After making an appointment and sitting and waiting for almost an hour I was told I would have to come back the next day. They weren't busy there was 2 nail tech's just sitting around talking. They wasted my time and everywhere else was closed. Never going back. Kevin is amazing!!! I come in every 2 weeks for a gel color change on my hands and every 4 weeks I get a full pedicure. Every time I come in the service is great. The only time Kevin, Nikki, or anyone else turns ppl away is if they're fully booked. Kevin always does a creative or innovative design for my hands and feet, and if I ever tear up or destroy my mani he's always willing to fix it -- I pretty much never need any fixes because he does such a great job!! I was so surprised to see that this place was unsanitary and messy. The one guy was drinking a fountain drink in between doing nails. Nothing was wiped down in between clients. The people and atmosphere were wonderful and professional. The place was to noisy and lots of chatter. The shop was mostly in nice condition. They just need to learn good hygiene. But in this condition I wouldn't recommend doing business here, nor would I bring my granddaughter here again. Read Less
