If I could get them zero stars I would. I just moved to the area and came in for a leg wax. First of all, leg wax is on their menu for 40 dollars. I called ahead because it takes a while and it's just polite. I get there.. the lady comes in and looks at my legs and says 70 dollars.. the menu says 40 for full leg, it doesn't matter how much hair they have the entire leg always needs to be waxed so why she would charge me more baffles me. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered! She applied the wax in one tiny spot and was issuing small wax strips, the hair did not come off when she applied the cloth! I spent 30 minutes for this woman trying to take the wax off of my leg with baby oil! I now have a red patch near my ankle. This is the most unprofessional place ever for waxing. Do not go! I'm pretty happy with this place. Very friendly and clean. I was accommodated last time and the lady did good blue nails. This time I went with Eddie very gentle and friendly I gave him a style I was interested in he did a great job. I'm super excited and happy about my nails. I also got a simple toe nail change the lady was very nice and did over and beyond job. I was going from blue to a light gray she was very concerned with the dark blue showing. I wanted to wait to write a review for this salon until my nails had grown out a little bit, so it's been about a week and a half. My acrylic nails with gel polish haven't held up that well to be honest. My index finger nail snapped while reaching for something within a few days. When I returned to have it repaired the nail technician did a nice job, but charged me five dollars. Also within a few days the nails all lost their shape. I had them filed to a "coffin" shape and now they're all round. I'm not sure if that's a product quality thing or not because I've been getting acrylic nails for years and never had that happen so quick. On another more serious note. I'm extremely angry to have discovered a small red patch on the bottom of my foot that appears to be athlete's foot. Since my pedicure I've been working 12 hour shifts 13 of the last 14 days so I know I could not have attracted this from any other place. I'd never seen a salon not use those disposable plastic liners in their foot baths, but in good faith I said nothing. Furthermore, the tools that the technician used on me came out of a box marked "clean" but after use were returned right back in the same box. So I suspect they're never clean. Overall I was a little unhappy with my finger nails but not unwilling to give them a second try until I found this spot on my foot. I will not be returning and I don't recommend these services. Came in last Monday for a spur of the moment pedicure around 11 am and boy was it crowded at that time! Probably 2 ladies getting manicures done and 4 getting pedicures done!I was quickly greeted, asked to pick a color, then I was shown over to my seat. The gal who would be doing my pedicure kept trying to talk me into "the good pedicure" that cost $55, ehhh no thanks. I insisted I just wanted the basic $20 one (I really just needed everything cleaned up and trimmed- I'm 38 weeks pregnant and am no longer able to reach to comfortably do this myself).For $20, it was just what I needed! My old chipped polish was removed, my toenails were clipped/filed down, feet/legs were massaged a bit and got a fresh paint job. I was in and out in about 40 minutes I'd say.For the price and how attentive of care I received, I'll definitely be back in a few weeks to get a post-partum touch up! Read Less

I went on May 8, 2017. the man that works here did my nails, he seemed sweet but did a beyond terrible job. I went in around $pm, they don't close until 7 so there should have been no rush. I received a full set and he finished within a half and hour. He cut almost every single finger while grinding my nails down, he also kept hitting the top of my hand with the grinder as well. never apologized. My nails are filed all unevenly. the gel he placed on top is crooked and he missed parts on every finger. he only did one top coat and sent me on my way. there are tons of bubbles, he missed areas on my nails again. my hands are incredibly sore. Maybe on a different day it would have been better. Friday night is a tough time to get a manicure I get it...  But don't tell me 5 mins then have me wait for 15... Followed by sitting me in a pedicure chair with room temperature water on my feet to sit for another 20 mins. I asked how long because I was on a time schedule. I would have waited till another time if you just told me were too busy. So long story short I walked out without having a service after over a half hour of waiting. No one even asked why I was walking out with wet feet. Guess they knew I was annoyed. Not exactly a fair representation for the salon as a whloe. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! There are two other nail salons within a two mile radius that are way more professional and you end up with a much better finished product. I have come here 4 times and the firsts 3 times, I worked with the male tech and the finished product was "eh" I usually would end up having to get some extra polish off my fingers, but at least the nails were "ok looking" for about a week or two. But today was the first time I actually had a horrible experience, this was with the older lady tech that works there. Right off the bat she was being rude to me, she asked what shape I wanted my nails and I said "rounded please" her response was "young people get square, only old ladies get rounded" hahahaha I told her I wanted rounded but she continued to argue with me and I still ended up squared off nails and just had to file em down and fix em myself at home after. Throughout the entire time of getting my nails done she was giving me attitude anytime I would ask a question or say anything. I really wish I didn't tip her, but I know service staff really depend on tips as part of their income. However, that tip was not earned nor deserved. HORRIBLE service went with 3 girlfriends and some were horrible few balls I said exactly how I wanted my nails and manager with bad attitude because I told him that I did not like started screaming at me and say that my nails were defective and thereforeI not left me as I told him I wanted my money back or half of what I had paid $ 40 dls or back half and refused.all that went on that day my friends and another lady were upset with the poor service. Came in for gel manicure, and got the technician who was an older(60ish) woman, in my mind I thought I should run, but then decided to give her a benefit of a doubt, so we started and after she filed down my nails and cleaned the cuticles I started regretting even getting in the chair, after one coat of color and one minute under the blue light I freaked out and had her take it all off, the woman flipped but only for a second she knew she had no grounds for an argument. I still payed $10, now a couple of days later I look at my nails they're in pretty bad shape, the loose part of the nail is wavy like it wasn't filed properly and my cuticles are choppy.
