'t think much of it until 30 minutes later I was still waiting and the water turned cold. I asked the lady if I should take my feet out because the water turned cold and I was worried my feet would shrivel up. She had me take my feet out, and then returned to her other customer. I sat in my chair waiting for another 10 minutes or so with my feet getting ice cold until a much more pleasant lady came in from the back and started my pedicure. I think she could tell I was a little upset, and was very nice to me and I started thinking things were turning around and started to cheer up. After my pedicure, I was passed to a younger lady for my shellac. She seemed pretty nice as well, but when she started clipping my nails she found a nick in one of them, and cut off that part of the nail. I told her she may just have to cut that one down to where it was chipped, but she told me she could even it out. Nope, didn't happen. I thought that was what she did when she filed, but looking at it now it's completely lopsided. After getting home in better light and looking at it, I also have about 3 chips/dents in it. I think this is because she was gobbling the shellac way too thick. Aren't you supposed to do thinner coats with the gel polish? Also, my nails also feel really rough from not getting it filed down properly. Since I was their last customer, I was in there by myself and the three staff members. They were literally talking in what I can only assume is Chinese the entire time. Someone should let them know that it's rude, and comes off like they were talking about me. At the end of this experience, she asked me if I was pregnant! I'm not, but I'm also well aware that my midsection does indeed need a little work. Since when does a technician need to know if you are pregnant in order to massage your hands?! I was literally in tears driving home from my experience. Needless to say I'll never be back. I don't know what happened to the old staff that used to work there, but it used to be better. Also if your wondering why I didn't use any names of the employees for this review.... They never once told me their name and weren't wearing name tags so I have no clue. Afficher la suite Read Less
