This is a great place to get a Mani/pedi. She does a great job and she does it quickly which I appreciate they're always friendly reasonable prices and she'll do any designs that you want even if she doesn't know how to do him she will try and she will affect them so that she can help other customers with the same design I would definitely recommend Diamond Nails Read Less

it literally took her only 25 minuets to do my nails. i wanted them long, w a nice coffin shape. she was in such a rush, i felt like i was being rushed mind you, there was only 1 other person in there besides me. i paid 50 dollars, & for 50 dollars i expect my nails to look good. i can't even verbally explain how bad she did... the pictures will do all the talking.. shape is inconsistent & the acrylic doesn't even go all the way to the bottom of my nail it looks like they have grown out already & i JUST left the shop. i don't recommend this place AT ALLL!!!!!! go to VIP nails on greenback instead!!!! this place doesn't even deserve 1 star i would give them 0 if i could. Prices are so low for great quality service! The shop is clean, customer service is wonderful and my nails have never looked more natural and fabulous! They don't rush through your manicure, honor appointments plus seat you together and give you plenty of time to dry before paying and showing them off to the world. LOVE this place! Read Less

I watched an elder lady struggle with decisions and the owner did not help her at all and came down to the end where I was sitting and just made fun of her, it was pathetic. She was very rude to her. The man who was doing my nails smelled like alcohol and they told me they had a party the night before and drank Hennessy all night it was gross. ONLY go here if you're in a huge hurry and are okay with having your acrylic nails painfully yanked off. (Even though I had an apt, and asked if they were running on time) Owner stated "I do not soak the nails off and if you do not like it you can go somewhere else." Worst experience ever. Read Less

I've been going to the location on Butterfield Road for about a year now and now that this location is open managed by the same person who managed that location, choosing which one to go is always hard. My wife went there Monday January 9th after work to get a gel manicure on her real nails and the husband screwed up her nails and charged her 35 dollars for a horrible nail job. He ground down her real nail causing pain because he was more focused on the time. Her pinky nail on one hand is super narrow in comparison to the other, and he took off her previous gel polish by peeling it with cause her to loosed thickness on her real nails! They did such a great job! I already love it because they're small enough to have a relaxing spa experience and really fee at ease in a chill environment. The lady doing my nails was great she took her time, held a nice conversation, and did a great job. She made me so comfortable from my first call to set and appointment all the way to checking out.
