Been coming here for almost 3 years. I've always been very happy with the service and quality of work. One time I even forgot my debit card and my cell was dead, so they let me use their phone to call my husband and were very patient as we waited the 10 or so minutes it took for him to get there with cash. They have always accommodated me, even if it meant saying they could not take me due to not having any available appointments that day. The prices are reasonable, the staff has always been friendly. Today, however, I witnessed an interaction between a customer and a worker that could have been easily diffused had the worker been properly trained on customer service. From what I saw, the client had been waiting for over an hour (according to her), and then she asked the worker how much longer until her turn. He replied that he wasn't going to skip his lunch for her, and she would have to wait because he was hungry, so it would be another 15-20 min. She said that was all she needed to know (a little loudly). He then told her he didn't need her bad attitude and he wasn't going to work on her nails, and she'd have to wait for another technician to become available. The client replied that she would wait, then the technicians spoke to each other in their native language, and the one guy who speaks English very well said that neither of the technicians wanted to work on her, so she would have to leave. She did so, quietly, but pretty ticked off. Watching the whole scene unfold was a little unnerving for me because I could sympathize with both sides. But, as the place of business, the staff should have stepped up, and really tried a little harder to diffuse the situation and preserve the relationship with not only that customer, but to the rest of us who had to watch the whole uncomfortable scene. But I will continue to come here Read Less
