I was looking forward to a nice pedicure, but was not pleased with this place. I left there with a cut and bleeding toe as the male manicurist filed my toe nail down until it bled. I honestly don't know how this place is still operating. I have not gotten a mani in 7 years and I went to this place because a friend said they were good. On Thursday 2/18/16, I arrived close to 6pm and was seen by Tuan, the guy manicurist. He asked me what I wanted and I responded a manicure, he then ask me what color I want and if I want gel or acrylic, I responded acrylic with gel color, he got the gel color samples and just tossed it on the table and walked away. I showed him a pic of ballerina nails and he said he can do it. Also, I asked how long he's been doing nails and he said 10 years. While working on my nails, he didn't even wipe my nail beds or push my cuticle back, he starts drilling and buffing and was rushing the wholeentire process; I mean my nails were done in 30 mins and he did a half ass job on my nails. The gel coating is so thick and uneven, my nails are curving up? Like wthell? My nails are not even ballerina shaped. The shape is inconsistent. This nail job definitely does not look like the work of a 10 year experience manicurist. I will never return to this place ever. FirstTime getting a manicure in 7 years and I experience this crap. He was not friendly either, did not talk at all, the only time he was happy was when I tipped him $10 for a crappy job on my nails. So, the first time me and my friend came to this salon was on a whim. We were in the area and we're looking for a good clean salon with cheap prices. We both got French tip full sets for 25 bucks and they were awesome, service was good and fast, and the nails lasted two weeks +. This past weekend, my friend and I returned while in town again expecting the same good service... Well we were so WRONG. My friend wanted a gel manicure with a simple design on each finger, and it turned out terrible. The design was not anything close to what she asked for at all, and the gel started peeling hours after. The nail tech then decided to tell her she had a better idea for the design to look better, but continued to botch her nails even more. Come to find out she was charged a dollar a nail for the most hideous design in the world. A 30$ manicure turned into 40$. Total ripoff. Now to me. I wanted a fill with two designs on each hand. First of all the man doing my fill was insanely rough with the drill, then he broke the corner of my nail and just filed it down, and left it that way. It was completely crooked and made one of my nails look square round instead of square like the others. The gel polish and designs turned out ok, but as we were walking out of the salon, we realized we payed the same price for our nails. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. A gel manicure is regularly 30, and a dollar for each nail, whatever. I got a fill, which is 15$+, gel polish 25+, and two designs on each hand which would be 4$+. I took my mom and two sisters who all got mani-pedi's and we were not pleased AT ALL. I had a couple of problems with their service. -The man that did their manicures went a little crazy with the nail filer tool and now their skin is peeling around the nail. -The workers would tell customers coming in that they would be right with them WHILE they are working on me and my family. When the customer got tired or waiting and said they would leave, the workers would set them up at a table WITHOUT finishing up with us first, then come back to us. (trying to multitask) -Also, their pricing system seems unorganized and all over the place and I paid about $90 for a mani-pedi for my mom and a pedi for me. The only redeeming qualities were that their work and the massage chair were okay. I have had way better experiences at other establishments and I will not be coming back here. Read Less

I've to Hi-Tech Nails several times and really don't know why I ever go back. There's never a line, which is a plus, but each time I realize more and more why. The last 2 times I've gotten a full set the guy smudges or cracks one or two of my nails and never fixes them know matter how many times I ask. He is always very rough on my nails and sands them too much each time. I paid for the most expensive pedicure, $50, and was very disappointed. The lady never sanded the bottom of my feet and only did 2 of 3 of the wraps that are listed. She also only painted the middle of each of my toes leaving the sides with absolutely no nail polish. I've paid $40, $35 and $25 for my full sets and each time they never last more than 5-8 days. I do not recommend this salon unless your looking for a cheap place, with cheap looking nails and ones that won't last long. Read Less

They transformed my dry, pasty, scaly looking hooves into sexy looking tootsies! If you have the disposable income to treat yourself to a deluxe pedicure, the paraffin wax is worth it. If you're the type to sign up for a yelp account, just to talk about how your toe nail polish chipped on day two, then continue kicking rocks and skip this place. They're moderately priced... My second visit was horrible, sad I left a tip. During my delux mani-pedi, the technicians child kept hitting and screaming at his mom who was doing my nails. Eventually, he talked back to his parents and me. At first he was nice and polite, but became extremely annoying while I tried to relax.  I felt my treatment reflected their focus: him, not me. I have a cut on my finger and foot that I did not see until later in the shower.  I felt like the technician scratched my foot with a file, but she didn't say anything, so I figured it was okay. The next day, my polished chipped on fingers and toes. Very disappointed and will not go back again. They never apologized or offered anything for their sons behavior or delay in services while taking care of him. My polish is two toned in some areas and I had to remind a technician the wax was still on my hands.  The first visit was good, but this was uncalled for. Very disappointed. Read Less

Told the girl I wanted a pedicure package 1 which was $25, she gave me package 5 which was $40!! One of my toes had the nail polish chip 2 days later and by day 5, 4 other toes had chips. The chairs are nice, which made the 40 minute wait better. Overall, I wouldn't go back for any nail services. Read Less
