Terrible first experience here. It took them 2 hours to complete my gel manicure so didn't have time to get my toe nails painted. I paid for the service and when I got home I noticed bumps all over my nails! I went back the next day for a refund. They said they do not give refunds. Two hours of my time also wasted! Every time I ask to speak with the owner they say he isn't there! They will not provide contact information to speak to a manager or owner. I will never go to COCO Nails EVER again and do not recommend them.

My nails turned out very nice but the man that did them was rude and hurtful. I use to get my nails done all the time but have never felt as much pain as I did that day. He ripped my nails off and didn't put the right size and color on. When I asked him about it he said this one was better. WHAT? I I needed that color and size for a reason so i ended up having to go get them redo at another salon the next day. The pain I was in during and after was extreme and shouldn't have been there.

They have walk-in appointments and the service was excellent. Only $35 for a mani-pedi. They are my new go to spa.

Worst nail experience I've ever had. The man doing my full set didn't even greet me before kicking my shoes as hard as he could and grabbing my hand roughly. He greeted the white women next to me but ...
Worst nail experience I've ever had. The man doing my full set didn't even greet me before kicking my shoes as hard as he could and grabbing my hand roughly. He greeted the white women next to me but stayed silent as he ripped off my old set and ignored me when I told him it hurt. I tolerated this rude man for far too long as he cut my cuticles till they bled and filed my nails so thin, it burned. As he was nearing the end of my full set, I was beyond upset. After all of that inane behavior, my nails looked like garbage! They were lumpy and streaky and I had to tell him to paint the tips. I was so overwhelmed by the disrespect I was shown and the abysmal work that I pulled my hands away from him, gathered my shoes from across the salon where he'd kicked them, paid, and left.The woman I spoke with at the counter about my experience seemed bewildered and offered to "fix it". I told her how unfortunate it was that she didn't want my business or business from others like me and left. Women of color beware.

Insanely rude AND incompetent! I went to this salon today instead of my usual spot because it's closer to my house and I deeply regret it. The man doing my full set didn't even say hello but instead kicked my shoes as hard as he could and grabbed my hand roughly. I tolerated his rude behavior as he greeted the white women next to me but stayed silent as he ripped my old set off and kept ignoring me as I told him that it hurt. As he was nearing the end of his "work", I was beyond upset. After all of that rudeness my nails looked like GARBAGE. They were lumpy and streaky and I had to TELL him to paint the tips. I was so overwhelmed with my experience that I stopped him from applying the top coat and told him I was done. I found my shoes from across the salon where he'd kicked them, paid, and left. I went to Shi salon in Riverpark where they fixed his "work" and got on with my day. Women of color beware, they'll take your money and treat you like second class citizens.

My nails turned out very nice but the man that did them was rude and hurtful. I use to get my nails done all the time but have never felt as much pain as I did that day. He ripped my nails off and didn't put the right size and color on. When I asked him about it he said this one was better. WHAT? I I needed that color and size for a reason so i ended up having to go get them redo at another salon the next day. The pain I was in during and after was extreme and shouldn't have been there.
